My 5 month old kitten Zuko had been sick for about a week and would hardly eat anything. On December 30th we took him to the vet and were told that he most likely had a foreign body, and that he would need emergency care. We took him straight to EVE where we got our boy the care he needed from such a kind and caring staff. They checked him out and confirmed he would need surgery to remove a foreign body that was lodged in his intestines. I was so scared, but the nurses answered any questions I had and assured me he was in good hands. Leaving him there over might was really hard, but the night staff seemed to already have fallen in love with him so I knew he'd be cared for. I got multiple calls and texts over the next 24 hours with updates on hus surgery and recovery. He was even doing well enough after to be able to go home a couple hours early, and they even gave him some extra medication to help keep him calm since he's a very skiddish kitty and that night was New Years Eve and I was concerned about him hurting himself. We were given very good instructions on his aftercare, and there were no issues with his recovery. He is now fully recovered and back to his healthy, happy, playful self. Eve saved my kittens life. As far as pricing goes, they have lots of options that you can choose from as far as payment plans to help us pay for the surgery that was incredibly expensive for us. Plus, we were very happy because when we came back the next day to pick him up, they went over pricing with us again, and told us that the surgery would actually cost about $1000 less than we were quoted the night before so that lifted some weight off of our chests.

Vanessa at EVE was unbelievable. Me and my golden retriever were helped immediately in the staff was extremely helpful and caring. My dog can have a hard time in stressful situations and they made her feel so welcome and safe. I cannot say enough good things about this spot. Not to mention affordable!!

Do NOT COME HERE!!!! My dog was attacked by a German Shepherd yesterday he is a 15 pound Chihuahua mix. I looked to find the closest vet and I saw this one had good reviews idk how! The vet exam was $190 and they had him in the back for only a few minutes to do the exam and when she brought him in the room, she only said he had two superficial bites that everything else was fine. The main reason I brought him in was because he was extremely sore on his rib cage and would go to bite me when I touched it which he doesn't ever try to bite me. I had to tell her about this myself and I was wondering, what kind of exam did you do back there? The girl came in the room had me pay the bill handed me some papers did not go over one thing with me and I walked out the door. Later in the day, I realize a chunk of my dog's ear was missing, and he had a bite wound on the back of his tail. That was my bad for not noticing that sooner but I was attacked by the dog as well and was in shock. Again, why didn't the vet notice this if I'm paying $200 for an exam? How come these things were not noticed by someone (A VETERINARIAN) who was supposed to notice this first and foremost over me who is in shock and traumatized from what happened? Then today the next day after the incident, I noticed my dog hadn't barked and he's normally a barker but then later on in the day, he went to go bark as even though he's been resting as much as possible he is a high energy dog and wanted to play with his toys. I tossed his toy, maybe 3 feet in the house and he went to go bark and yelped and then I called the veterinarian to ask about that situation. The lady that answered the phone was completely rude and incompetent and gave me a complete attitude about everything "I was doing wrong" and saying that I was told for him not to play in any manner when I was at the vets office. I was never told one thing I was only given paperwork and on the paperwork it says no rough playing with my other dog which I understand. She told me to bring him back in for ANOTHER EXAM and I brought up why I wouldn't bring him back in because of the horrible exam the first time. She said she would talk to her supervisor and get back to me. They then proceeded to send me a text message, calling ME the wrong name and calling my dog a SHE when it's a boy dog. This place doesn't know what they're doing. I would not come back here if it was free.

The team at EVE is so kind. The facility is clean and quiet. I am so grateful for the effort they made to try to save our 15 year old cat, Percy. Thank you!

I was here Friday night with my dog. They were able to see him right away and took care of him. He was in pain from an issue with his back. Very compassionate staff. They asked detailed questions about him and actually listen to my responses. They got him a pain shot right away to help him while we talked to figure out what happened. They kept me updated the whole time. I hope I never have to visit another ER vet again (wishful thinking!) but this will be my only stop. They were excellent!

THEY SAVED MY DOGS LIFE! My Doberman got Bloat (GDV) and rushed to the nearest facility that was unable to perform the surgery. They called 12 emergency facilities that were unable to perform the surgery. EVE Pet Hospital was the 12 call they made (wish it was the first. We rushed over there and they brought her back immediately and saved her life! The entire process was painless for us as we were waiting to bring our pup back home! They gave us continuous updates/pictures and cared for my pup as if it were there own! THANK YOU SO MUCH EVE Pet Hospital!!

They kept our pup overnight to monitor for more seizures, give her IV fluids, etc. We brought her home today. I have a medical background and I found the care was excellent, appropriate and the communication was great. I received 3 calls from the various vets on duty and each time they were informative and kind. My regular vet had already been notified within about 12 hours of admission and they called to check on us. The only hesitation of have is the cost of services. It seems very expensive. Medication that they provided when we took the pup home cost $62.38 for 30 pills. The price for 120 tabs from Chewy is $25.08. Almost a quarter of them are the same thing. Sirena's life was taken because they failed to run appropriate tests including xray to determine and diagnose. They failed to inform me of any risks, alternatives, or the prognosis of the treatment. They lied on the report several times falsifying what happened so they could be unaccountable. This place did not care about the consequences of taking a life nor what it does to a family after the fact. Sirena was a victim and this will happen again unless you don't give them the chance. My Sirena was with me everyday for 4 years and trusted me to take care of her and I let her down going to this place. She deserved better! It breaks my heart reliving being at Gilbert Queen Creek emergency veterinarian and specialist center. I know Sirena would be alive today if I had gone elsewhere. Crystal the hospital director called 5/1/26 offering 300$ "on the books" saying they could have done better. I will never go back to Gilbert queen creek emergency veterinarian. I was shocked she would even insinuate that I would. The grief of losing Sirena and having conversations with these people mentally and physically takes a toll on me. If Sirena was given critical care, the right care from the right specialist, she would be alive today.

They consistently provide the highest standards of quality medical care and ALWAYS take the time to ensure I have a full understanding of any/all diagnostic tests and treatments being recommended and performed and why. I have never felt rushed or dismissed by anyone working here, and I have never felt pressured or judged if the cost wasn't within my budget - they always have empathetic responses and other options to still make sure my pets leave in better condition then they arrived. It's so clear how much they genuinely care about each of their patients and clients as well. They truly deserve so much praise (and also probably a raise) for all they do, as I can only imagine how challenging, complex, and emotionally taxing, working in veterinary medicine probably is. But this team ALWAYS has such a warm and welcoming positive energy about them and I couldn't be more grateful to have found this Banfield location! Not only is the staff here so friendly and empathetic, they are also punctual, efficient and very honest. My dog sitter ended up taking my dog here one night while we were out of town to deal with her chronic vomiting. The vet caring for her that evening spoke with me directly over the phone to go over treatment options. I thoroughly appreciated her honesty. I ended up having to take my dog back here one night a few weeks later due to the vomiting starting up again and her primary vet also suggested what she's going through needs to be handled at an actual animal hospital. This second visit was just as efficient and also they were kind enough to waive certain fees due to us returning back to them in such a short amount of time. I also like the fact that we're able to use payment plan options via Affirm. That was extremely helpful for me during this previous emotionally tumultuous season. Nothing could have changed the outcome of the day but I am so grateful that at every moment the VEG staff was working to save my dog and caring so much for all of our comfort. They immediately got several large beds and a blanket for him to lie down and offered me a cushion. They handled him with love and checked on us in so many ways. And they tried. At one point we had something like 6 people working to stabilize him and everyone was focused and on task. I felt they worked on him not like a job but as if he was their own. I know its hard to work on a holiday and I know his death was emotional for everyone. But thank you all because at least I was with him to the very end and he knew he was being cared for. Being able to be with your dog throughout care is such a meaningful difference in the veterinary industry and in both owners and pets experience with vet care, and I feel like VEG always has such caring people.
