The service was great, and so is the food. We ordered the pad see ew beef and the orange chicken. The pad see ew had good flavor and when coupled with some of the chilis from the chili jars they put on the table, it was perfect. The orange chicken was absolutely phenomenal. It was so crispy and had the perfect amount of sweetness. Definitely my favorite. The ambience was very welcoming and the establishment was very clean. Looking forward to going back.

Went back 7/2/26 this place is so good. I thought I took a picture of the beef boat soup unfortunately I didn't if you just want a flavor with a deep meaty undertone that will literally heal anything. It feels like please order that the hot wings which are wonderful waitress told us to get where crispy had a sweetness had a chilliness I love the fresh parsley on it. You can't go wrong with their spring rolls. I always get them. We tried two different dishes the shrimp with garlic sauce it's very light refreshing, especially on a hot day. We did the lunch special which is not too bad. They're like 13 to 15 bucks. It comes with a salad, rice, egg, eggroll, and then your main entrée. We also did the chili green beans. Everything was a 10 out of 10, but like I said, give it a try and you decide.

Yummy pad Thai. Glass noodles, eggs, chicken and shrimp.

Bangkok Broiler is delicious! The food is bright both in color and flavor, fresh veggies, delicious sauces/chili oils, and great textures. The service is great, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The decor is bright and clean. They have tons of great options on their lunch special, and I have not been disappointed by anything I've tried. My favorite is the eggplant dish, and I highly recommend anyone giving it a try!

This place was really good! We came here specifically for the crying tiger because this is the only place in the high desert I've found that serves it. The food was all really good, however I ordered the crying tiger to go on a separate occasion, and the beef was well done and really tough. I'd recommend dining in.

Been going here for over a year all the way from Riverside area. Still my favorite Thai spot from anywhere. Love their spice racks. Everything tastes fresh and love coming to see aunty Jenny!

Ohhh, I like what they have done with this place! Located on the very busy Main Street and 7th Street intersection, this new Thai Restaurant is something new, updated, and different. Located in the former, and once popular, Bangkok Thai, Bangkok Broiler brings familiar Thai dishes but with subtle differences unfamiliar to me when I go to other Thai restaurants. For example, their Bangkok Spring Rolls are definitely larger and their peanut sauce has a smoky flavor to it, and it's not a bad thing. Additionally, it is served with a refreshing mint sauce that is thinner but definitely a nice touch to something as fresh as these spring rolls. The Fish Cakes were something new, probably too oily for my pallette, but I definitely appreciated the serving portion and the flat (instead of round) serving. It had a Thai heat to it that is well appreciated. The curry puffs are excellent. Piping hot and fresh off the fryer, it is filled with a savory potato curry and some corn, served with a vinegar cucumber sauce. It is good for 2-3 people. Our main dishes included a beef fried rice, noodles, and something new (at least to me) a ginger and mushroom plate. This ginger mushroom with beef plate was fantastic! We also ordered a noodle dish that came with crispy fried pork. Such good deep fried goodness! Now the dishes are served family style, but the A LA Carte dishes are served with a small side of rice. The menu is expansive, the location itself has a more open floor plan, but make plans to arrive earlier than the dinner rush because, like anything to new to the desert, lines form quickly. I think the smartest things this location did was modernize its interior to serve more customers and make it's menu authentic to its culture. I hope they don't let the customers tell them to tone down the spice because, really, thai food should not lower its spice or flavor.

New Thai restaurant in the area. I ordered the Boat Noodles and Sai Oua. The Boat Noodles came with chunks and slices of tender beef, pork liver, beef meatballs, onion and cilantro topping, and rice noodles in a rich, slightly spicy broth. The spice heat level can be adjusted according to taste. The broth does have a sweetness to it which is an acquired taste. Seasoning is similar to other Asian stews with a flavor of star anise and five-spice. The rice noodles were a bit overcooked in my bowl resulting in a slight gumminess, but other than that issue, the dish was delicious. Highly recommended since this is the only place currently serving Boat Noodles here in the High Desert. The other dish I ordered was Sai Oua which are grilled sausages. I was given a choice of beef, chicken, or pork. I chose beef. There was two to an order. These appeared to be made in house with a snappy casing, grilled until nicely charred and juicy. The flavor was garlicky with the fresh herbaceous notes of lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. It was very appetizing. The sausages were served with fresh condiments like a wedge of cabbage, shredded carrots and cabbage, thinly sliced ginger, raw red onions, and green chilis. Definitely a must try dish and also not served in other Thai restaurants in the area. I will certainly return soon to try the other dishes on the menu, especially the grilled meats. The restaurant inside is bright and airy. It was comfortable dining in. There is a small waiting area in the front for to-go orders. Beverages are free currently until the end of the year. Service is excellent. Plenty of parking in the lot.

I had my first (but DEFINITELY NOT the last) visit to Bangkok Broiler. I didn't eat at the location, but took it home and enjoyed it for my lunch at work. I ordered the yellow curry with chicken and it was fantastic! The flavors were amazing and I can't wait for the time when I can go back!

The whole situation felt awkward and unprofessional, especially considering the amount of time and money we spent there that evening. Pastrami sandwich with fries and an unsweetened iced tea First, the customer service at this small spot was great. Even though we ordered to go the cashier brought our drinks and food right to our table. Both sandwiches were top notch and muy delicioso. Cubano sandwich was filled with smoked grilled ham, Juicy roasted pork, cheese, pickles and pressed. It was served with the most amazing garlic aioli. I opted for the banana chips that were light and crispy and a perfect accompaniment to the sandwich. We also ordered a pastrami sandwich with fries. The fries were well seasoned and thin. Pastrami was so delicious however my only gripe is that it needed a touch more mustard. I shared some of my garlic aioli with my partner but hogged the rest for my other half of sandwich. Sandwiches were cooked to order, hot and fresh. The bread was soft with a slight crunch due to it being pressed. It was a very nice change from the usual burger or fried chicken fast food. I was excited to find the YumEarth Assorted Fruit Chews in the bulk bins, as they taste like a favorite childhood candy of mine. On May 16th, I purchased them at the Apple Valley Sprouts for the price of $5.99/lb. However, when I visited the Victorville location on May 30th, the same candy was priced at $15.99/lb. I brought this massive 160% markup to the attention of a store employee, who told me that it was because the candy is organic (all YumEarth products are organic, including the $5.99 batch). After reviewing my receipts and store tags, Apple Valley marking the item as discontinued is the only difference between the two organic fruit chews. Since I care about consumer accuracy, I submitted a pricing concern (with receipt and bin photos) to Sprouts Corporate Customer Care over three weeks ago on June 2nd. I have received zero response besides the initial acknowledgment after I submitted the web form. Even if Sprouts corporate has since cleaned out the bins or officially removed the item, the fact remains that the system was actively overcharging customers on the floor, and management showed zero interest in auditing the error or following up with a customer. This has been disappointing, and the usually friendly Sprouts failed in this area. I haven't returned to shop at Sprouts since this occurred. As a consumer, I prefer to spend my grocery budget where pricing accuracy and basic customer communication are treated as priorities. Please double-check your bulk receipts at this location.

Raquel, the cashier who assisted me, was fabulous. She was pleasant, professional, and provided excellent customer service. However, while I was in the middle of placing my order, another employee, whom I later learned was Claudia, the General Manager, approached Raquel and began speaking to her in an extremely rude, demeaning, and verbally abusive manner. Claudia loudly scolded Raquel about where bread had been placed, telling her, "Don't you ever put this bread like that back inside," while pointing toward an area behind the counter. When Raquel attempted to explain herself, Claudia cut her off and continued speaking to her disrespectfully. I then witnessed Claudia yell at a male employee as well. As a customer, it was extremely uncomfortable and upsetting to witness. But I want to be very clear: this is bigger than how an employee should be treated in front of customers. No human being should ever have to experience verbal abuse. I don't care who you are, what your position is, or what mistake may have been made. Every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. This is especially concerning because I later learned that Claudia is the General Manager. A general manager sets the tone for the workplace and is responsible for modeling appropriate leadership, professionalism, and communication. This goes far beyond customer-service training. Claudia would benefit from immediate training in respectful workplace communication, leadership and supervisory skills, conflict de-escalation, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and appropriate employee coaching and corrective feedback. If an employee needs correction or redirection, that can and should be handled professionally and respectfully. Leadership does not require humiliation, intimidation, or verbal abuse. In my professional work, I address occupational burnout, compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and workplace wellness. Workplace culture matters, and leadership behavior matters. When employees are repeatedly exposed to hostile, demeaning, or intimidating behavior, it can contribute to an unhealthy work environment and occupational burnout. I sincerely hope Panera Bread takes this complaint seriously, speaks directly with the employees who were present, investigates Claudia's conduct, and takes appropriate corrective action. I will also be forwarding my concerns to Panera Bread's corporate office. And to Raquel: Thank you for remaining professional and kind while assisting me despite how you were being treated. You provided excellent customer service, and I hope Panera Bread recognizes you for it.
