My husband found this spa and bought me a gift certificate for Valentine's Day, and boy did he find a winner! What an insanely relaxing afternoon. I had the "The Crystal Glow Experience" package just to get a taste of everything this spa has to offer. I was greeted by a very nice man at the front desk who was kind and answered any questions I had. He led me back to a private room where I got to relax and unwind in between treatments. The room had water and snacks, which is a huge bonus! I changed into a robe and slippers, and when my tub was ready I went in for a soak. You get to choose between scents. It was the perfect opportunity to just enjoy peace and quiet and solitude! I loved it! Then I went back to my room for a few minutes and had the chance to hydrate and have a snack. Then came the best part... Rebecca (who is soooo nice) guided me to a treatment room where I started with my scalp treatment. It was extremely relaxing, and I never wanted her to stop! I'd never had a scalp treatment before, but I definitely want to do them more regularly now! Then I had my facial. She asked a few questions about my skin, and was very informative when telling me exactly what she was doing. Finally, the body scrub which felt amazing! It was almost like getting a gentle massage, but then you have super soft skin afterwards! And there was a new client special, which was the cherry on top (although the prices are extremely fair to begin with)! I will definitely be back. I cannot stop thinking about this place! I had a really good massage here. The vibe of the spa is very welcoming. It feels a little like a Scandinavian public bathhouse: inviting, very clean, uncluttered, and comfortable in an unpretentious way. I had a therapeutic massage. The massage therapist used a mix of fingertip presses and long strokes that was different than some other deep pressure massages I've had, but incredible relaxing and never painful. The massage room was lovely with warm ambient candlelight, music, and a sturdy well-cushioned massage table that I loved. I also thought the therapist was a great communicator before and throughout the massage. The robe they gave me was a little worn and well loved, that's the only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars. But overall, I definitely recommend this place, especially for folks in larger bodies. read more

I found out about this relatively new business through Groupon. I would have never known about them otherwise. You wouldn't have guessed from the location outside that this gem lies inside! Inside is calm and relaxing. No over the top frou frou decor. I was escorted to my own relaxation room where I can change into a robe with slippers, and relax on the couch with drinks and snacks. I got a facial with Rebecca and it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Best facial I've ever received. The facial included some upper body massage with hands and shoulders. I didn't want it to end. I loved the friendly vibe here. I was even given a nice gift bag on my way out, a promo they are doing for the new year for customers. This place is a hard pass! It's as sketchy inside as it is outside. The girl that did my foot soak was the bright spot. Truly sweet and did a good job. The massage was sub par. The person doing it was a lovely person, but it was zero to no pressure. Not a deep tissue or 'custom' massage. Also used thick cream that didn't slide well. Just all in all not good. The soak tub was gross. There were no aromatics just dirt that floated to the surface. My feet were dirty after stepping out because the shoes they offer are dirty as well, or the floor, or all of the above. It didn't read as a day spa at all. Strip mall turned not licensed massage parlor. Then the audacity of the tipping the end. I was asked what kind of tip I want to leave, instead of allowing me to offer. Even with substandard services, I'll still tip, it's just my nature. And was happy to tip the people that performed a service but I was cajoled into tipping the front staff also that literally showed me to a room and filled a filthy tub. That's obnoxious. Never in my life has a front of house person considered themself a service provider and expected a tip. Classless and feels like a money grab. This place is a literal dump. Do not waste time and money (unless is a pedi or foot soak). For almost $250, I feel robbed. I've been to day spas all over the country and this is the worst I've seen. read more

I arrived a few minutes early to a friendly staff. Nice calming waiting room. Was given a robe and slippers. The dressing room was very well designed. Snakes and drinks. The Alicia took me to the massage room. I had a glorious hour with Alicia. I asked for a therapeutic massage for leg circulation. And that is exactly what I got. I was super pleased to see that she had worked in chiropractic offices and understood the more therapeutic aspects of massage. And not just relaxation. She was incredibly friendly and super skilled. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. The services I picked were a relaxing facial and a sugar body scrub with Rebecca- let me tell you- it was absolutely WONDERFUL. It helped me get rid of so much tension and stress and I was shocked how much I loved it!!! I can't wait to come back, I would come back every few weeks if I could. Every year for our birthday we try to do something special together. We had a whole trip planned out of Sacramento and due to weather conditions they were canceled. I was incredibly impressed! They very much live up to the "all bodies welcome" mission. The reception seating had no arms on the chairs, giving plenty of space for those that need extended seating. The meditation room had a large leather sofa, had various types of drink, and snacks (the amenities of a high-end spa). The robes were made to include all body types. The salon rooms all had furniture to accommodate larger bodies and handrails for safety. The spa services were luxurious, tailored to your specific needs, and were affordable. The staff were friendly and the facility was clean. The location is not ideal, but once you enter, you feel like you've been transported to another spot.
