Kotobuki is not just a sushi restaurant, but it's a feeling. Every time I walk through those doors, the same greeting is sung to me, and every time I leave, I receive a smile and a wave. The staff remember each and every person they serve, and I feel blessed to be one of those people. Kotobuki is where I've created some of my best memories and I am so blessed to have eaten countless plates of their torched salmon belly. Thank you Kotobuki for all of the memories.
