One star because the girl who did my makeup was sweet and but I would NOT come HERE FOR MAKEUP! I may have had an artist who did not have the best training/technique or new. I asked for the full face makeup and should of just done eyes only. The foundation application was splotchy - areas of my face had no foundation, some area too much and not blended. Concealer not blended and caked around my eyes in such an unappealing way. When I was walking to my car I could see some people give me looks so when I got to my car the first thing I did was look in the mirror and . With the natural light it was evident what a mess it was. All i could see in the store was that my eyes were super dark and thats it bc of such poor lighting. If you do makeup at least have the proper set up. I came home and had to wipe it all off and fix it. Other places I have been it was a nicer experience as well, this place felt like I was crammed between a wall and blowouts. Definitely will not be back - there are other places that provide a better service. I sent an email yesterday (replied to my appt confirmation) and have not heard back so Mora please check your email. And don't waste your time with an email. If your business thinks that make up application was completely acceptable then I definitely WILL NOT BE BACK even if you are going to "take care of me". I got my eyes and hair done. Positive: staff was nice and timely. Negative: They blow dried my hair and curled it, but all my small hairs were all sticking up. My hair looked like it was frizzing. They didn't put anything to hold my curls. It fell apart the moment I got to my car. They did my makeup and it looked nice but the quality of makeup was soo bad and it fell apart so fast and smeared together and down my face. The eyeliner started fading before I got to the car. I didn't want to write a review because the receptionist did refund me for my service but I am still upset about my experience today. I booked an appointment this morning to just have lashes applied since I was attending a wedding. It takes me too long to do them myself so I figured I'd go to a salon with makeup artists and I was happy to find one close to the hotel I'm staying at. However as soon as I got started, things took a turn for the worse. The woman who applied it for me was not very friendly and seemed to be in a rush since she was doing someone else's makeup at the same time. I'm sure she was probably annoyed because I was getting such a quick service but that's the time that was offered to me. She was dropping her brushes on the floor and picking them back up and using them and when she was applying my lashes she was blowing on them which I know is NOT COVID or State Board approved. I was immediately turned off and then even more upset when she didn't even offer me a mirror to see the finished product. I opened my phones camera and was shocked to see she had tried to blend in the leftover glue with brown eyeshadow. I asked her a few times if she was sure the glue would dry clear and she said it would. I paid and left because I was in a hurry and so frustrated. I was going to leave it on but as soon as I got back to the hotel they still hadn't dried clear and she has cut one strip shorter than the other...so I took them off. Although I'm pleased that the girl in the front did fix the situation, I will say i am super disappointed that I ended up having to go to the wedding with no lashes :( read more

Booked a Blowout and Bohemian makeup for my daughter's 18th birthday for her and her friend. Sadly they did a rush job, less than 30 minutes for both services. Apparently they have system issues as well because I have an email confirming a 4:30 Blowout and 5:15 Bohemian, they claim both my appointments were at 3:45. Proof attached they were wrong. They fail to admit that less than 30 minutes is ok for these services. They wanted the girls to come back to remedy it. Why would they? They sat in their car and fixed it because I had also scheduled a photo shoot for after. I think the after treatment and lack of professionalism on their part might be worse than the service. Definitely my favorite salon for blow outs! I love it here so much that I signed up for a membership a few months ago. They always have appts available, even if I book the night before. The ladies are so sweet and always do what I ask! So far they have all done a great job! Who doesn't enjoy drinking champagne while getting their hair done?! I know I do! Very pretty salon! Really aesthetic and super fresh and cute looking. The colors are bright and everything is clean and really well designed. They have a display of merchandise as well. When I sat down, the woman who did my hair and makeup was so lovely but told me quietly that they didnt treat their employees great and also don't allow them to take pictures of their work to post on social to build their portfolios. Unfortunately I had a very lackluster experience. Not sure if it was rushed or there was lack of products used or a combination of the two. Once completed my hair was a frizzy mess. About three - four hours later most the curls had fallen out and i had to restyle my hair before going out. I've received quiet a few blowouts in my life and unfortunately this was by far the worst experience. I rate it two stars as the facility and tools they used were of great quality. They utilize dyson hair dryer to dry and T3 wands to style. The salon is very clean and has a few knickknacks to purchase. Part of me wonders if I just got someone new. read more

first timer...my hair up do appt I was never offered a drink and my appt time was for 55 mins. it was super rushed and took her less then 30 minutes for an up do..i was never told her name or introduced. My hair was falling down within 2 hrs and I haven't yet made it to the wedding. My makeup experience however was much better. she was very kind , offered me a drink and didn't seem as rushed... I never got her name. I feel like this places main goal is to get people in and out as fast as possible. For $250 I don't think I would return if this is the experience every time especially for a speciality up-do. Legacy West is to high end of an area for crappy customer service. I still tipped both girls very well. Management needs to do better and change things up a bit. The staff is running back to back all day rushing expensive services. read more

To start, my appointment started 15+ minutes late. I also made it clear that I wanted a traditional round brush/roller curl blowout for my Bridal Shower later that evening. I showed a picture for reference and my stylist confirmed what I wanted. My stylist did a round brush blowdry and pinned my hair pieces in curled rolled sections which was great, but it was pointless because she took them all out immediately after pinning them. Didn't even wait 5 minutes when she should have waited 15+ minutes at a minimum to allow the hair to cool in the rolled position. I said "oh wow you don't even let them cool!" as she continued removing the pins. The pieces were beautiful as soon as they came out of the roller but fell as I was sitting in the chair and so she asked if she could use a hot iron to curl my hair which was exactly what I didn't want... At that point I was going to have to go home and curl my own hair anyway since the hair wasn't going to last at all so I told her she could. I honestly wish I would have just curled my own hair and not even come to BAM. Also, they said my blowout would last 3 days, it didn't even last to that same night. read more
