I was recently introduced to the place from Groupon Baltimore where I purchased a coupon for 3 laser hair removal treatments for my lower legs for the awesome price of $189. I am usually not the one to write too many reviews unless I am very satisfied & feel the need to speak about the place or am very unhappy and feel the need to warn other people. Well, I will start from my very first impression which was setting up my appointment over the telephone.. the receptionist was very friendly I felt as though I could see her smiling through the telephone, she made sure to answer all of my questions completely before we hung the telephone up.. when I came into the office for the first time I thought it was not as fancy as the previous center I had been to but thought it was very nice that they had a clear refrigerator full of drinks free of charge in the waiting room. After filling out my paper work I had to wait a few minutes before my treatment (the doctor and his wife were running a little late that morning) the receptionist took that time to go over my paper work with me and to show me a few products she thought would work well with my treatment, although she explained the products to me I did not feel any pressure to purchase any. I had the pleasure of the doctors wife treating me my first visit (a bit chatty, but very nice) my treatment was painless, she made sure to ice in between hitting me with the laser, she almost made me feel like an old friend, during my treatment she also talked to me about procedures she had done herself and how good they made her feel since. On my first treatment I quickly had the pleasure of being introduced to the doctor (friendly man, however he did seem a bit busy that morning, I did find it very nice that he took the time from his hectic morning to introduce himself to me). Over all my first appointment went very well.. needless to say I have returned past the 3 treatments I had orignally purchased. I have had the pleasure of being treated by not only the doctors wife but Elina too who stayed late to treat me after my work day. I am now on my 7th treatment because they were so affordable, apparently the receptionist also does the pricing for the company and she worked with my budget to make sure I completed my treatments. I have also purchased a 2nd groupon for skin tightening, the PA did this for me.. I love her as well seemed like she laughed the whole time, again just a very friendly group of people. The main point to the review is to say I am satified with my treatments I am what I would consider hair free.. and I am looking younger by the day, well atleast that's what I am hoping for lol. The only thing I would say to everyone is to be sure to book your appointment atleast 3 weeks in advance if you would like an evening appointment, they tend to book up quickly and can be hard to get in last minute. Also, sometimes you may have a few minutes wait so I would say to bring a good magazine, there are not too many good ones in the lobby. Over all I give them an A-. read more

This place sucks. I would RATE it a 0. Do not go to Baltimore cosmetic Laser Center on Fredrick road. This place steals your money. They tell you nice things in your consult appointment about the treatment but the result of the treatment is ZERO benefit. I called in to confirm my appointment and talk to the front desk staff about my concerns about the treatment. My concern was that there was no reduced hair growth after having several treatments. I was told in my first appointment to buy a package for six treatment and it will be good enough and if not then you might need to add one or two treatments at a discounted rate. The lady at the front desk told me that she does not know anything about the treatment but she will give a message to the nurse who gave the treatment. A couple hours later the nurse, Carol, who is also the owner of this place called me and started yelling at me and was saying, "why are you blaming me that the treatment is not working. You are a mean lady and you don't have any right to blame me." She kept yelling at me and did not listen to my concerns about whether we should wait for another treatment or should schedule another appointment soon. When I told her to calm down and listen to my concerns she hung up on me. When I called back she answered and told me to go somewhere else for treatment, don't come here. When I asked her to return my money, she told me that you bought the package so you can not have your money back and she hung up again. When I called her again she answered again and told me not to call back and we are closed. When I tried to call them from a different phone, her staff answered the phone call and said that there is nothing they can do. Then the owner grabbed the phone from her staff and told me do not call , we are closed. When I told her that we will write a review about her, she told me, "do whatever you want to do. I do not care about that." At this point I am going to complain about them to the better business bureau. She said, "Let's see what happens." However I also heard from one of her staff that this place is closing. I am not surprised after receiving bad treatment from Carol. I hope her husband who is a Doctor running this business under his license knows about his wife. I have still one treatment left under the package that I bought. I will make sure that I do not get an appointment with her. After today's experience, I do not trust her, she might burned me with the laser, you never know. By just asking a couple questions I made her angry........ In short do not go to this place even if they offer treatments for free! read more

I am not one that is much on writing reviews, however I do believe in giving credit where credit is due. My sister and I recently decided to have Smartlipo together. She is a mother of two and older then I.. I am a recent mother of one, who was having a hard time going back to my pre baby body. So, when my sister brought up the idea of having smartlipo I was abit sketchy on the idea. Assuming it would be too expensive & that I would not get the results I was hoping for I WAS WRONG. We are both now about two months out since our surgery date and I am in complete shock at how I look and feel. Never would I have thought that I could look like this again so quickly. Months of dieting & exercising did not give me the results I needed, but this in and out procedure did and I am so happy that I took that step and went with it. I am also happy that with my smartlipo included in the price was three laser skin tightening treatments on the area I had the procedure that is a big help in healing and tightening the area. I have two left. After I had the smartlipo procedure and was super happy with the results I decided it was time for a whole mommy make over, especially since I knew I could afford the procedures. Three weeks ago I had some Dysport injected into my forehead, which is the same as Botox, only Dysport offers a rebate. Whats better then getting a $50 rebate check in the mail!? I loved the way it turned out and must say I am sure I will be addicted to it. Right after my smartlipo procedure I had some spider veins treated on my upper thigh, which always was an embarrassment to me. After two procedures they are looking great. I am now referring all of my friends, two have upcoming procedures scheduled and I am loving it because I get a credit on my account for referring my friends. Recently both my friend and I purchased Groupon coupons for 3 laser hair removal treatments for this office and I have to say I had a great experience there. Although my groupon only entitled me to 3 treatments and they recommend 6 they made the remaining 3 super affordable for me to complete. The girl at the front desk made sure all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction and believe me I tend to ask alot of questions, but she answered all of them and was very patient with me. She went over pricing with me and made sure it fit my budget. After answering all my questions she showed me around the center. (I did think it was going to be a bit larger). I have had a great success with my treatments. Most of the time that I have been there I did not have to wait longer then 5 minutes, except once I waited roughly 15 minutes. I have been treated by 2 different laser technicians there and I must say they are both good and made sure that I was not experiencing any pain from the laser.. they both stopped to ice me during my treatment. I would definitely recommend a friend, but I would say to call at least a week and half before the date you would like to have treatment because they tend to book up rather quickly. I do wish they had more days like their Monday days, because on Mondays they will see patients until 6:30 and that is awesome for me because of my work schedule. read more

Okay it's time to review this place and pay them the thanks that they deserve. I got the groupon a while ago and have had 6 treatments with them. I went to another laser hair removal place and while their lasers worked well they were incredibly painful. Baltimore Cosmetic Laser center does a great job and I don't feel like 8,000 bees stung my crotch for a whole day after they're finished. The technicians take the time and effort to make sure I'm as comfortable as possible by using ice packs and gel after each zap. The receptionist knows me by my first name (calls me Ms. Jen...cute!). They were really understanding when I forgot to shave and provided me with a razor, no problem. They also talk to you while their zapping so it's almost like catching up at the hair salon. I like this place so much that I paid for my next three treatments and didn't even bother to look for a place with a groupon. read more

So, I will start by saying I had a groupon for a discount toward smartlipo, a little unsure at first because I thought it would be completely out of my price range, however I was very wrong. This procedure is VERY affordable here even for a Mother of 2. I always dreamed of having this procedure done & was so excited when I found out the cost. The staff was awesome at walking me through everything.. & fitting the procedure into my time frame. It is now 2 months post procedure & I am so amazed with my results, My abdomen looks awesome in my new bikini! I think the best part is that it did not take hardly anytime to recover, which is important to me because again I am a mother of two & work full time. I am really ambivalent about why all of the other reviews are negative towards Baltimore Cosmetic Laser Center. I have been there 3 times this year for laser treatment for my acne scars on my face and my results are phenomenal! My scars were so deep that I was skeptical at first but I cannot believe how my results turned out-- my face has never looked so good. I was referred here by a friend who goes ALL the time and is completely in love with this place. She goes for spider viens, scars, wrinkles, whatever she needs... her results are so wonderful, that's why I tried this place out. I have NEVER had to wait for an appointment. As soon as I get there I fill out a paper than I am called right back. Their prices are really cheap too so why not get GREAT results at a lower price. I highly recommend this place. I don't understand the negative reviews, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion....I purchased a Dealfind coupon for Dysport/Botox. It was a great deal at $99...This is my first experience with injections, I am trying to ward off the aging process at 30 LOL...well, the staff was very nice and helpful and Dr. Dando took time to explain not only everything abt the injections, but also answered my questions regarding other procedures. The voucher was for 37 units of Dysport and Dr. Dando was nice enough to give me 40 units and not charge me the difference so I got the results I wanted. I have already booked my next appts and would reccomend this center to any of my friends or family. They also have a great refferal program. I was recently introduced to the Baltimore Cosmetic Laser Center from a website called Groupon.com. This website allowed me to purchase 3 treatments of hair removal for a discounted price. The service I received at the center was great I was so satisfied with everything. I do wish they had better reading material in the waiting room, luckly my waiting time was not long and the time I did have to wait I spent going over other services and products with the very nice receptionist, she introduced to a great facial cleanser that I am now using every day. The woman who did my laser hair removal although very chatty was very nice and I felt like she was very accurate I was so pleased about being hair free. I just moved to the Baltimore area from California Where you pay and arm and leg for Laser hair removal.. over a $100 an area. I get my lower legs, arm pits, bikini, chin and toes. That would be $500 in LA. Here I pay around $200 for all 5 areas! Awesome deal! The staff is very friendly and comfortable. Laser hair removal doesn't happen over night. I am now on my 4 treatment.. i am much better and lighter hair but I will probably have to go 3 more times. Not many places can you feel comfortable having someone be in your womanly spots. I felt comfortable the very first time meeting (Carol-Laser technician). Hat's off Baltimore Cosmetic Laser Center. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know. They are so friendly and kind. Carol, Dr. Dando, and the staff are all great. I have been getting laser treatments there for about a year and i see the results. I will be getting other areas lasered as well. Their prices are the best in the area. Seriously. You will not find anywhere else to match in the Baltimore DC area. There was even a lady from Pittsburgh to see Dr. Dando! Dr. Dando is also really good at doing radiesse injections, I got it for the first time and he was so comforting and reassuring because I nervous to do anything to my face. I have had great a great experience with Baltimore Cosmetic Laser Center. I first came to BCLC after purchasing a coupon for laser hair removal. I was immediately impressed with the great service and the quick results. I decided to purchase an additional treatment package. BCLC uses the Candela Gentlelase laser for laser hair removal. From personal experience, I can tell you that this laser yields far better results than other lasers (IPL). After 6 treatments on my back, I have virtually no hair left. Carol usually does my treatments. She has always been very professional and is always very pleasant to be around.
