Worst eye center EVER!…read more I took my glasses to the CROWN POINT office for REPAIRS ONLY. They broke my glasses. They hid what they did. A month after they ruined my glasses if it wasn't for me stopping by the criown point office I wouldn't have known that they broke the bridge and scratched the lenses. They did not have the courtesy to call me and let me know that they had destroyed my glasses. I paid almost $800.00 for my glasses. Instead repairing my glasses they scratched the lenses and broke the bridge. Long story short. TWO months into the situation they called me one day saying that I can pick up my glasses all ruined and that I had to pay for the mistakes they did and repair my glasses. NOT COOL!

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. They sat there and talking to each other about whatever and seemed like they were talking about the customers or something due to the fact they lowered their heads to the counter and talked quieter. Not professional at all. Did the exam, nothing wrong with that. I started looking for my glasses and ended up finding the ones I wanted. The lady who helped me was a bit rude. I previously went in there to get my glasses tightened after someone knocked them off at a concert. I told her what happened but she then rudely said "start taking them off with two hands" like that was why they were all stretched out. Anyways, there was a promotion going on for 50% off lenses and frames but I wasn't aware that it had to be a package (bronze or higher) for the lenses. She puts in he $300 lenses the Dr. recommended without asking me. She told me the price of the glasses and I told her I wasn't going to pay that much for glasses and I want the bronze package if I can't do the basic with it. She looked shocked and was rude about it. I then asked her about if it was similar for the sunglasses and she said no. She asked what tint I wanted and I said the grey ones assuming she put in the 30$ ones since she pointed to them. She did not.
