The staff are rude, disrespectful and unwilling to help you with questions or help you in any way . I have been a long time customer but due to the way I was treated I will never step foot in the store again. Not only will the smart and final company not get another penny from me I am going to do whatever I can to convince as many people as possible to no longer spend any money and to make calls to there customer service department and complain and demand actions be taken to fix the problem. The management and other employees need to be terminated and replaced with people who have been trained in customer service. What is going to be done? I want to file a formal complaint against the manager and there assistant manager for allowing this disgusting activity to continue. What is my next step? Who do I contact? Would not adjust the overcharge nor take the merchandise back. 19 bucks is a big over charge during a Pandemic when 1 in 10 is out of work. Shopping here makes you feel like you've done something wrong. They installed 2 sets of self checkouts but one of them is almost always closed. Place is just poorly managed and they treat every customer like a thief which makes you not want to be a customer anymore. You can get better quality food for cheaper and not be treated like a criminal in the process.
