I got the 1/2 sandwich with turkey and bacon, and the 1/2 size fresh greens salad with chicken, apple chips, cheese, and pecans. Both were fresh and delicious!! The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the service is quick. Everything came out as described. We also got a drink, and chose the green tea with mango, mixed with lemonade. It's always something with this location. I came this morning for a green goddess Cobb sub chicken all mix leaf. Get home it's a little mix leaf the rest ice berg lettuce. Then I drive all the way back to get my order fixed only to drive back home and open my lid to a little thin piece of old avocado so they clearly forgot my chicken was subbed avocado as well plus rotten mix leaf. After many times of visiting this location in different occasions, I can confidently say the establishment its good 7 times out of 10. In my opinion the food its really good! I have tried different items from the menu and most of the time I'm satisfied! The broccoli cheddar soup its so good and the chipotle avocado melt, its a perfect combination for any day! The establishment itself its well kept, tables are clean, employees are constantly checking the floor and the drink station. Sometimes it's dirty but it's understandable, the employees work hard! Disappointed!!! Precisely why customers should not add a gratuity at the time they order. I broke my own role as I did not have any cash and had to charge all of my order. The bill was $10.55 including a dollar tip. For a plain toasted bagel w/honey cream cheese and a medium iced latte. At the time I placed the order, I asked the cashier where the restroom was. She pointed me in the direction. What she did not tell me was that a code was needed to enter. I had to walk back to the register and ask for the code, 1st issue! When my buzzer rang to alert me that my order was ready, I walked to the kitchen, and returned to my table, 20 seconds tops! My bagel was cool, 2nd issue! It was not even with a hint of warmth to slightly soften the cream cheese, 3rd issue! It was then that I looked at my receipt to realize my cream cheese order was wrong at the time that I placed the order with the cashier, 4th issue. One may think that after I had paid, I should have looked at my check to see that it was correct, however, that is not my job as a customer. The expectations of customers are that the employees are well-trained to even take the simplest of orders and ensure all is correct. Active listening, which includes taking in information, paraphrasing back with they understand, and asking questions to ensure they understand what is being said. Customer should not have the responsibility to make sure that a simple order is taken correctly. If this becomes the expectation of customers, then the employers should start paying us gratuities for doing the employee's job. Just feedback why you should never tip before you receive your order and a note to the employer to not make this option at the time of sale as it forces the customer into guilt and does not allow the employee to go the extra mile outside of their work responsibilities. read more

Power tip: I've been here multiple times. Although the food is essentially consistently good, like the entire franchise, I've had fairly positive experiences at this particular location. Latest example: I miffed my app order and didn't maximize my discount. Instead of potentially being difficult or waste food, the manager cancelled my order with a friendly smile, let me replace the order on the app, and picked up the order essentially instantly. Unfortunately, this location is hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are friendly, bubbly and glad to be at work; while other times they are not paying attention, making mistakes and short with you. A few days ago we placed an order through the drive thru. The young lady took our order and asked for my rewards number (or phone number). I provided my phone number to her and she told me the price of the food. I forgot that I had a free bagel...it was June 30th and I hadn't taken advantage of the free bagel offer. She seemed confused. She told me what bagels were available and I ordered the cinnamon crunch bagel. She told me the price and I stated that I wanted it to come from my free bagel deal. She sounded like she didn't know what I was talking about. When we pulled up to the drive-thru window I mentioned the free bagel deal again. I asked her "when does it expire" and she told me today as in June 30th being the last day. I said I was happy that I placed the order because I had not taken advantage of the free bagel deal all month. She giggled awkwardly which should have been an indication to me that she still didn't know what I was talking about.
