I'm so conflicted about my first time order there. I ordered online and my food was ready at the promised time. We were off to a good start. The beef yellow curry I received was absolutely delicious. So what's with my 3 star rating then? Because I actually ordered the beef panang curry. I got a small container of dried chilis, which I added to it, but true panang curry also has red curry paste and peanut in it. The vegetables where those listed in the yellow curry too, so it had no green peppers nor green beans in it. I also ordered the pork spicy fried rice combo. It had an overwhelming fish taste and smell to it. I didn't eat more than two bites of it. I looked back at their menu and it says "a touch of shrimp chili paste" but mine had way more than a touch of it. It actually tasted more like fish sauce than a shrimp chili paste, so it was a bit of a surprise when I tasted it. You also get to chose from Jasmine rice or brown rice with the combo. I assumed that would be what they used to make the fried rice, but I had a side of the Jasmine rice in the same container as the fried rice. I added that with my other Jasmine rice for my curry dish. So that was a pleasant surprise. The combo gives you two vegetable spring rolls and two vegetable dumplings. Those were good. They also included two free crab rangoons in my order, which I appreciated. Those were very good! I'll definitely order those next time. I also ordered the chicken Tom Kha Soup. It was good. They used Beech/brown clamshell mushrooms in it, which was a nice touch. Most other Thai restaurants in the area use button mushrooms and those aren't nearly as good as the Beech mushrooms were. 4 stars on that. So I definitely will give them a try again. I won't try the spicy rice again. Hopefully next time when I order the Beef Panang Curry, that's what I actually end up getting afterall. For now, 3 stars, and I'll update my review after I give them another chance because I do think this restaurant has some promise. I'm hopeful they are able to wow me next time. read more

This is my first time try the place and the server is so nice. She gave us free crab Rangoon which is so nice of her. The restaurant is relaxed not too crowded. I am very enjoy the services that were provided Three of us order three main dishes and mango sticky rice. The portions here are huge for the price. We can't finish it in one sitting because of how big it is. We all agree that the sticky rice is very good, but my pad Thai is too salty. If u want to enjoy authentic Thai, this might not be the place for you. But if you want okay foods that fill you up for the whole day, this is your stop! read more

First and foremost, I want to say the owner is lovely. Talkative, attentive, engages with customers, and very kind. A lady who appeared to be homeless/an addict came in and he not only served her, but he made no issue when she did not pay; and went on to say that this happened before. So he knew her; he knew what to expect; and he was still so lenient. Though I could not be as kind as he, I admire him greatly; and admonish everyone coming through Manchester to come by and patronize his business. With that said, I did not find the food particularly flavorful, of good quality, nor different in concept or good enough in terms of execution to overcome all the oversights made in preparation. The meat in the crispy rolls did not taste entirely fresh, and the flavor and breading were bland; the drunken noodles had no texture, flavor, nor weight, as well as had many elements that seemed missing in forming a cohesive and cogent dish; and the duck was very basic and lacking the crispiness generally associated with Thai duck dishes. I think the duck would have benefitted greatly from a marinade and dipping sauce as well; and possibly scallions. While optional and subjective, deep-fried crispy wrappers or soft and lightly sweet (varying levels of cooked) wrappers would also be great. I want this business to succeed as it is, like all of us, struggling and honest; and in a rough part of town; with a great owner who has a heart of gold. But I just.. can't give points where I didn't immediately identify them. I hope for improvement and success. read more

The food is the reason you go here! The preparation and depth of flavors is pure Thai and so authentic. The TomYum soup is the star of the menu. Order it one spice level LESS than you ordinarily like though, you will thank me. Service is super friendly and the staff so nice. The ultimate place for a great meal. read more

I ordered a 2 star spicy and it was quite spicy, but the sauce was so flavorful! The lo mein was delicious as well. I love that you can order online, and it was ready within 20 minutes! Came back for the first time in a while and got boat noodle soup. I have to say it's now my favorite pho noodle soup in Manchester and it's not even close. This is an insane menu item and they do it so well. The broth is so rich, sweet, savory, and spicy. Tons of interesting and fresh chopped veggies and plenty of meat. They definitely do not skimp. Tried this place a second time just to make sure it wasn't a bad day the first time. The first time ordered spicy pad Thai, inedible had to throw it out. Today pad thai noodles undercooked too sweet not cooked in high enough temperature. I believe this sauce came out of a can and was not homemade from Tammarin, palm sugar, fish sauce, etc. There are many ingredients missing. The wings should have been marinated in a Chilli vinegar fish sauce then cooked crispy. Twice they showed buried in a watery sauce after fried, making it soggy. I lived in Thailand off and on over the years. Family members from Thailand have taught me how to cook it. I know that a lot of Thai restaurants make traditional food incorrectly because Americans are non the wiser. The scoop is, in Manchester if you want good pad Thai, Ubon Thai 2 go is your best bet. If you want the best soup (boat noodle is my favorite, it's very common street soup) you can order from The Thai Connection. This place is a bust. Lemon and Thai sushi is a bust. Muse is hit or miss, you never know what you're getting. Higher prices 1/3 the serving. The absolute best thai food is in Lowell. That's usually where all New England Thai restaurants go to get their ingredients since they have the largest imported markets. Good Luck! And happy Thai food eats! Outstanding simple Thai/ Asian food. I had Yellow Curry and Pad Thai. They were excellent. What makes it an even better experience they ask what level of spice you'd like. Food was quickly made and for a mostly take out place it was amazingly clean. I'll order again soon. read more
