When we first arrived, a woman came to help us, but she was very short with us and didn't acknowledge our wedding when we mentioned it. While my husband was trying on his outfit, she never checked in--not even once. He even tried making eye contact, but there was no response. Then Christian stepped in, and everything changed. His customer service was outstanding--he stayed with us the entire time, was incredibly kind, and when he asked what the occasion was, he immediately congratulated us on our wedding. Honest Review I left…read morefeedback about my experience at Men's Wearhouse because the atmosphere in the store felt very political to me, based on the way some of the employees were dressed, presented themselves, and interacted with customers. I felt judged and uncomfortable, and I did not feel that the environment was as professional or welcoming as I expected. When we returned to pick up the tuxedos, we also felt that employees were talking about us behind our backs. Whether that was their intention or not, that was how the interaction came across to us and it made an already uncomfortable experience worse. What was most disappointing was that after I left my feedback, the manager called me and seemed angry about what I had written. I believe customers should be able to give honest feedback about their experience without feeling confronted or intimidated afterward. I hope management takes this seriously. Customers deserve to feel respected, comfortable, and welcome regardless of their personal beliefs or appearance.

Manager on duty covered up for their manager/coworker and started speaking Spanish with her so I don't understand what they're saying, and employees and security acted like they didn't see anything, or they couldn't because they can't speak up against managers while I was seeking their help and no body cared for my safety!!! Everything is on camera clearly as there were at least 6 cameras near by the cashier near the line where I was standing, cameras should have all voice and picture. My blood pressure is still high-- it's not normal this is serous! Verbal threats and physically I was ran by this off duty Ross-Dress-for-Less manager/employee, who was wearing glasses, about 5'4 short heavy round build medium dark tan skin with a few freckles on face and about late 40-s to mid 50-s. I don't need to be killed or go through this just because I asked her if she wanted to check out before me. I asked her politely if she wanted to check out before me as I wasn't ready. She ran me over by her cart and used offensive and threatening language even started cussing me in Spanish. Physically right now I'm still shaking and my heart is palpating quickly still after 3 hours. Had I not say that I was going to call the police if she takes it further. Jill, REI, Bath & Body Works, Victoria Secret, Banana Republic, American Outfitters, The Good Feet Store and even a Lens Crafters. Charming Charlie's, an inexpensive but incredibly well stocked accessories store featuring items in every color of the rainbow, was my primary destination but unfortunately they have closed down. For restaurants there is the ever popular P.F. Chang's if chain restaurants are your thing. Killer Burger opened up a location here and they definitely live up to their name! There are a variety of ethnic and American standards -Thirsty Lion Pub & Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings, Qdoba Mexican, Takumi sushi and Koi Fushion - so something for everyone. Parking is on the Main Street or in the parking garage next to Macy's and in the large outdoor lot behind the stores.

The lady working here greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was friendly and helpful answering my questions about the store. The store was neat and well stocked with merchandise. Everything was nicely displayed. However, after I had spent about 15 minutes browsing the entire store, I could tell that their styles just weren't suited to my taste. My overall impression of the store is that they cater to women who favor a matronly style. If this is your choice of style then Maurices is a great store to check out.
