I am always greeted with a big hello and the staff is so helpful! The items are almost always discounted and I don't think I've ever left without buying at least one item!! I walks love how the items are posted on the Facebook page and the generous hold policy makes it so I don't have to run right out the door to make sure I get my size in something I like. Despite coming here 4-5 times, I've only once found one clothing item. I also think changing this policy would help their inventory! I have so many trendy/desirable items that I'd love to sell to them, but because of the time limit, I end up selling to Buffalo Exchange instead since their store credit doesn't expire.

While the selection still seems great and most of the associates seemed friendly, the associate I ended up with did not seem interested in talking with me. We spoke briefly but in the end I didn't feel there was space to ask in depth about what I was looking for and I ended up leaving without buying anything. Still 3 stars because I do love this store and plan to give it another chance next time. I ended up going to the Manhattan location and had an excellent experience there.

The dresses were tailored to fit Paula's unique amazing figure, and they were completed ahead of the scheduled pickup date.
