For rolls we ordered the Eel Roll, the Lady of Dawn, and the M16 roll. The Eel Roll was rich, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced with that buttery eel texture and eel sauce. The Lady of Dawn roll was super fresh and flavorful with the perfect combination of crunchy and creamy textures. And the M16 roll? SO good.
