I called Wallace impossible to talk to a svc rep called Schumacher they quoted me a ridiculous price called Dyer in Vero beach it was insane what he quoted me I went to Dyer Chevy Ft Pierce Talked to an amazing svc rep Christina Klosset . As a Vette owner we take our svc serious . Christina explained in detail what the Bulletin (TSB) 18-NA-355 was and then quoted me a very fair price promised me the car no later than the next day 1pm and it was Done! I found a place that I trust with my car! The service was excellent Christina was professional the tech that worked on my car professional this place rocks ! We were extremely worried after having to have the entire dash, ac, and controls removed because of an ac leak. But now everything seems to be nearly perfect. I am very grateful to Kelly and the mechanics for taking the extra time to ensure everything was right. Now though, we are awaiting our GAP refund after paying the truck off 2 months ago. Hmmmmmmmm wonder why that is taking so long. Sales team very excited to help you if you are making a purchase.     Absolute lack of competence and professionalism. I pay premium bucks at a luxury dealership because…read moreI expect a premium outcome. Instead, I got ripped off, misdiagnosed, and ignored. I brought my car in three separate times because of a coolant leak, and their service department completely failed to locate the actual issue. First, they talked me into replacing a perfectly fine coolant expansion tank. The moment I picked up the car, the engine coolant light came back on. I took it back a second time. This time, they claimed it was just a faulty coolant cap. I had the car back for exactly ONE day before the light came on yet again. When I brought it back for the third time, I was forced to wait two full days just to hear back from them. Their brilliant new "diagnostic" was that I now needed a heat exchanger hose and two other coolant hoses--a labor-heavy job they quoted at $3,000 to $4,000. Trusting my gut, I took my vehicle to an independent shop for a second opinion. They found the real leak within one single day and fixed it perfectly for $700. This dealership was actively trying to force me into paying thousands of dollars for completely unnecessary work that wouldn't have even solved the problem. If I had listened to them, I would still have a coolant light on and be out $4,000. Avoid this service department at all costs. They do not know how to diagnose the vehicles they sell, and they care more about padding their invoices than fixing your car.

    We do not live in Ft. Pierce. We have visited multiple dealerships in Orlando, Tampa, Cocoa, Miami,…read moreand other areas while searching for the right SUV. The price, interior and exterior color of the vehicle, and customer service are all important to us. Our experiences were hit or miss. Then, we drove by Coggin Honda Fort Pierce on our way to West Palm Beach and stopped in to see what they had. We did not intend to buy at all. JOHN RODRIGUEZ was the salesperson who greeted us. He asked us questions, showed us three different SUVs, walked us through all the features, test drove with us, and answered about 8,492 of our questions in the Florida heat from around 10 a.m. to about 1:30 p.m. At this point, we had spoken with 6 salespeople at different dealerships, and none had been as attentive, caring, patient, or as focused on truly listening to what we needed as John. We could see that he is a hard worker, a genuinely kind person, and not someone trying to force us into buying something we did not need. We told him that if we were going to buy a car, we would buy it from him because he had truly earned it. I used to be in sales, so I understand how it works--if you don't sell, you don't eat. We then met with Ibrahim Ardic, General Sales Manager, and Shellie Kull, Finance Manager. Both were friendly, reasonable, and great to work with. We ended up buying the SUV. If it were not for JOHN RODRIGUEZ, we might not have even stayed to negotiate. I want to thank John, Ibrahim, and Shellie for working with us to make this deal happen. We appreciate all your hard work, time, and effort. One small suggestion, though--the WAIT TIME WAS TOO LONG. We agreed to the deal and signed the credit application around 2:30 p.m., but we waited until about 6:00 p.m. before we could see the finance manager. We have seen others came after us & left before us. We did not leave until around 7:30 p.m., and we had a long drive home. That part was NOT fun. We understand it's a Saturday but the wait was just too long. Overall, we got the SUV we wanted, and John's customer service was excellent. THANK YOU!

    I made an online appointment for 9:15 last Saturday morning for the "$9.95 full synthetic oil…read morechange" that was advertised online. When I got there at 9:05, I was told that "[my] service advisor was out today. Go in and have a seat, and another advisor will get you set up." I don't know how that was possible, because I hadn't done anything to select a service advisor, or go through chat, but I did what I was asked to do. I watched people who were there before me go to the desks. I watched people who came in after me go to the desks, and at 10:15 I still hadn't even talked to a service advisor, so I told the young lady at the customer service desk that I'd been waiting for an hour without even talking to an advisor and I didn't have all day to wait. I canceled my appointment, went to the oil change place a block away, and was on my way back home in 25 minutes. I don't anticipate ever going back.

When I arrived for my appointment I was directed to the service bay where I was greeted with a service Technician who was very polite an explained the problem with the vehicle and told me how long it will take to service my car. I was told by the customer service representative Dennis, said that they had a waiting room with snacks and tea coffee it was complementary . The customer service Representatives Dennis also helped me with another issue that I had with my battery .Dennis told me that the battery was the wrong size and not secure in place the right way! Dennis told me he temporarily fixed the issue! I was really impressed with the customer service, cleanliness of the dealership! complementary snacks, and coffee and water amazing!

That experience is why we made the hour drive to purchase our third vehicle for our youngest daughter. We contacted them to let them know what we were interested in. When we got there they had the vehicle ready for the test drive. From beginning to end, we didn't spend more than 2 hours at the dealership. They value our time and we left feeling good about our purchases. Our sales man Jeffrey went above and beyond by going over the specs of our daughter's new car with her. He treated her as if she was his own daughter and even took the extra time to help set-up all the safety features. Rico, the sales manager, and his time have earned our business and we don't plan to go to any other dealership.
