Clearly says 8-5 on Saturday. Nope. They were closed after forcing us to make the drive 18 miles each way.
    Steven H.

Can I give no stars for this location? Our "home" location is in Chandler, but we had to go to Gilbert for an urgent appointment d/t no appointments in Chandler. Staff and veterinarian seemed nice, but things went downhill in the following days... First, they ordered/sent the wrong lab and of course was charged for a more expensive test. So we had to drive back (18 miles each way). They didn't want to hear about reimbursement of gas money for their mistake. I did get a refund for the lab cost difference. Staff also said the vet was busy and couldn't talk to me on the 2nd visit. And when I asked about refills on meds d/t the extended wait time caused by having to run a 2nd test, I was told again that the vet was busy and my dog should be fine. After a follow-up call days later the lab results weren't in, and we could get refills, but we had to drive out to Gilbert again! The Chandler location refused to fill the meds. Even though it is something that is easily done for humans. And finally, we go out to get the refills on Saturday and Gilbert is closed! The website, signage on door, and Yelp all say it's supposed to be open 8-5. I'll add the photo. Don't recommend this clinic and company. They clearly don't care about their customers and don't know how to properly operate a business.

Cali & I waiting for her to get her first shots
    Elvia A.

Cali girl received her last shots yesterday & will be a free pup her soon. We will still have to come back for a fee things here & there so my review is based on the 4 times ive been in. Everyone is really sweet & they seem to love my Cali, Im not aire why but I didnt keep the same vet all the way through her shots, it would be nice to have seen the same one but thats okay. For our family dog when he would go in for shots or any exams(another vet) they do it all right there infront of you..here they make you wait in a small waiting area and they take your dog to give it shots or whatever you came in for. This is off to me, like did she get the shot? Did they take care of her well? You should have the option of comforting your pet as they are stuck with a needle. I do like that I was able to have my pets nails trimmed here as a drop in, since she wasnt fully vaccinated i didnt feel comfortable taking to a groomer but the girls here handle it for a fee. They have long hours and its great for people who work late, in my honest opinion dont take the last appt...you kinda get rushed out the door. I had to ask the girl that gave me Calis rabies cert when its safe for her to meet other dogs since she recieved her last round of shots that day. I would say to check out this location if you live close by, this one isnt as packed as most others. Its a newish location so that may be why, but its pretty large inside and always super clean

They will charge you outrageous prices for simple things. Don't get the wellness plan. Huge ripoff.

We have been taking our pets to Oasis Animal Hospital for over 10 years. From the front office, to…read morethe techs, to the veterinarians, everyone is professional, friendly, and caring. Their prices are in line with other vets in the area, and we don't feel they try to upsell us. We trust Oasis Animal Hospital with our beloved pets.

This is long for a reason. DO NOT GO HERE. IT'S A MONEY GRAB FOR POOR CARE…read more My longtime vet retired, and I was referred to Oasis and Dr. Tenney (who was excellent), only to find he was retiring too. Since then, every experience at this clinic has been poor. My most recent visit (June 2026) was for my 5‑month‑old puppy with clear UTI symptoms: blood in urine, straining, one episode of vomiting/soft stool. I requested a urinalysis. Dr. Cailey O'Donnell examined her, agreed she looked healthy, then suddenly pushed a long list of tests and meds--fecal test, bloodwork, X‑rays, probiotics, anti‑vomit meds--before even seeing the urinalysis results. I declined and asked to wait. Twenty minutes later Dr.O'Donnell rushed in saying, "She doesn't have a UTI, she has crystals and needs prescription food for life." This made no sense--especially for a puppy with a first‑time issue. My questions were met with rapid, dismissive explanations about pH levels and diet. Both times I asked about antibiotics for the bloody, frequent urination, I was ignored. She left again, and the rest of the visit consisted of the tech going to the back SIX separate times because the doctor wouldn't return to answer basic questions as -why I was being given adult prescription food for a puppy and answered with, "because that's what they had in stock". After two hours of this chaos & no actual resolution to the blood in her urine, I left with the food, food perscription a bunch of 'just in case' gastro-meds' in hand & no antibiotics. The visit cost $406. Back home, my puppy urinated dark blood and continued straining in misery. I had no choice but to give her leftover antibiotics from my recently deceased dog and booked a next‑day appointment elsewhere. When I re-read the Oasis urinalysis that Dr, O'Donnell handed me herself, it clearly stated my puppy had a UTI and her pH was normal. She it read incorrectly. The second clinic confirmed the findings on the Oasis's report after I asked them to run their own since Oasis had also made an error & ran theirs twice. The analysis showed the "crystals" were minimal and typical of a UTI. That visit cost another $325 because I couldn't rely on Oasis's diagnosis. Sadly, this wasn't my only bad experience in under a year: 1. Vet 1 - Early on, our puppy had frequent urination issues. Upon a visual visual check, Oasis ruled out a UTI without doing a urinalysis--just a late‑day urine concentration test that came back diuted (of which would be the norm at that time of day) but the Vet raised concern-($100). We were told to collect a early morning sample for a second test that came back in range. ($100). When we asked if the frequency was normal for a young female or a concern, the vet shrugged and said, "Could be." A month later, our puppy has a severe UTI. 2. Vet - 2 My cat had a lump, but the vet ws more focused on selling vaccines instead of examining the lump. When question she breezed passed it saying it was normal. Forr cats, lumps are not. I had to go elsewhere--paid twice. 3. Vet 3 - When my 7‑year‑old dog suddenly developed bloody stool and severe leg swelling, I couldn't get an Oasis vet to speak with me during eight hours in the ER or the two ER visits that followed. My dog was ultimately diagnosed with IMT(bleeding disorder) and dying. I need to speak with someone I was familiar with. Oasis didn't call until day three--after I had already made every heartbreaking decision alone & confirmed 'I as doing the right thing'. After caring for 6 dogs and 7 cats, I know the basics of animal care. These animals are family. They deserve competent, empathetic care--not upsells, rushed explanations, misread test results & avoidance. I don't need a fancy lobby or free drinks. I need vets, rather ONE vet who knows my pets history & is knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. Oasis is no longer that. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
