Both double room suites were comfortable; we had hot water, plush beds, a full size refrigerator and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The location was perfect, there's a TX Roadhouse next to the property and they give you a 10% discount if you show your room key. It's also close to Barksdale AFB which also seems to be outdated.

Our server, Austine, was exceptional--attentive, friendly, and truly helped make the dining experience memorable. While Lady Luck wasn't exactly on our side this trip, we still managed to hit the jackpot when it came to customer service. Anya at the Promotions Desk went above and beyond, providing outstanding service with a smile and making us feel genuinely valued as guests. The mirror was streaky, no paper or pen (which we are used to jotting things down) The breakfast had no sausage or bacon! My room itself was nice and comfortable, but the bathroom sink had terrible drainage, which became pretty frustrating during the stay. The bar downstairs is definitely lively and it serves food. The service and rooms were horrible. Tubs had rust on them I was told to close my eyes. Then he said he would comp the valet and that became a lie. I was so embarrassed.
