I understand they have patients that are in the back that they tend to as well. Other folks came in after me and left while I hadn't even seen a doctor so at 11:00 I left. I called and was told to bring him in and they'd meet me at the car. The vet tech was so friendly and helped me bring my fur baby inside. We saw the vet within the first minute of arrival. They quickly started assessing him and started coming up with a plan. We were reassured that the medication recommended would help by fur baby and helped back to the vehicle. They even followed up with multiple emails and text. My fur baby is recovering and I'm so thankful for VEG ER-Snellville.

I was told…read moreto feed him chicken and rice by his primary vet and was scheduled for an appointment later that week. I felt something was wrong even though his symptoms weren't overly concerning to his primary. I called VEG and Dr. Winner wanted to see him. He ended up being in critical condition and had to have an emergency pericardiocentesis. We were referred to UGA after and I've gotten so much quality time with my dog since despite his prognosis. I'm so grateful for Dr. Winner and VEG. I will refer anyone and everyone to come here if needed. Thank you Dr. Winner and staff at VEG!

After trying a few other boarding facilities, (which were not that good) I happened to be driving…read moredown the road and came across Pampered Pet Care. When I got home I looked them up on Yelp. Not many reviews but everyone was 5 stars. I was encouraged so I set up an 8am to 4pm trial run. Cue loved it. What gorgeous country grounds and the facilities were amazingly spotless. The staff is incredible. Efficient, knowledgeable and very caring are a few descriptions that head the list of many qualities they have. His first overnight was a very relived success. Yes they sent pics of him every day. I don't think his feet ever touched the ground as all the photos were of him being held by by different staff members (lol). Immaculate facilities. When I asked why no pet odors, the staff member simply replied , "the owner won't allow it". My pet will not be going anywhere else and I'm so glad he has found such a wonderful boarding facility. Thank you Pampered Pet Care for the love and kindness you give our pets and treating them like they were your own.

I called Chief Black Swan because I'd seen their van in the neighborhood on multiple occasions. I was very pleased that they evening appointments available. I was even more pleased with the service. Our dogs look great with their freshly clean, trimmed, and lighter coats. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends!
