There is no words how happy I am about this place. Took my airedale for a check up and suspected UTI. Since the moment I arrived until I left, I felt the actual care that the staff have for the animals who visit their location. Doctor was so caring and took time to listen and educate about what was going on. He as well suspected about UTI (which by the way, last Vet said my dog was healthy and had exact same symptoms). Urinalysis came back, guess what? Thats right! UTI They provided medication as well. Overall price was indeed very affordable. Will take back my doggo for a follow up, Totally recommend this place! read more

I am really disappointed that the nearest highest rated clinic turned away a new patient with no notice anywhere saying they are not taking in any new patients. You will not meet a kinder, more compassionate and wonderful man than Dr. Hall. He and his staff are wonderful and knowledgeable about everything feline, and he performed my giant Ragdoll's surgery (a recurring cyst removal) at half the cost of at least 10 other centers I had quoted. I had the surgery done the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Weekend so I could be home with her as much as possible, and I ended up having questions and the vet techs called me right back, even though it was the holiday. She has virtually no scar, even though the doctor said it was one of the largest cysts he'd ever removed on a cat before! When I brought her back to have her stitches removed, 10 days later, the vet technicians couldn't compliment me more on how well-behaved and calm she was, which tells me she was comfortable with them as well. Every other person who I witness in this office appears to know Dr. Hall personally (I'm sure they don't, but he makes everyone feel that way). I can not recommend this clinic enough. You'll have to schedule in advance, usually about 2 weeks, unless you get lucky and there's a cancellation! read more

The LAST HONEST DOCTOR! The GREAT MAN! The highest level of medical expertise and an immense commitment to animals. The office itself seems to be wonderfully in the style of good old times. People who work here have good hearts and they know their jobs very well. There is no rush, no fake smiles, only genuine human caring. The moment the Doctor sees your pet, the magic begins: time stops, in the whole universe there are only the doctor and your beloved animal, who will get all possible attention and expertise. I wish my kids would have such a Doctor and such a great place to be seen. One more word about Dr. Hall's Team. I personally met two great ladies: Kailani and Lou. They really love the animals, they are helpful and caring. My husband and my brother told me the same about the rest of the people who work there. We owe Dr. Hall and the entire team a lot. Somewhere, theoretically, there might be a vet as good as Doctor Hall. In truth, however, in rescuing animals for many years, I have never met a practitioner as good as doctor Hall and his good team. Today was our first visit with AVC so as new patients we were a little nervous at first. I am so happy to be writing a five star review. I feel like Dr Hall and his wonderful team were sent from up above! Wonderful experience. My furkids felt very comfortable here and they had a blast playing with the staff, who were very friendly and made my Pomeranian family feel very comfortable and at home. I've had pets my whole life and have seen the Vet industry really change. It has become a little extravagant. As of late, I have felt strong armed into making very expensive decisions that were not in the best interest of my pets. This price has been paid both by my pocket book, and also in heart break and loss. So as of late, I went on a mission to find a clinic that still had compassion and common sense. If you prefer works of art on the walls, lattes and lavish interior furnishings, keep scrolling. Instead, on the walls here you will see tons of thank you cards and Holiday cards from happy pet owners. The surroundings are simple and efficient. Once we arrived, we went immediately into a room so my 3 little Poms could run freely. At no time did I feel as if we were sitting there waiting or being ignored. Sometime pets can get distressed waiting in a clinic in the waiting area for long durations, but here it was very easy and stress free. By some miracle the techs (wish I could remember their names!) were able to trim my Poms nails without any fussing or crying. Also a relief: My 3 Poms didn't even know they were at a Vet clinic! They thought they were there for play time! Yayy! We asked for some quotes to get teeth extracted. I'm so glad they didn't throw the whole kitchen sink into the quote. Very reasonable. And I can work in an additional optional test that I want and still have money to make my mortgage payment. Again, Yayy! There is only one person who gave AVC a bad review (one star) because they couldn't get in for an appointment soon enough. Sorry, but as a new patient you will have to wait your turn in line. I had to wait also. There is not enough of Dr Hall to go around. The other option is that the clinic could charge 3 times as much. That review should be removed. Its not applicable. read more

This vet is amazing!!! I have been here several times with litters of kittens. The staff is always so so friendly and helpful, even the first time I came in they helped me bring everyone in from the car. Whenever I am running late, even by an hour or so they always try to accommodate me. The kitties that chills in the lobby loves the bacon I bring for him, the best lobby cat you could ask for. Dr hall is always so great with the animals, from stressed out nursing momma's to the tiny trouble makers, he takes his time and really connects with them. The staff/vet tech's are some of the best I have seen, I tend to over worry and be very protective and they always put me at ease, I can ask as many questions as I want. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help me and every exam is super through. You can tell that they really do care for the animals, he always gives me great discounts on my bills (I think because I have sent so many friends his way) in the summer they always send me home with a cold bottle of h2o an a ice pack for the baby's. Ohhh And the last time I came in, I left with a 5ft tall cat tree totally free!!! It's like a $150 brand new and that was the condition they gave it to me in!!! In the couple years I've visited, they always are the kindest and compassionate people who spend extensive time addressing my dog's health. I had been taking my male cat to see Dr. Hall for approximately 3+ years. I never had a bad experience. Dr. Hall & his staff were friendly, explained all actions taken, & I never had a problem. Adopted a new cat & took her to be examined. Again no problems. Then, earlier this year, 2020, my male cat threw up blood one night. It was somewhat diluted, but it was still blood. I called Dr. Hall's clinic immediately the next morning (Monday). I explained what was happening. I was told they could not see my cat; not that day or any other day during the remainder of the week. They said they were overbooked every single day and that they couldn't squeeze my cat in. End of conversation. I was so extremely disappointed. No help, no suggestions, nothing. I will never take either of my cats back to Dr. Hall's clinic. read more

I love Dr. Hall's careful approach and the way he prefers to use a more wholistic approach when it's appropriate. They always are very conscious of saving their customers money; never once have i ever felt that I was being overcharged, and have found them to be far more reasonable than any of the other veys in the area.
