Oh and by the clothes. Everything looks like it was amazing quality , I wish I could have purchased something except I wouldn't have enough room in my suitcase to bring it back home! We originally came here to check out the t-shirts. I love how one article of clothing comes in multiple colors. Oh, and did I mention I love how everything is organized!? The men's, women's, kid's, babies... Everything was just easy to find and select from. Shout out to the staff as they definitely do a great job maintaining. Would I return? Absolutely ! Next time I'm in town. I will be here and make room in my suitcase to take back with me

Since my son is a minor, I couldn't be with my child. He didn't explain why I can't be with my child while he is trying on his clothes. This made it very inconvenient, and only stores does not allowed a parent to be with their child while trying on their clothes. If the store police only limit one person inside the fitting room. Please put a visible SIGN that you only ALLOWED one person inside the fitting room so we won't waste our time. Customer service is really important if you want to have successful business. Brendan V. behavior left me dissatisfied overall and does not want to come back to Uniqlo First Colony branch. I am giving 1 star for reflecting his rudeness to customer. Note: If your employee Brendan V is having a bad day please don't let him continue working. We do not accept this kind of behavior as a customer.

When I got there, I found parking right in front of the store. I guess it was due to t0he rain, I was the only customer at the store. A gentleman approached me and said "welcome to Jos A Banks." I like his attitude. I was desperately looking for a nice fitting dress shirt and a jacket. I have been suffering from unfitted suits to formal functions. Thank goodness, all events were dark. No one paid any attention to my outfit. But next year, I will be attending an outdoor wedding event. I definitely need something jazzy and snazzy. The only name I know is Jos A Banks. Seriously, I really don't know anyone else sells good looking shirts and jackets. Not to mention, I was wearing Jos A Bank's sweater when I walked in to try on other clothes. I wish I know the salesman's name. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I was rookie with formalwear. He took his time to measure my upper body to find me the best fitting suit jacket and dress shirts. He taught me the difference of shirt styles: Slim Fit (definitely not me), Tailored Fit (that's me) and Traditional Fit (I will get there one day). There was a jacket I saw online. As soon as he saw the picture, he guided me to the dinner jacket section. Yup, that's exactly what the picture shows. I sure will come back during the holidays. I know there are some sales coming up. I want to attend more events to show off my updated wardrobe.

Explained my needs and we headed straight to the suit wall, then got my measurements. Within a few minutes, I was trying on a jacket that fit just as perfect as you could expect without paying a custom suit price. Minute later he found a pair of pants that fit perfect, so off to the dressing room we go. Handed me a pair of dress shoes to test the length of the pant legs and everything just fit perfectly. Spent less than an hour inside the store and left with exactly what I needed. By the way, I need the suit for tonight's company Christmas party, and I got this perfect suit on sale as well!! I like to give praise where praise is due, and Don Abernathy deserves all the praise. Hands down the best customer service experience I have had in a looooong time, refreshing to know high quality customer service still exists. He has a great sense of humor, very knowledgeable, professional and simply a master at his craft. However, the sales associates happily helped me search for it until we finally gave up. I then started looking for a large black bow tie, but they didn't have that either. The assortment of apparel on the men's side is good, but I wish they carried a couple more items. The service is great tho. Everyone from the sales associates to the cashiers were friendly and helpful. I ended up buying some socks and underwear which were at a great price. I saved about 30-40% of the original cost of the items. I'll come back again in the future when I have the time to really sort through the stacks.

I purchased a cologne from one location and needed to return it to a different location. I visited this location which was full of staff and every counter had someone available to help me but I was literally told to go to a different counter after speaking to about 3-4 people until someone told me to go upstairs into the men's section to make the return. I hope they create a better system for returns because I should have been directed to customer service or even just been assisted by anyone to make a return. Needless to say, I have been discouraged on making purchases from Macy's since their return process is so time consuming and difficult.

On his first visit, he received a fair offer, which we appreciated. However, during a second visit with even more valuable pairs, he was offered just $35 for all four--not per pair, but total. We understand this is a resale store, and pricing will vary, but it seems the offers depend heavily on who is working the register. For example, today he brought in four pairs of trendy New Balance sneakers, each worn only once, and again was offered exactly $35 (the same young lady who offered him $35 the other day). It's starting to feel like that number is a default for her, regardless of the items' value. We really like your store, but this inconsistency is frustrating. It would be helpful if there were clearer, more standardized guidelines for evaluating items, so customers know what to expect no matter who is assisting them.

Separately while he was looking at watches, I had literally just tried on a dress, and asked a different sales associate, at the opposite main counter in front of the ladies dressing room if they had different sizes in Siena black with ruffles. She said she had never heard of that brand or a name that sounded similar. I told her I literally just tried it on, and she looked at me like I had two heads and said well if you can find it and stalked off. I found it on the website after questioning my own memory of events. I, myself, and my husband have both worked in retail in the past, so I understand being both an employee and a customer. And now in our professional jobs or in the past would never treat someone like this. In a matter of 15-20 minutes I was so put off by humanity. It's awful that this is the only local off saks store.
