I was an avid khols shopper. I have an rewards acc as well as a khols card. It is off putting to say the least the way they pressure their staff to get customers to sign up for their card. I would hope a business this established would have evolved from this type of practice. I meet so many lovely associates who end up leaving because of the pressure. Some of the managers are quit rude to those cashiers. I only shop online now very sad. read more

The store layout was easy to navigate and the store was clean and organized. I was able to find what I was looking for quickly. They have a good selection on apparels and accessories. The regular priced items are very expensive, but they are a good value when they go on sale. Since the item I purchased went on sale the following week, I was able to return to the store to get a price adjustment. I was in kohls about a week ago, returning some heavy items, this amazing employee name Chad... came all the way out to my car and carried my packages to the return desk! He was so friendly and went over and beyond! An amazing employee!!! read more

This is my regular Kohls. Usually it's hassle free shipping and items are in stock. Early this year, at the onset of the pandemic, when stores were closed, I supported Kohl's heavily by shopping online.. A LOT! Some items I ordered weren't a hit, but I didn't worry because they've always had a generous return policy. I just set them assure in anticipation of stores re-opening. As time passed and stores eventually did re-open, working daily, social distancing and generally being safe I still stayed out of stores. In Sep, I finally got around to returning the few items I ordered during the "Stay Orders" only to be told that I missed the return deadline. How disappointing! Stuck with items that I have no use for. read more

This is one of my favorite Department stores. The staff greet me as I enter the store; always helpful when needed and friendly as well. This store always has the items I am wishing to purchase and the customer service is fast and efficient. They also have a very good selection of just about everything, but if you can't find what you are looking for, just ask and they try their best to help locate it. Like, an arts & crafts section had canvases, paints, craft kits, etc. There are also huge selections of clothing and the quality is worth the price. I bought here almost all the gifts I gave away and the people whom I gave the gifts are very grateful and happy about it. They even thought that the clothes were branded. The only thing here that gives me a problem is that the line at the cashiers are was very long. And also there is plenty of free parking spots. read more

Dear Kohl's, When you first opened years ago, it was an amazing shopping experience. The shelves/racks were well stocked and there were sales associates on the floor to give assistance. Over the years there seems to have been a change in Kohl's. It appears there are fewer sales assistance to help customers and I'm finding it harder to find clothes that I really like. The clothing seems to be geared towards a younger demographic, and with fewer and fewer brick and mortar stores to shop, it poses a problem. My wife has great difficulty in finding clothes as well. I'm hoping someone from Kohl's corporate is reading these reviews and perhaps listens. Kohl's is still excellent to purchase vacuums and kitchen appliances, but finding professional wear at brick and mortar stores is a challenge in the 21st Century. I find myself missing stores like Baskin's for Men, Marshall Fields , my wife misses Charles A Stevens, Paul Harris and the recently departed Dress Barn. Here is to hoping retails realize that not all Baby Boomers like to shop online, and still appreciate service even if we have to pay a little more for it. read more

All of the items here have a great price. Kohl's products are amazing! It is so huge, the stocks that they have are immaculate, and they have such a wide selection of things, especially clothing to choose from and shop from. You will love every single product that you will buy. Last time I visited here I was with my friends and also my boyfriend. We enjoyed the items, place, and accommodation. The staff here is nice and friendly. They made the experience happier and unforgettable. They are professional and knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer the questions right away from the customers, they would assist you if ever you need to find something or if ever you need their opinion about a specific item. They all know what is the best way to explain everything to their customers. Also, they care about all of their customers. Such great employees and managers. I love shopping here at Kohl's! I can always find all the things I need and even those things that I did not know I needed. Everything at this place is worth a try. Kohl's is awesome. Thank you for your awesome service guys. I'm with my friends when I came here. We enter this place and there are so many choices you can see. This is a great place and perfect to purchase clothes. Their clothes also have an affordable and fair price. There's a lot of clothes you can choose. While my friend went to the selection of dresses I came to the men's selection to buy my husband a polo. I found a gray polo shirt that was perfect for his office work. Aside from that I also bought him plain black pants since I know his size and it will fit him. After I purchased it I went to the women's selection to look for a blouse. I'm looking for a plain white blouse because it looks clean. I just bought a plain white and pink blouse. I've never been a big Kohl's fan since the last time I purchased clothing from this store the jeans split down the butt and embarrassed me for life. I swore never again but somehow found myself wandering around looking at clothing. I like that they have the clearance items clearly marked and the store itself is easy to navigate. It is rather large, but the sections kind of flow and seem pretty similar to other Kohl's I've been to. This trip I was able to find two nice button down blouses and if you had a Kohl's card, receive 30% off. My shopping companions were also able to find some good items and we were in and out relatively quickly. The checkout employees were nice and quick, helpful to get us on our way. We'll see if the blouses last or create another painful and embarrassing moment. read more

Kohl's is a really great place! Their prices here are affordable and great. You can buy anything here without breaking your pockets. You can also find anything you need here and lots of interesting items. They have many different kinds of clothes. You can also find some great accessories here. I am really amazed by their items and stocks. Their racks are perfectly aligned and organized. The whole place is full of wonderful designs and interesting decors. This place is really enjoyable. Kohl's place is really nice, so clean, tidy, neat, bright, and decent. Very welcoming and relaxing spot. They have a big parking lot and restrooms. Kohl's is exceptional! Their staff is very helpful, nice, friendly, and accommodating. They are knowledgeable and willing to answer the questions from customers right away. They are also fun to be with. The whole place layout was easy to navigate and very interesting. I was able to quickly find all the items I was looking for. Worst store to shop at management is very rude to you when you try and ask a question about the rewards program. Once they expire they will not let you use them , or will the company reissue them. I had $10.00 that I received Jan 25, and then on January 31 they expired. Went to store and was told couldn't use them and then asked for management got Tracy, she told me to get the information up there???? I said where? Once more she said up there????. I informed her she was very rude and not helpful.I left this location. read more

Who doesn't love a good deal? Only lame people who have way too much money to care :P Kohls has become my favorite deal seeking store for kids clothes. Especially when they have the early bird, night owl sales. This particular Kohls is always very neat, which I'll be honest is rare for most of the Kohls I've visited. Going back to talking about the kids clothes though, my toddler has gotten so many new outfits just because Mama couldn't walk away from a deal. Recently I picked up 5 designer shirts and 2 pair of pants for 17 dollars after a coupon and bonus bucks. AMAZING! I was so pumped I called my husband as I was walking away from the register. Clean, well organized, sufficiently stocked store. I'm not a big Kohls shopper and I really don't know why. Their prices are good and their merchandise is of good quality. I think I don't shop them as often because they're sand alone and rarely attached to a mall. When I shop, I like to be in a mall or cluster of stores type of setting. I only came to this one by chance as I had to return some gifts. I especially love their Kohls Cares program, great, high quality, children's books for $5!!! An absolute steal. This Kohls also helped me to replace a lost merchandise credit which I was thoroughly impressed by! read more

Kohls are sometimes a fun place to go not to mention a necessity. I recommend here. I've always been treated fairly as a customer I'm in my mid thirties and it never ceases to have a wide variety of patrons. My favorite section is Levi's and Hawk and their Dockers collection is amazing. I've been content here for the past nine years always. Staff always seems alert and helpful. I have been to this location before, and I don't normally mind it. The quality of clothes seems to be getting cheaper and cheaper, but the prices are not. I bought a young mens t-shirt to wear myself, like a funny shirt. I wore it for maybe a half a day, and I notice a one inch hole in the armpit. So, I returned it today, and had no problems with the return, but I am disappointed in the quality. But then again, all stores seem to be like this nowadays. The problem that I have is the constant pressure for the credit apps. Look, I worked at JCPenny, so I know Kohls wants to push the credit card applications. ABBY was the cashier who waited on me, and her personality was as about as welcoming as a dish towel. She asked me immediately about the credit application, before I could barely say "hi" and I told Abby (who was dressed in a rainbow tutu looking skirt and a kitty shirt , and sunglasses BTW) " I did NOT want one NOR was I interested but thank you for asking", I got asked again IMMEDIATELY in a slightly different way. I repeated my answer that I PREVIOUSLY gave, and yes... you guessed it I got asked AGAIN, and this time it was explaining to me how I'm going to miss out, and then AGAIN" are you SURE because we hardly ever do this and you could save 25%" and I said " I AM a single mom with two kids I CANT AFFORD IT A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OK??" She THEN gave me a glazed look, and eyeroll and a smirk!!! I am very insulted at her SNOTTY behavior AND very irritated about how you encourage your employees to NOT respect what people say when they decline your NUMEROUS credit card offers. Asking me 1 or 2 times, FINE I get it, but 3 and then 4 times!!?? That was a 2 minute transaction if EVEN that. It wasn't good enough that I paid $60.00 for a pair of athletic shoes??! I will be writing corporate office about this employee. I really wanted to throw the dang shoes down, but I really need them. It is highly unlikely that I will be EVER shopping with Kohl's ever again. I did NOT deserve that type of treatment. read more

I am not a huge Kohls fan until this week thanks to this location. Smaller location than the Fox Valley Mall yet I found A LOT here. One thing I could not stand was the annoucements every damn 5 minutes about the credit cards then I had to hear it again at the register, but I too at my job 'sell' credit cards, so I am sure they are just doing what corporate wants them too. read more
