I've been in few times and the food is always good. I think it'll surprise people that don't expect it. Full bar with a lot TV's to watch the game. Nothing fancy on the interior. We stopped in on Friday night about 6pm. We were immediately greeted, and seated. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful since we had never been here before. We all had versions of their cheeseburgers, and fries. The patties had a nice charred flavor, the rolls were fresh and chewy, the toppings were fresh and tasty. The fries were decent. My only minor complaint is that we were told that they were hand cut... they aren't. All in all, for bar food this place is very good. 3 stars for the food. Add one for the friendly service. The tomato and lettuce balanced the flavor out. The chips were crispy. I dipped the wrap and chips into the delicious creamy ranch dressing. We stopped in here for the first time and we're not disappointed. Service was great - in fact I usually ask for a drink plus a water. We have been regular customers at Ziggy's for several years. The food is always good and the atmosphere is reminiscent of "Cheers". When the pandemic hit Ohio, Ziggy's responded by reorganizing their dining room to adhere to social distancing standards. But when we were in there last Friday, we noticed social distancing around the bar area was largely ignored. We understand that enforcing that would be nearly impossible. Disturbing to us was that not a single staff person was wearing a mask, which is one of the two proven methods for slowing the spread of the virus. In fact, the only one's wearing masks in the whole restaurant were my wife and I. We enjoy our relaxing times at Ziggy's. However, until they adopt standards and practices that protect the health of the public, we will not be returning. read more

Came back and the service was good, so I tried it again today, the service was great! I am glad they fixed this because the food is really good it was only lacking the service. Holy crap this seasonings are delicious!! It's a perfect blend of spicy. Tonight I did try the chili, and those fresh onions and shredded cheese on top are just the right touch to make it one I won't soon forget. Loaded with meat and beans, they don't skimp on portions. Perfect temperature! The service is QUICK, FRIENDLY and they all seem to like their jobs! The atmosphere is laid back and unassuming.. do all the chairs match? We have been here a few times. Some of the food is your typical bar food. It is in a strip mall, so plenty of parking. The fried grouper is delicious for being here in Ohio. I honestly wasnt a fan of the nachos, not much flavor, I was expecting a little more out of them. My husband did like the cheese burger and the fresh fries are good. UPDATE: Went back today and got the Swiss and mushroom burger... one of the best burgers I've ever had, you have to try it. Was really pleased with my visit here. Seems like an absolutely great atmosphere to take in sporting events. That being said the venue isn't overwhelmingly loud like some places I've been to which is a relief. The food I ordered was fantastic and I was really pleased with the price and felt like I definitely got what I paid for. Loved it! What a great local place to eat! Plenty of seating and very little wait time! My wife ordered a half salad and it was pretty big and enjoyed it! I got a blackened chicken sandwich. Sheesh, nothing went to plan the memorial weekend but hey, if it had we wouldn't have found this place! Large facility, clean and tons of screens all showing a different sporting event from steeplechase to Monte Carlo Grand Prix, Indy race to college baseball. Incredibly awesome staff, very friendly and inviting. Lots of TVs for all kinds of events, especially love the great football crowds for the Buckeyes and Steelers!!! I went here for the first time during a function for my daughter's school. I was told that there was an almost 2 hour wait to be seated. Fortunately, it didn't take that long but the food almost did. And I understand that there was a school function but you would think that the management would know this and have enough people scheduled to accommodate the crowd.
