Went there 2 years ago and found out she was not longer there. Fast forward to today, i was trying to book an appointment to get a basic eye exam and while doing so, I called, the phone rang twice, phone picked up and i was tossed on hold without being asked if it was okay for me to be placed on hold. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. A medical office should make patients feel supported, not ignored. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Honestly the only thing missing is the staff members wearing bonnets and coming in with their house slippers.

Apparently I missed the deadline by 2 minutes and there was "nothing they could do". I understand I was 12 minutes late, but you'd think they'd take into account I took a half day and drove nearly an hour after waiting a month and a half for the appointment. I will find somewhere else to make my business.

They conduct all of the eye tests in a professional manner. The techs are gentle with eye drops. Very thorough testing including photos of the eyes. The doctors are friendly & knowledgeable. Second time I was asked to pay an additional $75 and come back a third time with another $90 request. Mind you my insurance has never changed . She told me I'd have to see a plastic surgeon and my insurance would not cover it. That it would cost thousands of dollars. Very curt, and uncaring. Charged me $60 for visit. I then visited another optometrist who said he could remove in the office and my insurance will cover. He also asked to give me a cataract exam and told me I had cataracts. What a difference.

SCAMMING OLDER PEOPLE. They state they are "people-first" but take advantage of older people. He was told to sign things and add-ons for glasses that he had no idea what he was signing for. When we tried to get the money back, they stated they would not give any kind of refund and that IF HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND HE SHOULD HAVE COME WITH SOMEONE..... I understand that he may have needed someone with him, but not everyone has the luxury of living in the same state with their parent. Does that mean they are not allowed to get proper healthcare because they don't have someone else to hold their hand? In regards to the 400 dollar glasses that he is unable to return, they gave it to him and he stated his vision was ten times worse, they stated they'll take them back and fix them....how is a brand new set of glasses worse than his current set? Anyway, I don't recommend coming here or to any Moses Eyecare places, especially if you are over a certain age.
