I have absolutely no issue with that and of course, one could always leave more for excellent service if desired. I would just suggest that they change the wording on this fee. The menu stated that the fee was being levied to compensate for all of the pick-up orders. That felt a bit off to me as an eat-in diner. Why not just say our service fee is 20% and not have to justify it as making up for the lack of opportunity with carry out orders?
