I don't know if this area is always here, or if it gets stocked when going from season to season, but it's worth checking out. Lots of pants, jeans, dresses, tops and skirts. But I was here for the denim dress! Found it and immediately went into the dressing room. Unfortunately it was too big, and the next available size was three sizes smaller, so I placed an online order for the next two smaller sizes to see which fit best. They processed the order there, making sure that I received the online discount plus free shipping to my house. Great service! The dresses arrived in a week, and one fit perfectly! A button up, shirt collar, midi dress in a fit and flare style, perfect with a pair of knee high boots. Love it! And true to Loft style, it's classic and timeless so I can wear for years to come. While there I checked out some corduroy pants in beautiful fall colors, tried on some jeans and sweaters, plus purchased a chocolate brown lace top to pair with a leather skirt I already own. In all, I was super impressed with the styles offered, many in the new and popular fall colors of the 2025 season. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area to check out their offerings.

I went here to buy something for my daughter and was totally ignored. The salesperson walked into the back and I never saw them again. I hope I was ignored for being the "mom age" and not because of my race. So I went home and ordered online. Placed an order for my daughter back on 11/19/20 and they still haven't even shipped the items even though the items were suppose to arrive 11/23-11/28 according to the website. A week later, I checked to see if it had shipped and the shipping said "null" which was confusing. I called customer service who said the items should ship that Friday. Friday arrives, and it still hasn't shipped. I wouldn't have placed the order if I had known it would take this long. Then I thought to cancel the item but I was told by customer service that you have to cancel within 60 minutes after placing the order. I can't even cancel the order now and the order seems stuck in limbo. Sorry, my experience here has not been the same as other reviewers.

After years of being a customer I will be cancelling my credit card for this and a few other disappointing situations in last few months like broken earrings out of box that they refused to take back at store and told me I could try to sell on a place like eBay . As if I would sell broken earrings to someone on a place like that. That was alarming to me. This visit, the back wall was adorned with several jean jackets, many with fun embellishments, making an Instagram worthy backdrop. Personally, I love the jewelry. Pieces from local artists, national designers, and inexpensive fashion jewelry as well. This visit they had an assortment of "bumblebee" pins that were vintage looking and so fun!
