I took my daughter here for her first time for graduation nails, needless to say we will not be returning,my nails were over priced for lumpy bumpy and crooked when I bought it to their attention they brushed it off. My daughters nails were supposed to be French tips the correct undertone was not used no topcoat was on her nails until I said something we could've did a better job at home. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever come back I should have read the reviews before coming I believe that if you pay your money your hard earned money then a service should be provided with care.t The guy that did my nails stopped to smoke did not wash his hands therefore he smelled like cigarettes doing my nails my toes were horrible I will never ever return again. Well... this is going to be unbelievable. I went into Bally Nails today. They are located in the Walmart shipping center by Metro PCS and El Rancheros is in the corner in Villa Rica, GA. The bald man was selected to work on me. First, he never greeted me with a hello. I don't even think he looked at me. As I sat down he reached out for my hand before I picked out my color. I asked to ket me pick my color first. So he went outside to smoke (I know this bc he stuck when he came back in). I asked if he wanted a piece of gum. I'm a nonsmoker and he just reaked of cigarettes or an ashtray. I picked out a silver color with sparkles. We never spoke but I observed the workers and they all looked mad or maybe they just really hated their job? Who knows They all were talking among themselves and it was like they were screaming but I didn't hear any of the workers say one word to a customers. No one was talking! It was a morgue in there. So the guy does my nails and he's now put on the 2nd coat on one hand and I look at it and it just looked like clearcoat with sparkles. I told him the color is not right. it's not the silver I picked out. He raises his voice at me and said; "I ALREADY PUT ON YOUR HAND! THAT THE SILVER YOU PICK!!" I replied; "It's not the same color, I picked out a silvertone and this looks clear with sparkles" He continued to shout at me, then he turned around and grabbed the basket the samples were in so that he can show me ("I was wrong") and when he did this he whipped them around so hard they went flying on the floor in my direction. He picks them up... I say; " What the hell is wrong with you!" and then he rifles through the basket in front of me. He was so mad he couldn't find the sample and they only had a very small selection of colors. He finally finds the sample and holds it about 6 inches from my face and says; "See silver" The owner at that time came over and is standing at the table and he hands it to her after he shows me. I said; "See That is not the Same Color, It's full color there". The owner says; "It's because the color is on a white nail so it looks more silver". I told her that the color in the sample was the color I wanted. She said; "I'll put another coat" and I agreed with that. In the meantime the bald man kept pacing to the front door and back to the table. During all this I made the comment "What's wrong with you? Is this how you treat your customers? " Then what came next blew me away! He said; " I'M SICK OF YOU COMING HERE YOU KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!" "WHAT"! I've never been here before! This is my first time here! He kept yelling stuff at me he got me so upset. I called the police. When the owner finished me I grabbed my purse and walked out of there. I stood in front of the business on the walkway waiting for the police to come. Do you know this Korean man walked out to me, cocked his head sideways (I thought I was in fight club) because it looked like he was coming for me. He came inches from me and was going to grab me but his boss caught him right in time. Plus I said; "You better not touch me!" When the cops came those F'ers told them I was the one who was doing all the yelling and throwing the nails. Are we in the Twilight Zone or something? They told the cops they wanted me to pay. I told the cop I don't think I should have to pay based on how I got treated and the Villa Rica Police "Who have always gotten my respect, just lost it!" The cop said then I'll take you to jail. Well then I'll pay! A No Brainer! Looking at them now they look horrible! they are very thick. I should have made the drive to my SALON in dallas. if you want a great place to go try Classic Nails 457 Nathen Dean Blvd Dallas 30132 Take Hwy 61 to Nathen Dean and it's in the Kroger Shopping Center. I would highly recommend them, they know me by my name, they are very friendly, smile, pass out water to their customers and their tools are in a sealed in a sanitary bag. I really want to like this place. It's not busy when I go in (which might be a sign) and the ambiance is nice. I don't get my nails done very often, so when I do go, I'm polite to the staff for seeing me, I'm not picky, and I just go with the flow. Yesterday I went and giggled through a pedicure because my feet are ticklish and the tech was a good sport about it so I tipped her an obscene amount because why not? Fast forward to this morning and my big toe is throbbing in pain. I'm doing an epsom soak and antibiotic cream so I hopefully don't end up at Urgent Care later for an infection. Looking back on it (because I'm somewhat inexperienced) I ignored a couple red flags. For example, she really curved the nail and dug into the bed like she was pulling at an ingrown that I wasn't aware I had. And then the plastic cover for the tub was aggravating her so she ended up just taking if off and trashing it. I'm really conflicted about leaving negative reviews on businesses because it's someone's livelihood. But if infection is a regular occurrence for the clientele, then I feel it's only right to speak up. Y'all wish me luck because this seriously hurts today. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went in waited for nearly 30 minutes, the women who did my pedicure was rough and rushed the process. Im a licensed nail technician and she clearly know average pedicures must be at least 25 minutes I then sat down for full-set. The bald man who did them was disgusting. Customer service was non existent I asked him to fix the nail that was crooked he replied " my finger is crooked" I told him Sir, I get my nails done every 2 weeks I never had a crooked nail. he says if you don't like it, OK! "If you come back , don't come back" "I DONT CARE"! Well, I can bet on it he's going to care when he gets this cash back from my credit union. Disgusted !!!! read more

I went in to have clear (had been white tips) gel removed and a very simple clear polish manicure for my natural nails. I paid $30 to realize later he covered up most of the gel with layers of clear polish instead of making sure it was all off. Waste of money and time that I don't have - had to go to a reputable salon to have it redone. read more

I decided to try this place for the first and LAST time because it was close to where I were and my salon I normally go to was too far to travel. I asked for a pedicure, nails take off and gel polish on my nails. A guy did my pedicure. Prior to him polishing my toes, I specifically told him how I wanted by toes polished. I explained I wanted my whole nail painted and he stated he understood. (For some reason, I have to always tell anyone new that polish my toes this) So, he polishes my toes and I'd noticed my whole nail wasn't polish, so I kindly let him know. He said ok and he proceeds to polish, still not polishing my whole nail, so I pointed it out to him again. He says, "it's not your nail, it's your skin", which clearly wasn't. So, another guy comes over and look at my toes and says, "that's your skin, not toenail, basically saying the same thing the other guy said just because he didn't want to agree with me and go against his co-worker because again, you can clearly see it was my toenail. So than he says, she going to paint your nail. I said, ok that's fine. A lady come to me, sits down aggressively and in a very RUDE voice says, WHICH ONE NOT DONE RIGHT? I said to her, what you won't do is, be rude and unprofessional to me bc I expressed my concern about my nails. So she proceeds to polish my nails and does a horrible job. Meanwhile, the girl doing my nails is aggressively painting my nails and has a very nasty attitude with me. She saw the bubbles in the paint on my nails and still proceeded to paint over it and was ok with how they looked and wasn't going to repaint them until I said something. This place is HORRIBLE. If you don't like the service provided, you're not to complain, just pay. They don't value their customers and they treat their customers as if you are beneath them. Got my nail done and a pedicure. Customer service was good. For 45$ I would think you would get a pretty good set. Well she did sloppy work, but I was like okay the pedicure will be great and that's what I really wanted anyway. Hands down the WORST pedicure I have ever had! I am so serious when I tell you he did not touch my feet with one drop of lotion. I paid for a pedicure and basically got a nail trim and polish. That is the first and last time there for me. The other times I have loved this place! However, the head lady did my nails. I questioned some different designs & she got an attitude. I tried some new polish that cost more & they did not turn out the color I had picked out. I completely HATE them. They look green & gold instead of burgundy & gold. I went in for a polish and they talked me into a fill. Then they told me that my nails were long and the price would be $5 more. I told the man that my nails were not long at all. They are not real short either. After all why get them put on if you are not going to have some length to them. So we went back and forth about 3 times. Then instead of the man being a professional and saying "mam I'm sorry we can not fill your nails bc that is what we charge" He raised he's hands to me and shooded me away like some stray dog or some farm animal and said "GO!!" I don't understand that there is no common practices on how to deal with customers in some of these places. Maybe in his country they do business and talk to each other that way, but business people here in the USA, we have respect for our customers. Stopped in for the first time on a Sunday to get SNS and a pedicure. Although I waited for almost an hour, I remained patient. There were four employees and they kept telling us it would only be 5 more minutes. I finally get in the chair and actually leave with a good feeling. Fast forward to Wednesday and one of my nails breaks. I return and am told that it would be $3 to repair my nail with a tip which I think is ridiculous so I take the option to just fix it without the tip. These are my real nails and this choice was given. I'm then told that without a tip my one finger would have a square shape and the others are coffin! That's ridiculous! So I'm forced to pay for the tip on less than 3 day old nails. The worst part is the nail woman raises her voice at me and gets very disrespectful. I wouldn't have had an issue had she been respectful. The prices are not posted and I had to ask if there was a charge. I will never come to this place again. Yesterday was my first and last time going to this nail salon. I dropped in yesterday during my lunch to get an SNS fill in. Time constraints kept me from going to my normal salon, and I had a business meeting to attend and needed a fill in bad. I've been getting my nails done for almost 30 years. This was the worst experience ever. It took way longer than it should, the man doing my nails was brutal on my cuticles. The SNS is actually on top on my cuticles. My nails look horrible! ALL 10 of my finger's cuticles are swollen and so painful. I've NEVER had this happen before. The worst $40 I have ever spent. If I hadn't been on my lunch and headed to a business meeting, I would have got up and walked out before he finished. Now I have to pay to get my nails fixed and just pray I don't have infections set up in all 10 of my nail beds/cuticles. I 100% do not recommend this nail salon. Also, the other woman doing nails in there was so unprofessional. She talked and laughed on the phone the entire time she was working on 2 other customers. Very unprofessional and rude to do when a customer is paying for your direct attention. I wish there was a 0 star option. read more
