First time a few weeks ago was excellent. This last trip was just meh. More so because they were out of the chicken dip (said the cream cheese didn't come in on the truck). Service was not as good as the first time either (a gentleman was waiting the bar, he was awesome) it's a little pricey for Baltimore but we don't have many options if we don't want to drive to Columbus. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad and it was almost $20 I will say both had very good flavor.

The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. We ordered cocktails. I ordered the Frosty the Snowman and it was so tasty and cute with snowflakes floating on the top. We decided to share 10 boneless wings and a club sandwich. The service was not real together on this particular Sunday afternoon. My husband had to ask for his beer after he hadn't been served. And, we received the bill before we were ever served our wings. Hmmmm. They were good but the service was somewhat disjointed. I will definitely give them another try when we are in Baltimore.

Still a pretty good place. I think they changed up their cobb salad a bit and it has more lettuce now. I went to dine in for the first time in a long time the other day and the service was great. It was a bit cold in the restaurant, but service was good and my vodka soda was cold and stiff! I wish they would add some new things to their menu, but the tried and true are staples are all still there on the menu-- especially those awesome wavy fries.

A good restaurant for the location. Baltimore Pint House is the only good place in town to eat. There's literally nothing else besides the ice cream place. It has the only food that can even remotely be gourmet. You can still find plenty of cheese and meat covered items. Beer is better than the food. It has a great beer menu. The Brown Nut Ale is the house favorite. It appears this is custom made for here. That may not be true, but that's what it looks like on the menu. It certainly is very good. This is about $6 for a pint. As for the menu there's a lot of big portions available. The menu is very meaty. Even the cheese dip is garnished with bacon. There's not much vegetarian to choose from. One exception is the pretzels, which come in puffy sticks served with the cheese. Try getting it with mustard or something. It's about $7 for a few sticks, which seems a bit too much. They also have macaroni and cheese, but that comes topped with bacon and pork. They seem to love covering things in barbecue drenched crispy pig products. It is very small inside. In the back is a separate dining area. This is good if you have a group because sitting at the bar will squish you.

I would go back for a bite to eat. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I look forward to try the patio area.

Very good value for money. Service on point and warm, cozy atmosphere. Seasonal local hard cider very good with cinnamon and honey rimmed glass, seasonal Oktoberfest menu.. Tomato bisque, pork schnitze, greek loaded friesl very good.

First time at the Pint House. Great experience as our server was very helpful with suggestions. The mushroom soup special was statu and filling. Got the spicy gyro - wow on the spicy. Good flavor and size just hotter than expected. Nice craft beer selection and full bar.

The only red meat I eat is lamb, so you can imagine my joy at finding the best shawarma I've ever had. Wonderful friendly staff, too.

We were seated behind a barrier, and after dropping off our entrees, our server disappeared. My husband realized that he hadn't been served any condiments with his fish & chips -- no tartar sauce, lemon, vinegar or ketchup, nor slaw. He waited a few minutes to dig in, figuring someone would pop around the corner and we'd catch their eye, or our own server would return to check on us. Nope. Meanwhile, hubby had tasted a few fries, which were barely warm and a bit flabby. He started to eat his fish, sans tartar, and said it was ok, but not super hot. Fish and chips out to come out of the fryer so fresh and hot that you need to wait a few minutes to eat it so you don't burn your mouth -- but not here. This food had been sitting around a while. A few other servers had checked on tables nearish to ours, but didn't give us so much as a glance, and didn't hear our loud "Excuse me!"s. We weren't thrilled at the prospect of having to get up and go to the bar or hostess station to get help. But because both our meals had become unenjoyable thanks to waiting over ten minutes for someone to happen by, I decided I'd go seek assistance. But just then, our server happened by. We flagged her down and asked for all the things that were missing. She glanced at my husband's still pretty full plate and her eyes popped a bit, clearly realizing that the sitch was not pleasing to us. She brought the missing condiments, but damage done at that point. It had been a little exhausting waiting around and keeping our eyes peeled for a passing server. The restaurant should make it more of a point to send servers through that lower seating area on the regular. It was a pretty mediocre dinner.

Based on several other reviews, I was a bit worried at first about what was to be expected with speed and quality of service. Our server, a young lady, was excellent, and helpful with making our choices. Her manager or chef seemed like a man possessed running around the floor to assist his staff at the time and did stop by once to check in with us. As far as menu changes or decor from a recent refresh, I have no basis of comparison so couldn't care less about that. We were starving so we opted for recommendations from our server spanning all over the menu. We had everything from cheese curds and bang bang shrimp to the Reuben and patty melt, to a filet mignon with loaded baked potato as a side. In retrospect, kicking ourselves now since nobody in our party got any seafood outside of the shrimp appetizer. Doubtful we will be back east of Columbus for a while so I have no idea when we'd realistically get to try the Salmon BLT or seafood pasta. Unfortunately nobody snagged photos of the food since we were famished and it wasn't a priority. I don't eat sweets, but was told the Key Lime Pie and Banana Fosters were well worth saving room for. If you're like me, I'd opt for the OG Dockside Old Fashioned instead.

So after a quick Yelp search of lunch near me, the first hit was Olde Towne Cafe and Inn which had five stars. I decided to check it out. I have to say I drove right past it! I was expecting for something a bit more store-fronty this really looks like a house and I missed their signage. I turned around on Rail Street... got distracted at Porters but within five minutes was back on track to Olde Towne. They have a small parking lot which had a space, so I eagerly parked and popped i side. It is super cute. Very farm house-ish. Definitely a old house converted i to a bed and breakfast with most of the downstairs rooms dining. The kitchen can be seen from the room I sat in. It looked very clean and organized. I browsed the menu and decided on pancakes. They are served with bacon or sausage.... Im not a huge meat eater so I chose bacon and crumbled up on the pancake.... Ended up pushing it off the pancake and not eating it. Not their fault. Bacon is fine but Im just liking bacon less and less. Today was a no bacon day. Lol. However the pancakes! Wowzers. Huge. Fluffy. i got two that were each almost as big as the oblong platter they were served on. I couldnt finish all of it. They were delicious. I see why people give this place a good rating. The staff was welcoming and make you feel at home. Its just a good old fashioned breakfast/lunch spot. Not bougie at all... which to me is a plus "not" to be bougie. Sometimes you just need a place that feels like home. This is that place.

That solution was found here- a delicious bowl of steaming hot homemade cauliflower and cheese soup. And I paired that with an incredible grilled cheese. I felt like I was sitting in a warm country kitchen. The place was decorated tastefully and warmly for the season. I will have to come back and check out their other soups. I loved the whole experience here and think I will come here often!! And the service was as warm and friendly as the atmosphere! Hats off to this comfort food jewel!
