Even while waiting he came over and had a small conversation with me since I was sitting in the lobby area alone, I was leaving the state the next day and I needed my inspection done before heading to the airport the next morning. It was always my thermostat which they gratefully replaced and honored the warranty too. But they dug in and did extra homework although my check engine light was NOT on and found KIA modified the thermostat with a restricter because they knew my current setup would throw the cold engine repair code. Their "Price match" is a very janky system where it seems like they can promise you a good price…read morewhen in all reality they're lying just trying to make a quick buck. I was trying to purchase tires that they had listed at $175 per tire but right down the road at Walmart the same brand and spec of tire were selling for $100, and online even better at $70 a tire. Even though I presented them with all this information they said they couldn't do anything still. Price match? More like price you as much as possible. They had great customer service it's just an in person scheme to try and get you to pay as much as possible without checking your other options. If you're smart you'll consider other options before buying from mavis.
