I am a bit surprised I don't have a previous 5-star review for this vet, but it would be irrelevant now. I took my 15+-year-old mutt in to talk about some incontinence and her hips bothering her. She has been a regular patient of this vet since we found them. Cost isn't an issue for us, we want her to be comfortable. Injections, I've heard, can help with pain. Dr. Nelson had zero interest in talking about her hip pain. His exact words were, "She's ancient." I told him 2-3x she wasn't incontinent at any other time than while she is sleeping. He proceeded to ask again as though I had never said anything. They did a quick urinalysis, said she was fine, and sent us on our way with a script to help her with it. Not without following me out front to let me know, "Since it's an ongoing issue I normally prescribe and sell the whole bottle of 180, but with her age..." Yes, thank you. I didn't drive 30 minutes across town to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time for a an appointment that took 3 weeks to get into to be told numerous times my dog is old. If she weren't well taken care of, she would not be 15 years old nor would she be at the vet to make sure she was comfortable. We have 5 pets and exactly zero of them will be back to be seen here. Based on recent reviews, they won't be around much longer to worry about it. Also, he never touched her. Didn't pet her, never addressed her. I've never had a vet completely ignore the animal before. Pics of my "ancient" girl who I don't think looks "ancient" at all.

We have been coming to this veterinarian for several years now the vet and veterinarians have always been extremely helpful. The price is reasonable. The only downside is that they're closed Saturday and Sunday, which seems to be when we have an emergency happen. Love and wouldn't consider going to another, they always give us all the information we need and they don't take unnecessary test.

    This is where nothing happens....

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!! Warning!!!! They in no way respect your time or the appointment times. You'll sit in the lobby for at least 30 minutes PAST your appointment time with NO update or status of when you'll be seen. If your pet is sick, go somewhere else!!!! Unless it's a nail trimming or you just happen to have all day to sit in their lobby and watch cartoons, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Save your time and money!!! You've been warned...

We've all have had pets in our life's that we have dreaded taking them to a clinic. I personally have had 6 dogs over the years and currently have a 6-year German Shepherd my first GS. Usually when we go in to the vet its shots, hots spots, allergies issues etc. Vet tech comes in and gives you an overview; vet comes in looks at the dog, listens to its vitals and out of the room they go. You pay the bill and hope everything turns ok. You walk away more confused than when you went in. Not this time with Copper Mountain! And FINALLY! Took my GS in for a second opinion on his back leg limp expecting hips dysplasia/surgery options in excess of 6K. I was more worried about what the dog would have to endure then anything. I was stressed and thinking bad thoughts for weeks. Vet tech comes in takes my info and asks all the right questions, spends time with me and takes notes. I wish I remembered her name she was an amazing girl. She leaves the room and I wait as usual. Both the Tech and the Vet (Sarah) came into the room, review my dog's info and for the first time EVER in all my years owning dogs they both got on the floor with my dog and examined him. Both of them! Not leaning over the dog on one knee actually had him between them both on the floor examining him. Both of them! I was blown away! Sarah spent more time (examining) his hips, knees and legs, listing to his vitals than I've ever personnel experienced before with other vets. Sarah's clinic summary that she provided me before I left the clinic detailed my best options, short term and long-term goals for my GS. I was given options and suggestions for the best care for my dog. I wasn't told what to do or given a handful of meds to make me go away. I left feeling someone actually cared for me and my dog. Give them a try. Sarah and her team are amazing. J

From the moment we arrived, the staff was gentle, sympathetic, and incredibly understanding. They helped create a calm and peaceful environment during one of the hardest moments a pet owner can experience. Their pricing was very fair, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable at any point. Previously I would speak so highly of this office, but I've stopped recommending them and have been debating looking for a new vet. I don't know if every time I call they're having a bad day, so they gotta make it EVERYONES problem, but the attitudes need to change. I work in an emergency room, I know how to talk to people, and some of the way these receptionist and techs talk really need to check themselves. Disappointed in this office and how they don't seem to care anymore. Maybe it's all about money nowadays but I want a vet that will listen to me or send in a prescription same day if that's what the office tells me they're going to do, do better Oasis. I don't have children, I have my dogs so this isn't something I take lightly, my pets are my family and it doesn't seem like oasis cares about them. ***I wrote the above review for google 9 months ago and have since switched Vets.*** Oasis did call me to go over my complaints but that did not really do anything in the long run. Following my complaint and phone call, my dog unfortunately had an allergic reaction in January of this year. I called and scheduled an appointment but they had nothing for about a week. I asked what dose they recommended with his weight for Benadryl and the front office said they would call me back. They never did. This office has truly gone down in quality.

This is long for a reason. DO NOT GO HERE. IT'S A MONEY GRAB FOR POOR CARE…read more My longtime vet retired, and I was referred to Oasis and Dr. Tenney (who was excellent), only to find he was retiring too. Since then, every experience at this clinic has been poor. My most recent visit (June 2026) was for my 5‑month‑old puppy with clear UTI symptoms: blood in urine, straining, one episode of vomiting/soft stool. I requested a urinalysis. Dr. Cailey O'Donnell examined her, agreed she looked healthy, then suddenly pushed a long list of tests and meds--fecal test, bloodwork, X‑rays, probiotics, anti‑vomit meds--before even seeing the urinalysis results. I declined and asked to wait. Twenty minutes later Dr.O'Donnell rushed in saying, "She doesn't have a UTI, she has crystals and needs prescription food for life." This made no sense--especially for a puppy with a first‑time issue. My questions were met with rapid, dismissive explanations about pH levels and diet. Both times I asked about antibiotics for the bloody, frequent urination, I was ignored. She left again, and the rest of the visit consisted of the tech going to the back SIX separate times because the doctor wouldn't return to answer basic questions as -why I was being given adult prescription food for a puppy and answered with, "because that's what they had in stock". After two hours of this chaos & no actual resolution to the blood in her urine, I left with the food, food perscription a bunch of 'just in case' gastro-meds' in hand & no antibiotics. The visit cost $406. Back home, my puppy urinated dark blood and continued straining in misery. I had no choice but to give her leftover antibiotics from my recently deceased dog and booked a next‑day appointment elsewhere. When I re-read the Oasis urinalysis that Dr, O'Donnell handed me herself, it clearly stated my puppy had a UTI and her pH was normal. She it read incorrectly. The second clinic confirmed the findings on the Oasis's report after I asked them to run their own since Oasis had also made an error & ran theirs twice. The analysis showed the "crystals" were minimal and typical of a UTI. That visit cost another $325 because I couldn't rely on Oasis's diagnosis. Sadly, this wasn't my only bad experience in under a year: 1. Vet 1 - Early on, our puppy had frequent urination issues. Upon a visual visual check, Oasis ruled out a UTI without doing a urinalysis--just a late‑day urine concentration test that came back diuted (of which would be the norm at that time of day) but the Vet raised concern-($100). We were told to collect a early morning sample for a second test that came back in range. ($100). When we asked if the frequency was normal for a young female or a concern, the vet shrugged and said, "Could be." A month later, our puppy has a severe UTI. 2. Vet - 2 My cat had a lump, but the vet ws more focused on selling vaccines instead of examining the lump. When question she breezed passed it saying it was normal. Forr cats, lumps are not. I had to go elsewhere--paid twice. 3. Vet 3 - When my 7‑year‑old dog suddenly developed bloody stool and severe leg swelling, I couldn't get an Oasis vet to speak with me during eight hours in the ER or the two ER visits that followed. My dog was ultimately diagnosed with IMT(bleeding disorder) and dying. I need to speak with someone I was familiar with. Oasis didn't call until day three--after I had already made every heartbreaking decision alone & confirmed 'I as doing the right thing'. After caring for 6 dogs and 7 cats, I know the basics of animal care. These animals are family. They deserve competent, empathetic care--not upsells, rushed explanations, misread test results & avoidance. I don't need a fancy lobby or free drinks. I need vets, rather ONE vet who knows my pets history & is knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. Oasis is no longer that. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

What an A+ urgent vet care experience…read more I found the spot through reading reviews here on Yelp. Unfortunately, my late, sweet angel of a Bichon Frise has recently passed, however it was extremely helpful to have brought her here to this facility to understand more in depth the severity of her medical issue. Not only is the staff here so friendly and empathetic, they are also punctual, efficient and very honest. My dog sitter ended up taking my dog here one night while we were out of town to deal with her chronic vomiting. The vet caring for her that evening spoke with me directly over the phone to go over treatment options. I thoroughly appreciated her honesty. I ended up having to take my dog back here one night a few weeks later due to the vomiting starting up again and her primary vet also suggested what she's going through needs to be handled at an actual animal hospital. This second visit was just as efficient and also they were kind enough to waive certain fees due to us returning back to them in such a short amount of time. I also like the fact that we're able to use payment plan options via Affirm. That was extremely helpful for me during this previous emotionally tumultuous season. Overall, great urgent animal care location. I highly recommend them.

She also had a couple of other features done, and because it was done during the spay time, it cost a bit less, which was an added bonus. On the day of the surgery, we arrived as they requested, spent about 45 minutes waiting (not bad), and I walked Moly back into the surgical room. This allowed me to visually confirm the cleanliness. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! At that time, I met and spoke with the Vet who patiently answered all of my clinical questions, walking me through their procedure, which included placing a small tattoo on the belly so it is known that she is spayed. Molly was absolutely relaxed in their atmosphere. When I came to pick her up, there were the afternoon f/o staff, and they were just as nice!
