I love this company! I feel so bad I forgot the name of the specific balloon artist that came for our event, but he was so stellar and VERY efficient. We purchased the basic package which was more than enough fun for the kids we had at my daughter's 1st year birthday. The kids up to 7 years old were very happy with all the options that the balloon artist was able to do despite just the basic package. We also thought it was funny and very cool that the balloon artist had a utility belt with all the pumps and balloons and stuff, really felt like a Batman of Balloons. He arrived earlier than expected which was great so he could know the lay of the land and get situated, and his prep time (haha, Batman joke) was very quick. He also didn't mind staying a little longer (for a fee of course) to provide an additional period of time for kids still waiting in line for 2nd or 3rd balloons. The process of booking was super simple, they are super reachable by phone, and all I needed to do was put a deposit and then pay the rest of the amount closer to the party date.
