For reference: May 8th, I got my car fully detailed to the point where it had looked better than when I had bought it off the lot (thanks to What A Wash). On May 10th, I hit something on the interstate & my bumper was cracked, broken & sagging. Stressed because my deductible is high, a friend recommended Ball Park Auto saying that she had previously had work done & they do a good job. Keep in mind, I went AGAINST my insurance's recommendations to bring it here. They had my car for 2 weeks. When I got it back, my entire car was dirty on the outside (which I can look past because where else would they have kept my car than outside) but what I couldn't look past was the ding in my door & the driver's side of my car was crazy dirty. They didn't place a mat down or anything. I called Ball Park & they offered to fix the damage & "clean" my car but they needed it for an ENTIRE day which was extremely inconvenient but fine. After getting it back, I got an oil change & noticed this rattling noise every time I went over a speed bump. Thinking it might've been my oil pan loose from the oil change, I took it to the oil change place & they told me my bumper was loose... odd but I called Ball Park & they offered to look at it. Ended up telling me that "clips were missing" from my bumper & that they fixed for me.. As soon as I drove off, I still heard it. I called my insurance & begged to have another place look at it. They ended up finding that the "missing clips" were STILL MISSING & my new grill that Ball Park so kindly replaced for me was CRACKED on the inside. Ball Park repainted my entire door from where it was dinged up & guess what? My entire passenger door now has air bubbles from the HORRIBLE JOB THEY DID. My bumper paint doesn't even match. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. IT ISN'T WORTH THE HASSLE AND THEY HALF ASSED JOB THEY DO. Now, I have to live with my passenger door looking off because not only could they not be considerate of my car being in their possession but they did a trash paint job & my insurance won't cover because IT WASN'T PART OF THE ACCIDENT DAMAGE. My insurance ended up waiving my deductible due to my HORRIBLE experience & covered the repairs at the other shop but if they didn't, I would've had to pay another deductible to fix Ball Park's shotty work. Picture for reference of all the repairs. Ball Park wouldn't be able to pay me to bring my car back here. Avoid at all costs or it will cost you. read more

These people are a bunch of crooks. Don't do it. If they haven't started work on your car, it's not too late. Have the car towed anywhere else. They returned my car with a tiny piece of electrical tape covering the illuminated check engine light. They lied about the work they did, took weeks longer than stated, did not honor any warrenty, and did not provide me with any invoice or receipt or any paperwork whatsoever after I handed then a $7,000 check from my insurance company. They even billed my insurance company $299 for my AAA tow that brought my car there. read more

DO NOT COME HERE, WARNING!!!! Updated review - 4 months later their bumper paint job to my car has once again run. They gave me a warranty and when I sent them the pictures on 6.25.18 they originally agreed to help me, but then realized I had given them a bad yelp review and on 6.26.18 refused to assist me and "took back" their warranty. I will be following up with the BBB and attorney general. Back Story: I was referred here for repairs to my bumper. It started off well and my car returned with in a week. I was provided a rental from my insurance company during that week. However when I went to pick up my car the paint job on the bumper was runny and not well done. I had to come back this time without a rental on my lunch break and sit for an hr and a half while they attempted to fix the job. After waiting they told me it was done and I inspected it only to find out he had gone too far and basically burned the bumper. Meaning I had to come back a third time. Additionally the bumper guard they ordered that was new was all scratched up so they also had to reorder this part for when I came back again. Came back a third time and sat another hr and a half while they fix the paint job that should have been properly fixed the first time. There is a serious lack of attention to detail and no real quality check before they hand the car back over. As someone repairing the car, you should check over your work. If they had done that the first time, this all could have been avoided. At this point I thought I had been beyond patient and kind considering they kept messing up and it was costing me time and money, but I didn't complain. Finally its fixed, but now 2 inserts from my car are missing. (Which I later replaced myself for a total of .69 cents a piece) just to show you how petty Jake is he would rather scream and hang up than to assist. I'll gladly pay that to avoid being verbally harassed. I emailed and called to follow up and was yelled at by the manager who told me im lying, gave me some story about a woman who accused one of her guys of stealing an iPhone and proceeded to hang up on me. It was at this point I finally had enough and decided I was no longer going to put up with the lack of professionalism or blatant disrespect. Nobody said anyone stole anything I was simply pointing out the inserts were there when I dropped off the car the first time and missing by the time I picked up the car the third time. Perhaps they were misplaced when disassembling and reassembling the vehicle, perhaps they were put somewhere else for safe keeping, or maybe just laying around unnoticed as they are very small parts. I replaced the parts that started this whole situation for a total of .69 cents a piece. This just goes to show, Jake cares nothing about his customers. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the manager, Jake. That is absolutely no way to treat anyone -especially a customer. I was calm and kind during the entire process, had to come back multiple times costing me time and money and do not appreciate the way I was talked to or treated. He is rude, angry and was somewhat aggressive on the phone with me. There were several different ways he could have handled the situation that would have been appropriate, his response was not one of them. The assistant manager is kind, however all she could do nothing to help other than put Jake on the phone. I shared my experience with my co worker who was kind enough to drop me off at the shop to pick up my car the 1st time. When I told her what had happened, she explained she didn't want to influence my opinion of this location but that her husband and her previously had issues with repairs at this shop. She said the repairs were not done properly and when her husband talked to Jake about it, he too got serious attitude and aggression. Ultimately Jake gave them their money back, but was a total and utter jerk about it - sounds about right! Bad business. I will not be back. You should not come here if you want to be treated well or have your car repaired properly the first time. They also do not honor their own warranty. Bad and illegal business practices. read more

Welllllll.... what can I say? Silly truck got in an argument with a concrete post and lost. My heart was broken - as was my pride. I couldn't even STAND looking at the ugly gash that now stamped the rear quarter panel of my Chevy Suburban (which I am still making payments on). I called around -- because of COVID and Memorial Day weekend no one could get me in until the following week to even get an estimate. NO WAY was I looking at that damage for a week. I called Ball Park Auto Body. I was in the neighborhood and trusty Google showed they were nearby. I talked to the manager. She told me to come by. 4 minutes later we were talking. I got a fair estimate. I made arrangements to leave my babes there that afternoon with the promise to get it back the following day. I left my precious and got her back the following afternoon (24 hour turnaround time). The repair looks great. You wouldn't even know I had a major oops there. The paint matched, the repair was flawless. It looks good! Plus there's a lifetime warranty on the paint. I'm extremely happy and am referring friends and family to them. Can't say enough about this shop, the best! Had a small bumper issue on my VW GTI, that needed repair. Got quotes of 1K dollars, plus labor, from other body shops in the Downtown are. If the tow truck driver suggested that you take your vehicle to this facility, you have been conned. You have the right to take your car wherever you want, even if it has already been towed there. Do it now. Even if they have started "work" on your vehicle. No one at this facility is licensed. They will NOT honor any warranty they promise you. They will get your vehicle running and make the check engine lights go out and then they will take any money you and/or your insurance company pay them, just to get you out the door. I just brought my car to have the driver side mirror replaced since it got broken on a hit and run. They offer free estimates and their pricing is somewhat affordable. I will say, that I am satisfied with the outcome. New mirror looks just as new. I didn't give 5 stars because they failed to their promise of same day service. I had to rent a car for the night which was not expected. I have came here 3 times for 3 collisions in 2 years . The owner has hooked me up all the time. 1st time it was my fault , I T-boned a guy and obviously I had to find a way to pay them and the owner waived the storage fee and deductible. The second time i got rear ended and again because it was like a 7 car accident, the police report was taking foreverrr and the owner again , was patient with me and the insurance mess. Didn't mind holding my car for that time. The last time involved a moter cyclist and a drunk lady and I was a victim in the crash , the motorcyclist died and it was a insurance nightmare . I'm the worst when it comes to cars, let's start with that. I've had THE worst luck with anything auto related including the time I rear ended someone on Thanksgiving morning and ended up with a complete smash-in of my car hood. The tow-truck driver said (as they usually do) "my friend, I have great auto body shop. They take very good care of you" Like a lil lamb I listened and am super thankful I did. I called ahead before my car was moved there to give them a heads up and Nichole answered and said they'd be ready for me. The entire process she kept me up to date and was always happy (or atleast was good at sounding like it haha) to hear from me every 10 minutes as I checked for status reports. After they pretty much completely rebuilt my hood (looks brand new) they noticed a few bits here & there and didn't waste a minute in taking care of those as well. I even ended up buying new tires from them and am currently writing this review while in their waiting room. In a nutshell: Most mechanic shops are full of a-holes who know how to take advantage of a guy like me but this place makes me feel comfortable enough to feel like I'm not getting screwed over and for that I am quite thankful. Rudely she declined to provide a business card or offer any contact information. I have a fleet of delivery trucks that need body work & wanted to discuss this matter with upper management. I came to him with a real mess on my hands after I tried to get two damaged spots fixed by a mobile dent removal company and they made things much worse. This is by far the best repair shop I've been to. I hydroplaned my HHR into the center divided of I-5 just before Sea World Drive. I didn't know where to take my car for repairs. I knew a dealership would charge an outrageous price and take forever to order parts and fix my car, but the gentelman who towed my car off the freeway, suggested Ballpark Auto Body. Upon my arrival, there was a lovely woman at the front desk who greeted me promptly and notified me about their 50% off my car insurance deductible. Woohoo! The next day, the insurance guy was there and Ballpark was was tearing my wrecked car apart and assessing the damages. I came $1000 away from totaling my car. Two weeks into the repair, there was a courtesy call made to notify me that they had discovered that not only was the front axle broken, but the rear one as well. They were very thorough in making sure that my car would come back to me fully restored. An extra week and a half later, I had my car back! It was in pristine condition! I am so terrible at remembering names, however, the gentelman that worked on my car went through step by step on paper, and visually showed me, what was broken, how much it cost to fix, how much the insurance charged, a certificate of guarantee workmanship, and just before handing me the key to my car, he started it up for me. I was unfortunate enough to get T-boned in 2022 and the tow truck driver recommended this place. Not only do they do great work, but they did a great job giving me peace of mind and helping me deal with the insurance company of the driver at fault. On top of that they were able to order the parts and completely fix up my car in about two weeks, which was a great turnaround considering the damages. They also gave my car back with a much needed wash and I couldn't remember the last time it looked that polished. I had a couple nitpicky things I noticed over the next couple months after I got my car back and everyone at ball park was super accommodating and happy to try to make things right even though they had already earned their payday from the insurance company. More recently, I noticed some transmission issues in my car so I gave them a call and they got me in for a diagnosis that same week. Unfortunately, the issue could only be fixed at an authorized Audi dealer because the mechatronic unit that was faulty requires special programming, but they explained the problem and diagnosed it at no charge! I will without a doubt be giving them my business in the future whenever it's needed and I recommend you do too. Also wanted to give a big shout out to Pedro, who I interacted with the most. He, along with the rest of the staff, was super kind and eager to please no matter what the request. read more

Victor's shop made my car look brand new when a women hit my front bumper and passenger head light. My car looks great and better than it did before the hit. They buffed my entire car, got my front passenger rim fixed, replaced both headlights so my car wouldn't look odd, painted my fenders, and my hood and the other fender so it would look blended. They even painted my grill black for me. My dad and I couldn't be happier with the car, even my dad who is super picky and knows his stuff about auto shops said they did an amazing job and is very happy with it. I called this place to get help on fixing my boyfriends truck and getting it painted and didn't really know where to start, so I called and when a girl answered I was a little relieved because I thought maybe she would be a little more understanding but NOPE, I was wrong by a long shot. Best decision I made. The people working were very calming and treated me like family. Ballpark kept me informed throughout the entire process. Super impressed with this place. Didn't charge me a penny and spent about 20 minutes with me. My lower radiator housing was bent back and needed body work according to my mechanic. The cost was going to be $500 to $1600 for repair or replacement. The owner Vic came out and made a minor modification to a twist tie so the hose was not close to the AC Compressor and told me not to do the repair or replacement. He could have sold me on the work as he needs to make the money and the work is needed but not urgently. Very happy with him and his staff they treated me right and gave me peace of mind when I left knowing the repair was not a safety issue that would strand me on the road. read more
