The food is cooked fresh and you get a lot of it. This looks out to be the rugged guy lunch spot. Been here a few times and will be back. Ps. The windows people are complaining about on here. This used to be one of the best places for Asian food around. I kept going back hoping they were just having a bad day. Floors are filthy, windows are absolutely disgusting.The tables may or may not be clean. I was recently there and a drink had been spilled on the floor. A yellow wet floor sign was placed over the spill with NO effort to clean it up. It's really a shame this place turned into a dumpster. read more

I went to this restaurant for the first time today. I sat down it took about 10 minutes for the waitress to come an get our drink order, the restaurant was dead there was only two other people there. We placed our food order after we received our drinks it took 30 minutes to receive our food, all we ordered was the beef hibachi and the chicken hibachi. This was the most disgusting hibachi I have ever eaten in my life, the beef tasted extremely gamey like deer meat. There was zero seasoning on our food, it tasted absolutely terrible. My stomach was hurting immediately after I took a few bites. I don't understand why the service was so horrible when there was hardly any customers. The chicken hibachi was $9.95 the beef hibachi was $10.95. We were served 2 small plates with about a cup of rice a few chunks of meat and some sliced carrots that clearly came out of a can. The plates were plastic we were given plastic-wear and our drinks were in styrofoam cups. This is so cheap and ugly. I want to know why I pay $10 for a "meals" worth of food served on a cheap plastic plate, plastic-wear and a styrofoam cup. I will not be returning. read more

First of all, the floor was disgusting. It clearly hadn't been cleaned for a while and was sticky everywhere. I used to love this place, never really had a bad experience until today, and as soon as the waitress sits my food on the table my table gets over ran with at least 15 flies, probably more! All trying to get to the plate of food, after several minutes of constantly shoeing flies away I look down and one is swimming in my shrimp sauce on my plate, I got and said this is ridiculous y'all need to go crazy with a fly swatter in here and they simply said someone left the back door open....Ummmm if they are that bad at the back door then maybe you need to clean the nastiness up sometime! I paid my bill and left with most of my steak and scallops still on my plate makes me think how many flies landed on my food before it was cooked much less from the window to my table! clean up your act guys! read more

Every single time we go the service is terrible. I tried placing a to-go order and when calling their phones said out of service when I arrived to the restaurant I told them about the phone not working and the waitresses response was, "Oh I just got here" as if she could care less. While we were there another customer opened the door and the wind blew in dirt into our food and drinks and nothing was done about it. The waitress never checks on you ever. If you have a little one like I do you have to search for the high-chairs which are disgusting might I add because they will not get it for you. Big portions here are sure to fill you up. Meals are made to order and served hot straight off the flat top. Wide selection variety allows diners to mix n match their favorites. Service is very welcoming and friendly. They can on occasion let flavors slide but we've found the teriyaki on the table solved that. Beef and chicken are sure to please. read more

When we walked in at 12:00 which is when they opened, none of the tables had been cleaned from the night before. Probably should have left then, but we decided to give them a try. The place was freezing. AC was cranked up on a 48 degree day, and several patrons went back out to retrieve their heavy coats. When the food arrived, the chicken was over cooked and very dry. The rice was crunchy. The new location with new tables and decor is a definite improvement from the old place, but I won't be going back any time soon. read more

First of all, the food is always amazing. I prefer Mishimas to other Asian restaurants in Habersham. Usually, we never have a problem. However, today at lunchtime, we waited nearly an hour for our food, didn't get spring rolls until about five minutes AFTER our food was served and had to wait 20 minutes to receive our drinks. I'll cut them some slack since it was a Sunday afternoon, however the lack of customer service was frustrating. Didn't get any refills until my drink had been empty for quite some time and I had to ask for it myself and my husband didn't receive one refill. The main issue, about an hour after eating, my husband and I started feeling sick. As the afternoon continued, it didn't get better and he ended up very sick later on that afternoon. My stomach is still churning and I'm praying I don't have food poisoning. I'm pregnant, and I tried making sure the chicken and steak was cooked thoroughly. It seemed to be, but could have been some undercooked pieces in there. Overall, we love mishimas and will probably go back, however we were very disappointed with the service today. Food is good. This place has got the best price for the amount you get. The food is cooked to order and they have unlimited yum yum sauce as I call it. Down side is service is like Verizon. Depends on if you are going up baldwin mountain or not. Those who have Verizon will understand. read more

Got to the restaurant thirty minutes before closing and was ending a conversation with my grandma on the phone and they turned off their open sign and locked the door. I drove twenty minutes for a bunch of people to be rude and disrespectful. I will never spend a dime at that restaurant ever again. I will go to koji in commerce ga instead of this place. read more

I like the teriyaki steak with rice and sweet carrots. I love the shrimp sauce it is so good. I tried the noodle dish with steak, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, and brocoli and it was very good they only have the noodle dish on Monday and Tuesdays. read more
