Even with the delivery delay it came in plenty enough time for the event I needed my jacket for. I ordered an ORANGE leather jacket. It was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find one! I was skeptical... cynical even. It fits like a glove so far. (I haven't attempted to zip it up or try it on in front of a mirror as I'm currently in bed sick.) It is also the EXACT color of orange I needed, which I wasn't sure due to the dimness of the photo on the site. One little "flaw" I see, which is barely worth mentioning, is the snaps on the collar are for show only - there's nothing to snap them to on the jacket. This means unlike most leather motorcycle jackets the long collar doesn't snap down to stay. Hopefully this doesn't become an issue but so far so good - great actually. I know what it's like to order from a company you're unsure about. I would recommend and will order from them again. The final shirt gave exactly what I was hoping for and made our experience so much better. They have an online presence where you can see a variety of examples. They have an onsite location where you can see examples, place your order and pick up. They will make 2 mockups for you for $25 each. The only area they can improve on, based on my experience, is the follow up with the communication. I didn't think that I was going to get my shirts in time because it took forever to get the final design mockup that was representing what I asked for. I would've rather spoken to the artist directly the first time to share my vision. Instead I had to tell it to the front store manager who passed it on to them and maybe some information got left out or wasn't explained like how I did. But either way we eventually got it right and I was so happy.

Now they've moved to Brookshire, and I take it they do more cowboy hat sales than what I am usually looking for. They mostly deal in Stetson, and they make a pretty good dress(fedora) hat. Mr. Shudde informed me that they basically donated their profits to the Brookwood mentally challenged , so you've got to respect that (this as he told me, is that after paying the overhead, all the profits go to their trust and he gets paid a salary). How noble, for a business that's been around over 100 years. Would like to see a greater variety of dress hats, and a pork pie, homburg. and a Borsalino (Mr. Sinatra's favorite), but he could order any of these if you so desire. He also has the new " Indiana Jones" line for the novice. I highly suggest you visit this store, even if you're not a hat person. Take your hat in to get it blocked as well. Don't miss his wall of fame where a pantheon of celebrities have left their autographs. You're gonna find more western style hats, but it is Brookshire, so that's how its gonna be. I filled out a charge send form and they faxed it over... Supposedly. Something went awry so I followed up with The Galleria myself days later. Unfortunately, the SF staff wasn't on top of things. However, the manager at this store was super helpful and made sure that I got my jumper quickly. She even waived the shipping fee because of the mishap. And it wasn't even their fault! My experience was entirely over the phone, and their customer service was awesome. I haven't been to The Galleria for a few years, but it's an amazing mall. I'm super happy that one of my favorite shops is in here!
