    Shrimp burrito

Wow. This is our second time visiting this truck and it again has only amazed us. The food was cheap and came out quick, and the portions are huge! The burrito is already half eaten in the photos and is still bigger than my hand! The chicken on the tacos is amazing with no fatty pieces and the Horchata is only $3 and delicious! The truck has its own little parking lot too so you're able to sit in your car and eat without staring at the road!

The food tastes great and it came out really quick! I'd highly recommend for those in the area to try the asada fries or tacos.

When there's a constant line of people waiting in the rain for a food truck, I'd call that a promising sign! Bandido's is tucked away in a quiet parking lot on a side road, so it's super easy to miss if you're not seeking it out. It's also just plain white, making it look like any ordinary truck. All this considered, I assume they must rely on word of mouth or social media to attract customers. Three of us came for a weekday lunch around 12:30P and parked in the lot near the truck. One employee took all the orders and kindly called people up to get their food once ready. One cook in the back prepared all the food. The two of them appeared to have a good system going. I got three tacos a la carte ($3.00 each), composed of warm tortillas, meat of choice and diced onion & cilantro. + LENGUA (tongue): Wow! The tongue is terrific. It was super lean, tender and had a natural beefy flavor. That being said, it could have used some oomph seasoning-wise (or a little salt), so I poured on some salsa. I don't order tongue that often, but when I do, I'll be comparing it to this one. + CARNE ASADA (steak): This was delicious too. The chopped beef had a light grilled taste and the pieces were not too fatty. I topped it with a little mild green salsa and red spicy salsa, but these really weren't necessary. + AL PASTOR (spicy pork): I wouldn't consider this spicy, but the meat was seasoned well and marinated, resulting in its bright orange color. The pork was pretty tender and out of all three tacos, this one was the boldest in flavor. One of my lunch companions got the TACO PLATE ($14) which included three tacos, rice and beans. She said the cubes of chicken were on the dry side. If she had just gotten the tacos, they would have been $9, so the taco plate essentially adds on $5 for the rice and beans. I thought the serving size was fairly generous, but the pricing seemed a little steep in this case. My other companion got the CHICKEN BURRITO ($10) which was huge! He enjoyed it, and this could easily be two servings for some people. This is a solid spot for tacos in Redmond! 4.25 stars.

Torta w/ Al Pastor / Adobada - oh my gosh was this good.

I actually drove past this food truck while running some errands and decided to give it a try. I am SO glad I did. I got the tortas and it was amazing. Probably one of the best I have had. It came on a grilled French roll with beans, choice of meat (I got it with Al Pastor / Adobada), tomato, avocado, jalapeños, and mayo. It was enormous and so dang good. It was so good that I'm head back there this next week to try out some of their other options. [ UPDATE ] - i just picked up a cheese quesadilla and an Adobada burrito. Both were great! I think the burrito was the best burrito I have had in Redmond. It was so amazingly good!

Stopped by here on a work trip in the middle of the day. The truck is tucked away in the very back of a parking lot... kinda hard to find if you don't know the area. Ambiance was that of a parking lot, so not that inviting, but hey... we're just here for the tacos. Lady running the window was nice enough, but kinda "all business", since it was lunch time. I appreciated her no nonsense approach. The tacos... the main event! They were friggin' hefty! Very full of their respective fillings. The meat was cooked perfectly and the tortillas were crunchy but still foldable. I chowed these down in the parking lot like I had never eaten before. They really hit the spot. This place makes LEGIT street tacos. If that's your jam, this is the spot.

Super delicious tacos and refried beans! We're so glad we tried this place and we'll definitely be back the next time we crave tacos. I got cabeza, lengua, and al pastor. All hits and we've had some pretty good tacos in LA and Vegas.

Great portions of food! I recommend calling ahead to place and order to skip the line and wait. The tray is so worth it.

The steamed bun was alright, the bun itself was a little boring; I'm used to fluffier buns with a tiny hint of sweetness to the buns. The spicy beef filling wasn't too bad. The beef was a dollar more than the other fillings. The Chicken Karaage were 5 pieces for $10, and we got more than 5, because they were random sizes, and some were really small. Those weren't too bad. But very friendly service.

I sampled the passion fruit tea and ended up ordering it because it has no added sugar with perfect but of bitterness from the tea without the acidity. The fried mochi balls/jing dui were the best ones I've had yet! I feel like small ones are hard to perfect but this was so crispy on the exterior, not overly oily, perfectly sweetened and balanced by the nuttiness of the sesame seeds. The shu mai was also top tier as it was packed with so much pork and shrimp, no fillers detected like flour or anything! So juicy and flavorful and paired excellent with the Lao gan ma-like chili oil they provided. I hope they come to farmer markets closer to Seattle!

Taqueria Guadalajara is my favorite taco spot on Eastside, if not so far in Seattle. I have been to…read morethis taco food truck numerous times last year and a half, vistin during week days, weekends, holidays - during day time, night time, etc. And I can say that every time that I have been here, the food has slapped! Located in the lot of a 76 gas station, this food truck may look unsuspecting, but serves up some delicious tacos at an affordable price. It's convenient too! Located near a Fred Meyer and a Asian Family Market, you can get your groceries and then you can fill up your car and eat some bomb tacos right after! There are so lots just around the gas station that people have parked at just to get these tacos. Service is fast, you place your order at the window, and you will get your tacos in 5-10 minutes. You will get your order on a paper plate, which usually means the food will be amazing or bad - luckily in this case, it's amazing. The tacos themselves are no frills and are juicy, flavorful, and very pleasant in terms of texture to eat. Though I have tried every other option they had for filling - I am a big fan of their lengua and their cabeza! Their lengua is tender and diced into soft bite-sized pieces, and gives a fall apart meaty texture. The cabeza is rich and melts away as you chew it, with some scrumptious leaner pieces of the meat that give the taco some integrity so it allows for you to feel the decadence and then give you something solid to hold onto - it's great. The meat themselves aren't salted very much, but still have a delicious subtle aromatic taste to them. They are complimented very nicely by the salsas they have - a salsa verde, and a spicier salsa that is made with habanero - I could easily down 5-6 tacos every time I have visited. You will probably spend $2-3 per taco depending on what cut of meat you want - I feel that the tacos are priced very fairly priced vs. the average taco you can get in Seattle currently. Not many other reviews have mentioned this - but I have also tried their Sweet Corn Tamales for $3. Their tamales are great! They are the perfect amount of sweetness and give a forward sweet corn flavor. The texture is exactly like eating a slightly sweeter corn bread. A very affordable price for a dessert where most desserts (especially tamales) cost $6-$8. This is one of the few food trucks that I have been to where not only is the food good, but the prices are what you would expect tacos to cost. I don't think I can write more about how great this Food Truck is, as the tacos here are definitely ranked the top in my mind for tacos I've tried here in Seattle so far. I would recommend if you are in the Overlake Shopping Area to check this place out!
