We unfortunately had a second visit to EVE Pet Hospital for our other pup, Ronon. He had a bloody nose, that just would not stop! We initially called them when we were headed their way, to get their thoughts, and did appreciate them giving us some insight on the phone. We opted to stop in to be on the safe side. It was a bit quieter this time around, so we were able to get in a room right away and seen relatively quickly. It was a very much a "Got to rule out the options" type situation that required a bit more guesswork. Based on the initial intake, they recommended a blood panel, a SNAP panel (bloodwork specifically for ticks), X-rays and possible CT. We decided to start with the bloodwork, to minimize putting our dog through more procedures than necessary. They also have a relatively quick turn around time of 20-30 minutes for the results, making it easy to proceed if necessary. The tech we spoke with was nice, but a little brisk and not super helpful which inquiring on the next steps/options. She did mention a CT may be required and was helpful in getting prices and options for same day if needed. We did get the blood work results back, about an hour later, and Dr. Robinson came to speak with us, with a good news, bad news sitch. He had gotten an infection from a tick and his body was having trouble clotting and fighting it off, hence the nosebleed. She did a great job explaining and laying out all the details. Luckily, it was in the treatable phase and she ran through the prescriptions and care that would be required and let us know they would bring back the medication and Roni shortly. About an hour plus later...they bring him back, His nose had not stopped bleeding the entire time! Not their fault, it was uncontrollable, and they attempted, but was just not really treatable. We ended up spending about 4 1/2 hours there, most of that time which was not with our dog. All the initial exams and what not I understand, but getting the results and talking to the doctor, and still waiting another hour after the fact, seemed longer than necessary and we just felt bad for our pup, because we would have rather been with our dog waiting, then him in the back while waiting alone. A few other key details: It's $190 regardless for your pet to be examined, which you need to pay up front. Any other services, you pay for if you decide to proceed. They have two entrances, one for cats and one for dogs. it leads to the same space, but has separate sides to the same counter which is nice. The Dr recommended Nexgard (Tick treatment), which they do not have onsite, we had inquired if we could order from Chewy digitally, they said yes, but turns out they cannot. They do send home a paper prescription, but something to keep in mind or double check on. Overall, very grateful they figured out what was wrong and took care of him. The space was clean and staff was overall friendly. Their prices seem reasonable as well. A bit more communication would have been appreciated, especially regarding time, or at least updates so we knew he was okay and maybe a bit more guidance on what treatments make the most sense. They do a great job and though I hope you never need to go to the emergency vet, they are a great 24 hour accessible options. read more

My daughter took her cat to Eve Pet Hospital after several days of vomiting and not eating. An x-ray showed an obstruction from something the cat swallowed so they had to do surgery to Dane the cat's life. The staff all died over the car and really cheered up my daughter. She was able to make payments to make the cost more affordable. I highly recommend them for an emergency vet. read more

My 5 month old kitten Zuko had been sick for about a week and would hardly eat anything. On December 30th we took him to the vet and were told that he most likely had a foreign body, and that he would need emergency care. We took him straight to EVE where we got our boy the care he needed from such a kind and caring staff. They checked him out and confirmed he would need surgery to remove a foreign body that was lodged in his intestines. I was so scared, but the nurses answered any questions I had and assured me he was in good hands. Leaving him there over might was really hard, but the night staff seemed to already have fallen in love with him so I knew he'd be cared for. I got multiple calls and texts over the next 24 hours with updates on hus surgery and recovery. He was even doing well enough after to be able to go home a couple hours early, and they even gave him some extra medication to help keep him calm since he's a very skiddish kitty and that night was New Years Eve and I was concerned about him hurting himself. We were given very good instructions on his aftercare, and there were no issues with his recovery. He is now fully recovered and back to his healthy, happy, playful self. Eve saved my kittens life. As far as pricing goes, they have lots of options that you can choose from as far as payment plans to help us pay for the surgery that was incredibly expensive for us. Plus, we were very happy because when we came back the next day to pick him up, they went over pricing with us again, and told us that the surgery would actually cost about $1000 less than we were quoted the night before so that lifted some weight off of our chests. read more

we showed up at 10:30pm after our 4lbs yorkie was bitten and and half his face torn off we banged on the door they took FOREVER to get to the door and looked annoyed that we were banging on the door I just feel like if you work at a 24 hour animal hospital you should expect frantic people a nurse named Mandy was very kind but there was another nurse with blue hair who could seriously seriously use a training session on how to talk to customers she had a horrible attitude towards us like maybe you should have more compassion if someone brings in a bleeding 4lbs puppy she made a stressful night even worse for us I was so disappointed in the service from that nurse with the blue hair Mandy was the only one with a kind attitude and a reassuring prescence read more

I'm giving this place two stars because the front desk personnel was kind and helpful in an urgent situation. However, I would give the veterinarian zero stars for her unprofessionalism and extremely judgemental attitude. Never have I been so disgusted with the behavior of a veterinarian or any other supposed "healthcare professional". She had no right to judge not knowing the sacrifices I had to make to keep my beloved pet alive. Life situations change and some of us are doing the best we can in otherwise untenable circumstances. After reading the statement on this facility that is posted on the Chamber of Commerce website, I quickly understood: This is a facility that practices DEI. They're hiring criteria is wokeness and virtue signaling rather than experience and professionalism. "Inclusiveness" is more important to them than hiring the best person for the job. I encourage others to look up this information and decide for yourself. I will NEVER return to this facility, and I will discourage my friends and neighbors from taking their pets here. Any healthcare facility that prioritizes virtue signaling over professionalism doesn't deserve the opportunity to treat your loved ones. read more

My pets are patients at a different animal hospital, and EVE answers the phones for them after hours. The woman who answered the phone this morning when I called to ask a general question was rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with someone else, she told me that they are not my vet, there wasn't anyone else there that I could speak with to answer my question, told me to wait until my vet opened and to call them then hung up on me. The answer to my question would determine whether or not I could keep my appointment with my vet, and I had less than an hour to be there. When I called back, she kept talking over me, would not let me get a word in and told me that she would hang up on me which she did. I tried several times to call and ask my question because I couldn't wait until my vet opened because my appointment was scheduled for soon after they opened. Every time I called, this woman picked up the phone and hung up on me. This happened many, many times! Thankfully my vet called me and answered my question. I was given the direct number to EVE so I could speak to an office manager to complain about how I was treated. I was hung up on again two more times! Professionals should put their own personal feelings aside, especially in these situations. What if I had been calling back with a medical emergency for my pets and this woman hung up on me? What if my pet died or something happened because I couldn't get through because she couldn't handle herself professionally? This is not how you treat people at all! read more

Fantastic Experience! This is a great emergency vet hospital. The pricing was surprisingly reasonable. Our emergency visit only cost between $200 and $300. Our dog Cruze had eaten something and got sick. Thankfully, he ended up being okay, and we were relieved not to be hit with a massive bill. In a similar situation with another pet, we went to a different emergency vet nearby and paid close to $1,000. This place was a huge improvement in both care and cost. Of course, it's an emergency vet, so you should expect to pay something when your pet needs urgent help. But based on our experience, the costs here are fair and transparent. This is definitely our go-to emergency vet from now on for all our animals. read more

Do NOT COME HERE!!!! My dog was attacked by a German Shepherd yesterday he is a 15 pound Chihuahua mix. I looked to find the closest vet and I saw this one had good reviews idk how! The vet exam was $190 and they had him in the back for only a few minutes to do the exam and when she brought him in the room, she only said he had two superficial bites that everything else was fine. The main reason I brought him in was because he was extremely sore on his rib cage and would go to bite me when I touched it which he doesn't ever try to bite me. I had to tell her about this myself and I was wondering, what kind of exam did you do back there? The girl came in the room had me pay the bill handed me some papers did not go over one thing with me and I walked out the door. Later in the day, I realize a chunk of my dog's ear was missing, and he had a bite wound on the back of his tail. That was my bad for not noticing that sooner but I was attacked by the dog as well and was in shock. Again, why didn't the vet notice this if I'm paying $200 for an exam? How come these things were not noticed by someone (A VETERINARIAN) who was supposed to notice this first and foremost over me who is in shock and traumatized from what happened? Then today the next day after the incident, I noticed my dog hadn't barked and he's normally a barker but then later on in the day, he went to go bark as even though he's been resting as much as possible he is a high energy dog and wanted to play with his toys. I tossed his toy, maybe 3 feet in the house and he went to go bark and yelped and then I called the veterinarian to ask about that situation. The lady that answered the phone was completely rude and incompetent and gave me a complete attitude about everything "I was doing wrong" and saying that I was told for him not to play in any manner when I was at the vets office. I was never told one thing I was only given paperwork and on the paperwork it says no rough playing with my other dog which I understand. She told me to bring him back in for ANOTHER EXAM and I brought up why I wouldn't bring him back in because of the horrible exam the first time. She said she would talk to her supervisor and get back to me. They then proceeded to send me a text message, calling ME the wrong name and calling my dog a SHE when it's a boy dog. This place doesn't know what they're doing. I would not come back here if it was free. read more

It's always stressful going to the vet, especially a late night emergency vet when your pet is not feeling well. We original went to a different animal hospital who turned us away because they were too busy. Luckily for us they referred Eve. This place truly made the experience so much easier and kinder than I could have imagined. The staffed at Eve greeted us at the door (after hours), asked me what was going on, and immediately took us back. They checked in on me while he was in the exam room and kept me informed throughout each step of the process. They were kind enough to bring my dog back to the room while we waiting to various test result (maybe because they could see the stress and sadness in my face, that might not be the case for everyone but damn was I grateful for that). It was so nice that I could be with my dog to comfort him and I was not left in the room wondering what was going on and how he was doing. The emergency medical pricing was transparent and communicated in advance so there was no "shock" at any point. I am thankful I have a place I can trust in case of another emergency.
