It's located in Westlake shopping plaza so there was ample parking, even on a weekend during dinner time. I had ordered online ahead of time as I had a coupon expiring soon. 10% ain't much but ykw it's honest work. I have been meaning to try their guava drinks forever, and finally today I got the guava grape, which can be made with or without jasmine tea. I got it the recommended way, with the tea, as well as less ice and less sugar. The drink was ready when we arrived. The store smells delicious as all Heyteas do. We waited a few minutes for a worker to be freed up, and were on our way, drinks in hand, 5 minutes later. The guava grape drink tasted just as I hoped it would. The guava and jasmine tea gave each sip a delicately earthy, floral flavor, and the crispness of the grape and the chunks of fresh grape brightened up each sip. This drink was just as good the following day as it was fresh, an important metric for me as the slowest drink-finisher I know. I will definitely be back to this Heytea if I am in the area. This is because there are A LOT of online orders that pour in right at 11am and I have noticed that their system can use some improvements with efficiency. I believe the drink stickers come out of the machine in the order they're received. Then there are workers making the drink base and then workers making the toppings, and doing final touches before putting it on the counter. The drinks here never fails your taste buds. You want milk tea? They got it. You want fruit tea? They got it. Heytea always has new drinks coming out every couple months or so. My go to is the coconut mango boom or the kale boost. I always order one the app, so I know when it's ready to pick up. It's always packed inside the store just because their drinks never miss. Their drinks have always been high quality but the chaos of picking up your order has always been a nightmare with customers swarming the pick up area. The screen that shows which orders are ready should be in a different spot so that people can accurately check if their order is ready (rather than keep asking the already overwhelmed staff). There should also be more than one person handing out the orders as it always seems hectic for them. Maybe having stanchions to create an actual pick up line rather than just a standing area would be better. I also tried their boba in a drink for the first time today and it honestly tasted like raisins. My partner thought it tasted like coffee. Finally came to check out what the fuss is about since they opened up a location in South Bay and my coworkers go there all the time. The line was out the door but surprisingly quick to get through the two efficient lines, one staffed and one kiosk ordering. I really liked how there was option to skip the straw for people who bring their own. Ordered the coconut mango blue with less ice and normal sugar. Waited about 5 minutes and got our drink. The mango is super fresh and goes perfectly with the creamy milk and sago. I also usually get 0% sweetness but this was actually great for me. I love their drinks! This is one of the high-quality boba shops that is exciting to see opening across the Bay, and they have been consistently excellent across all their stores. You can't go wrong with the Mango Grapefruit Bloom, though I've enjoyed a good amount of their menu. Be prepared to wait, as there are always long lines, and the drinks are more intricate, requiring more time to make. While the average price of around $8 per drink is a little pricier, the quality justifies it. Note that there is limited seating, so it's definitely better suited as a grab-and-go spot. read more

Ordered ahead with pickup in 15 mins but ended up being 45 mins. It was also near closing so it wasn't "as busy". Apparently their jasmine milk tea machine broke which doesn't really make sense since that's their number one drink and I would think it is made my hand and not a machine. read more
