Store is well stocked and always neat. Shoes are always neatly organized on the shelves, and I feel like because it's not as popular as the factory store in Deer Park, it doesn't get as much love or "rare" shoes. Have been able to find deals here and there (mainly on running clothes) but I don't feel like you get deals anymore like they used to. Should I start with the lack luster customer service I received today February 4, 2025, in this store. It was so bad I mistaken another shopper with his cell phone in his hand has a Nike employee. But wait it doesn't stop there; I could not do a price check on my Nike app as I would in the past. Anyway, that's not a big deal but I needed to mention to see if anyone else experienced this same issue. Moving along I found what I thought was a good deal, the Lebron witness 7 for 59.99. I approached the register and place all 3 of my items barcodes up, would you believe the young man at the other register reach over while working with another customer placed my boxes flat on the counter Infront of his coworker, I ignore the immature act but continue with my purchase. After the young lady rang all my items totaling $198.75. I paid and noticed an overcharge of 10.00 dollars, I questioned the 10.00-dollar difference. I asked but got no solution, so a manager came up uninterested in the issue of a mis priced item. After further investigation she apologized and walk away. I asked so the item was mispriced, and I am supposed to pay the difference...... the ignore and continue walking away. At this point I felt disrespected, so I returned the $198.75. Nike store in Oceanside will never see another dime from my household. read more

I purchased these sneakers then noticed it was $50 lower online. Went back from a price adjustment and the manager(light skinned with curly blonde hair) refused to do it, she lied and said they don't honor the web prices. Clearly they do! I returned the shoes and ordered online for delivery, this store will never get another penny from me and I'm reporting her to corporate. read more

One of the worse Nike outlets I have ever stepped foot in, and I have been shopping with Nike for over 20 years. The staff here caters to their favorite Amazon resellers/best friends. Time and time again you see the same people chatting it up with the management team. And poof just like that all of the good Nike restocks and being bough out by the same 5 people, 20/30/40 pairs at a time. The management here needs to change, regular customers like myself have to fight for a pair of nike dunks? This outlet store is located in the corner of the strip mall. I wasn't impressed with the poor selection or customer service here. I felt that many of the items were overpriced. Many of the shoes could be purchased at other retailers for a lower price. The sales people were so occupied with stocking that they could hardly open their mouths to ask if you need help. Every man or woman for his or herself. Won't be back. I will give my American dollars to Adidas. Stripes over checks. read more

Then, I made the mistake of looking around to see what else they have and also scored a pair of Air Force 1's (also 30$) Because im a frugal shopper and I buy what I like not what is "just released" for 150$ So it suits me, maybe not you, don't care I'm happy ! This location is hit-or-miss. You can find some really great deals sometimes in departments you'd least expect. The staff is always friendly and does their best to help you out. Surprisingly their dressing rooms were open and I got a chance to try on some of the shirts before purchasing. When an item is not in your size, they will gladly look it up in the system to see if they have it at a different outlet/factory location. Though i've never gotten any shoes here, I have found really nice dri-fit gear in the men's department, a ladies jumpsuits and bags. I got lucky and caught a 20% off clearance sale this time and purchased 4 shirts for less than $10 each. Take a chance! read more

Good place to stock up on essentials. Today the sports bras were an extra 30% off. Some of the the tights had the same deal, but not all. This isn't a huge store, but they do have decent selection for the price, and weekly sneakers spotlighted. Be mindful when grabbing shoe boxes and checking both sizes inside!!! I grabbed one size, and we noticed the other was smaller by one size. We also went into multiple sections and found boxed with one shoe or the wrong size. read more

Nice store. I definitely found what I wanted and liked. I didn't come here in search of anything in particular. I left with a nice purchase from the clearance wall at that!! Store looked like all of the other nike factories I have been to. Parking lot was a bit busy but that didn't have too much to do with the store because the store wasn't super packed. Great back to school deeper deals for the athlete in the house or those who just want to wear quality comfy clothing for a good price. The Sneakers in the clearance section were an extra 30% off. This outlet provides Sneakers and apparel for all age groups. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about sales. Went in to do an exchange for a pair of shoes and shirts I purchased at the Tanger Outlets a few days ago. Couldn't find the shoes I previously had so couldn't change the size which is what I originally wanted, but found another pair I liked a bit more anyway. I spent about 25 minutes in the store looking for shoes, some shorts, a duffle bag and some socks. With the ~10 employees in the store (I passed each of them at least once) not one of them asked if I needed or or even said hello, they seemed busy having casual conversation. Being that I also work in retail I get it, but at the other location I'm pretty sure every employee in the building asked if I needed help 5 times each and seemed friendly and eager to assist. Finally got on the line to pay, the line got long quick and the associate asked for help over the headset and you could hear the other sales associates complaining from across the store. It's close to my house so I'll probably go again, I just don't expect all that much help. read more

OK - I have never actually bought anything at this store - but the staff were very friendly when I went on the hunt for baby clothes featuring the Mets or Jets... They didn't have. Plus they take my old cruddy sneakers and turn them into playgrounds and basketball courts. It is super easy - just drop them off - any brand - just inside the door - in the metal box. I Love The Nike Factory store! well for one i wear a size 15 and to find some decent price sneakers just to walk around in this is the place to go. they usually have clearance sales and some good shoes if you wear size 15! or 16 or 17 hahaha! but the staff who works there very friendly and nice and if you need any help they are great! weekends can be a bit busy as many people are out shopping. read more

Great customer service here. I bought a new pair of basketball sneakers here and the staff was accommodating and patient. The prices are sick! Basically half price. But what's amazing is the service is phenomenal!!! There is plenty of help and they know their shoes. Once upon a time, Nike factory stores and outlets provided a less expensive option for sneakers that were out of season. This was not the case with what we saw. The Jordan's that we wanted to purchase were $5 cheaper at Finish Line in the mall. The guy who showed us where the sneakers were didn't help us. I wish you all the best, but you never have to worry about us shopping here unless the prices go down. read more

Great store. Very large selection, great prices if you can find something you like in your size on the discounted wall that goes around the whole back of the store. The clothing is usually overpriced, but once in a while they have sales that have great prices on clothing too. I've bought at least 3 pairs of sneakers, an outfit or 2, and compression shorts here, all on sale for great prices! read more

Definitely fell in love with this place. Everyone is really friendly which is a plus. There was a really good sale when i visited but it was also mothers day weekend. This is the best Nike store around! I flew up to NY from Texas to buy a couple pair of shoes. Four five pair of shoes. The customer service in this store can't get any better. I went back the next day because I bought two right shoes and they helped me out and thanked me again for being a customer.
