This is the fifth time in the past few years I've hired KGC to clean my home and they never disappoint. The crew is always careful with my belongings, thorough in their cleaning, always add some extra special touch I didn't ask for, and overall they just do a super professional job in a relatively quick time. One thing I love is that they are really trustworthy, I've met them on several occasions and they are sweet, kind people, I have no problems leaving them with my keys and always have a pleasant conversation with them. They always go the extra mile. This last time they even cleaned out the inside of my fridge which I hadn't even requested. Whenever I feel they might have missed something I just point it out and they attend to it right away (I can be overly picky sometimes). I've used other cleaning companies in the past but never had a consistently good experience of thorough cleaning, trustworthy crews, and reasonable prices like I get from KGC. These guys are the bomb! I work long hours at work and the ROI of me staying to clean just doesn't make sense when I can hire KGC to do a better job in a fraction of the time it would take me, and at a cost that is less per hour than I earn being at work. I've realized that the time they save me actually translates into a more productive work-week for me; this "ROI" I get makes me consider KGC a partner...plus it's hard not to love such a great group of positive, hard-working and friendly people. Every part of my experience with Kelly Green Club was phenomenal. I requested a quote online through Yelp and Hector responded within 10 minutes. I asked around for quotes from a few different companies and it was clear that Hector's prices were fair and extremely competitive. Literally my only hesitation was the number of reviews Kelly Green Club had received on Yelp. They were all amazing but there were just so few. Well, it's safe to say that I was worried for no reason! All of the other reviews on here are totally accurate and I hope anyone else who uses Hector's services takes the time to write a review because this company really deserves it. Mario came to my house right on time (which almost NEVER happens with services I hire - plumber, contractor, etc.) and was super friendly. I walked him through the house to show him exactly what I needed and he got to work right away. After the cleaning was over, I noticed that the smell of my dog's urine was still in the carpet. Mario immediately called Hector and then Hector called me. Hector had Mario go over the area again but assured me that the smell was only being brought out because of all the particles that had been stirred during the cleaning but that it would dissipate (which totally makes sense). Hector then said that he would have Mario give me a bottle of solution (that is much stronger than typical brands like Nature's Miracle, etc.) tomorrow that I could apply on the stain in case the smell did not completely go away. I asked him how much I would have to pay for it and he said it would be free of charge! Long story short - use Kelly Green Club! My carpets and rug look and feel brand new. Phenomenal work. Hector was great but his staff did a horrible job and were lazy. One of the young ladies showed up late and it was clear she did not want to be at work. We hired this company to do a move out cleaning. The house was empty and well managed and we wanted to have it professional cleaned prior to putting it on the market. The ladies did a half job - cleaning the upper part of the shower and not the lower half, not cleaning the faucet handles, not wiping the baseboards, etc. We had to end up cleaning after they left and wasted the money we paid them. We were going to use them to clean the carpet in our office the following day but canceled after this experience. I would definitely go with another company next time. read more

I was pretty disappointed with their cleaning of my house. I wanted it move in ready. I'm not sure what they were doing at my house for three hours (a whole 1.5 hours just in the bathroom cleaning the toilet and wiping down the sink) but it's not that much cleaner then it was when they arrived. I kept finding things that seemed obvious to clean but weren't done. At the end when I asked if they could also clean the cabinets in the kitchen they didn't have the materials necessary. I ended up having to hire someone else to clean again. read more

We keep our home clean and uncluttered. Due to a respiratory illness I decided to hire someone to do minor cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, etc.) After 2 hours of 2 people cleaning ($160 for 2 hours divided by 2 equals $40 per person per hour btw) it was not cleaned. The worst part was I expressed when booking that I wanted the kitchen area cleaned even if the rest was left to another time. I asked politely to do the downstairs but they insisted on the doing the upstairs first. One bed was made, the sink counters were wiped. No tubs or showers were even wet. The tile floors were still dirty and not wet. They did use some sort of microfiber mop but it was dry. The panels of the doors or the cabinets were not wiped nor the lightswitch covers dusted. Faucet areas and space behind not cleaned. I even showed them how to clean the faucet (old toothbrush swished around the shiny part attached to the sink) when they stated it could not be cleaned. Cabinets not wiped and one still had flour on it. The underneath of the cabinets "toe area" not vacuumed or wiped. The dining room table had smears. The glass tables only had the front top parts wiped and not underneath. Any areas not visible like the back of the tv stand were left undone. When I called them back up in to finish things they did some but I decided to do it myself because the fee already paid was too much and I did not want to incur more charges. read more

His fees were reasonable and did not go up at all from his original quote. The 2 ladies who did the cleaning were amazing!! These guys did an amazing job. We had long-time tenants move out and we put our house on the market. They came in and did a spectacular job with both the cleaning and carpet cleaning: the place went from looking pretty ratty (it probably hadn't really been properly cleaned in a few years!) to looking brand new and ready for photos! They were very professional and organized: I booked well ahead of time, and they confirmed and were very quick to respond when I got in touch for various reasons before the day of the cleaning.
