When I arrived, there was a short line but it was clear they were being swamped with phone orders and in person orders. (It was a very hot day.) I stood by the cashier a good 5 minutes before I was told to order at the kiosk by the 1 staff that took the previous customer's order at the cashier who then went off attending the waffle maker and other orders. There was no one stationed at the cashier and more customers came in and I had to tell them to use the kiosk otherwise who knows how long they would be waiting.
