We got skeptical as we met Jose as he started naming off so many issues but he wasn't just saying what was wrong, but rather he showed us every single thing wrong with the car. I was very impressed and happy, he had us go under the car and look at the issues, he had diagrams to show how the car works, and he did his best to make sure we were not spending so much money. He was so kind, considerate and very funny. My mom and I were very pleased, unfortunately our van was more of a lost cause, but he had gave us very helpful alternatives to keep our van still going so that we're not spending so much money on a brand new engine.
