Coming to this dealership has been frustrating from the start. It would be nice if customers didn't…read morefeel like they were being misled or given inaccurate information when making major purchases. There needs to be more accountability. I purchased my used Jeep Wrangler about a year and a half ago and also purchased an extended warranty that was clearly explained to include service coverage so I would not be paying out-of-pocket. At the time of purchase, I specifically confirmed that I could go to any Wallace dealership for basic services like oil changes and tire rotations. I was told absolutely yes -- the only exception being if there was a vehicle issue that required a Jeep dealership, which is completely understandable. I live next to Wallace Hyundai, while the Jeep location is 30 minutes away on a good traffic day -- and anyone who drives U.S. Route 1 knows that's not always predictable. A few months after purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light came on. While diagnosing that issue, I was told I needed four new tires. This made absolutely no sense considering I had just purchased the vehicle and work from home, so my mileage is very low. I declined the tires and discussed it with my husband, who works on million-dollar Dassault Falcon jets -- the same type owned by Taylor Swift and formerly by Jimmy Buffett. Needless to say, he knows what he's looking at. He confirmed I only needed two tires, and even that was not urgent. After raising the concern with customer service, I ultimately received two new tires at no charge. However, when I later asked the original service advisor why I was told I needed four tires but only given two, there was no explanation -- just silence. The next issue involved trying to schedule routine service. I requested to book my oil change and tire rotation at Wallace Hyundai, since I had been told I could go to any Wallace dealership for basic service. After calling twice, I was then told I could only go to the Jeep dealership -- which directly contradicts what I was told at the time of purchase. When I went to the Jeep dealership for service, I thankfully had a different advisor who was professional and helpful. On a prior visit, I had asked for a simple oil change reminder sticker to be placed on the windshield since I don't drive often. The previous advisor refused and told me to "just check the percentage on the screen." This time, the new advisor couldn't believe I had been denied something so basic and placed the reminder sticker on the vehicle himself. I also attempted to speak with management regarding the conflicting information about where I could service my vehicle, but that concern was essentially brushed aside. At this point, it feels like there is no accountability within the building. When customers raise valid concerns, they should not feel dismissed. Moving forward, I will be taking matters into my own hands and changing my warranty coverage to one that allows me to service my vehicle at any Jeep dealership without confusion or contradiction. I simply expect transparency, consistency, and honesty -- especially when making a major purchase.

Where to begin. First, when ordering my dream car I stated I do not want any chrome, I'd like all…read moreemblems and otherwise what would be chrome to be in black. The salesperson said he understood. When I went to sign the order contract I asked again, there will be no chrome, correct? He said yes, see I put Mopar black package. With that, I signed. 5 months later my car was delivered with chrome. I was extremely displeased. I was told my salesman that helped me no longer worked there. I was told because I signed the order contract there was nothing they were willing to do about it. I told them the discussion with the salesman I originally spoke to and what he said about the Mopar black package. They said, no that isn't what that means. (Like I'm supposed to know their car terminology.) They were unwilling to fix what their salesman did wrong and forced a car on me I didn't want because I signed the order contract. Fast forward to bringing my car in for recall service. I dropped my car in the morning after being told it would take roughly an hour. The service advisor says I'll get a call by 2:30 because I could not wait. At 3:30 I keep getting a voicemail. I called and finally spoke to a service advisor, not the one I saw in the AM, I am told they can't get to my car today and they want to keep it or reschedule. Seriously? My friend brought his car in for recall. The service advisor said they will call when it was ready. There was no call. My friend called to check on it and was told the service department was closed and he could not pick up his car until the next day, leaving him without his car. So they kept his car without calling him or asking him. Complaining to this dealership falls on deaf ears, nobody cares and nobody sincerely wants to help but, they are more than happy to charge your credit card, that part is very efficient. This is a pattern with this dealership. It has made owning a car I saved for years and years to get, a nightmare to own. I will not be returning. Anyone reading this, buyer beware. A failure from start to finish. I'm taking my business where I'm appreciated and getting rid of this car. Thanks for the nightmare.

Bought a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado from CMG. The sales person Jack Pearson asked me all the normal…read morecredit application questions. I answered them. He got me approved for my vehicle but not in a honest manner. I told him I started at my Job in July of 19' Jack put March 1st of 19'. Jack also put on my paperwork that I put $3,500 cash down on my vehicle when I only brought in $1,000. Jack then tells me when I drive 4 1/2 hours to Stuart to pick up the vehicle that the down payment is $1,500 and that "I could pay the other $500 in a couple of weeks." I test drive the vehicle and immediately it starts messing up. The transmission starts surging. Door locks going off. Navigation going on and off. The truck won't speed up and it almost gets my family and I into a accident ( which I have recorded ). I take the vehicle back to CMG and tell jack that it's messed up. He asks if they can try to see what's wrong with it and fix it. I said sure. Jack proceeds to tell me that he personally drove the truck on the "expressway" for two hrs "last week" and it was fine. Scott the mechanic tells us it's a faulty "brake light switch". I sit at this dealership for 4 hrs waiting on them to attempt to fix this truck. They finally get it "fixed". I test drive it. It drives good. Transmission is shifting fine etc. I then go back to the dealership and say ok let's talk. My buddy who is a mechanic stated that the brake light switch shouldn't make the whole truck do that. So the next day I get him to look at the truck. Everything looks good. Then the truck starts to do the same thing. Coming to find out the truck has a bad negative battery cable. I call Jack and let him know. He stated the truck was fine when I bought it after they "fixed" it. He assured me of that. So I called him to see if since I diagnosed the problem and it only cost about $100 if they would be understanding enough to know $100 off that $500 that I still owed them. Jack seemed completely lost and not responsive. He then gave the phone to Scott. Scott then stated he would "buy the part and ship it to me" and that my mechanic can install it. I said great! Jack then got back on the phone and I told him the agreement and he said he wasn't paying for the part. We went back and forth because I was just going off what his mechanic told me. Eventually Jack said "I'll ship you the part" and hung up. I never heard from them again and did not feel confident in them sending me the part. I just went ahead and bought one and fixed the truck myself. I bought the truck on 4/1/20. I called jack on 4/21/20 about my registration and he tells me "ill send you the registration plates when you pay the $500 and the $158 for the plate" Then he tells me he will send me another temporary tag if I need more time.. So basically they sold me a truck that had a electrical problem and they couldn't fix it or diagnose it. Jack even told me to "bring the truck back" AFTER I told him how much it was to fix it. I then told jack that I will not bring it back and that it's my truck and it's kinda funny how all of sudden he's offering to take the truck back. Moral of the story, This dealership is not good at all. Did they get me approved? Yes, but not honestly. They lied on the paperwork and now they won't register my vehicle until they get the other $500 they State they are owed. Terrible experience. Everything written on this review is credible and truthful and I have ALL the documents to prove it. I do love my truck though!

REVIEW UPDATE 7/25/2019; This dealership is now using intimidation tactics by having their lawyer…read moresend me cease and desist letters and trying to get me to remove this review. So with that said lets give a detailed non-defamatory review. Bought a overpriced truck that i love, as a way to improve my credit from this dealership who I've been associated with for almost 10 years. Before contract was signed I brought to Bruno's (OWNER) and Rick's (FINANCE MANAGER) attention that the headlights & Tail-lights needed to be replaced due to being weathered, cracked & broken. And also the driver side window needed to be fixed due to not rolling down. Bruno in Ricks office said, "Scott (The mechanic) is taking care of it." So we proceeded with the deal. 10 minutes after driving the vehicle off the lot I stopped to get gas and the truck wouldn't take any. It kept spitting out the gas tank all over me and the truck. Gas tank only had 1/4 gas. I went back to dealership and Scott the Mechanic said it was the vapor control module or something along those lines. Got the part replaced in about a week but was then told Bruno never paid for the part. So I asked Bruno about that and he said it comes with buying a used vehicle. So It's okay for a dealership to just clear errors/ check engine codes (I have witnessed this first hand) and sell a Vehicle that isn't working properly? I had to pay the mechanic for the part. One month later after making the first truck payment I hadn't heard anything about resolving the 3 issues so I stopped by the dealership to see. Bruno said to check with Scott the mechanic. After checking with Scott he informed me that they were trying to find used OEM parts from the junkyard but my vehicle/parts wasn't available. So we sat down together at his computer and checked out used OEM part prices online. For the 2 headlights, 2 tail lights and the part needed to fix window it would cost close to $600. So i informed him that we could get new aftermarket for half that and it would save the dealership money. We put together the parts list that came out to about $350. I took it to Bruno and he proceeded to say, 'I never agreed to this, I don't make these cars, I'm loosing money on this deal'. Bruno then proceeded to start yelling and cursing at Scott and myself. (I have video evidence of Bruno yelling, screaming & cursing while a customer (Me) was sitting there being helped by Scott because the fuel pump went out in the truck and I was paying the $100 deductible for the warranty. He went and grabbed his log book and proceeded to show me where he had right around $7,000 into the vehicle. Just over $6k for vehicle costs, $100+ charge for a seat repair that was already done when he bought the vehicle from auction (Have proof of this too) and some other misc fees. And kept saying he was loosing money. Finally, Bruno said "Do you just want me to give you your money back?" To this I said, "Yes actually.", and he just walked away from me. At this point I left. Later that night I received a call from Scott informing me that Bruno said he wasn't allowed to work on my vehicle and that I would need to go somewhere else for any warranty work etc. I went back to the dealership to ask Bruno in person if this was true and he said no I was just mad. Then tried to say he would cover half the cost of the needed parts (Have proof of this too). That wasn't the agreement. Spoke with Scott on 6-25-19 about the truck and was told again that I shouldn't come to the dealership anymore. With all this said if you're bored you should def go visit Bruno and shop his cars. Scott the mechanic is nice and knowledgeable when hes not being verbally abused by Bruno. And if Bruno thinks he can make money off of you he will offer you a fancy cup of espresso. Bathroom always smells of piss. Oh and they offer U-haul as well. Scott handles the U-haul so its okay. All statements in this review are true and accurate.
