My vehicle was towed approximately 2.3 miles. The vehicle was in the company's possession for less than one hour before I retrieved it. I was charged $805 to recover my vehicle. While I acknowledge that I mistakenly parked in a short-term parking space, the fee assessed is grossly disproportionate to the service provided. A short-distance tow and less than one hour of storage does not justify an $805 charge. I went there to show him his paint was chipping very easily and was only six months old. I also showed him how the Honda emblem he glued on to the center of the grill fell off after a week. I was actually there because my mother in law wanted me to have him fix the car because we had just had a accident but the dude did not know that . Little does he know , by giving me lame excuses and insulting my intelligence I just walked away with the money I had for him. My mother in law really liked him because he went out of his way to tie up the plastic motor shield under the car that was dragging when she got a quote that was more than the others . She went with him because of that .He also did not order new fenders he used Bondo on the old ones without sanding correctly you could easily see the Bondo sticking out of the finish paint. He has a spray booth but obviously did not use it on our car because it looked like a lot of dust in the finish paint. I would not recommend using him to even paint a dog house.

There is no way you can tell where the damage was, and I even inspected it very closely! Not only that but, coincidentally, my two rear brake light bulbs blew out when I was getting my car from them. They volunteered to have one of their employees go to the car supply store a few blocks away and they bought and installed both bulbs free of charge.
