Between his military experience and information he's acquired over the years, his knowledge was so vast and he made learning fun. I found Mark at the Sunday Morning Apollo Beach farmers market. In 45 minutes he had my full set all fixed up and sharper than new. He also gave me tips to keep them that way. Mark told me he would be at the Mobil station on Cross Creek Blvd. on a Friday . We dropped the knives and a pair of scissors off and returned an hour later to pick them up.
