The savory-sweet soy-based sauce coated everything perfectly, and the mix of tender chicken and juicy pieces made it incredibly satisfying. The Beef Red Curry was rich and aromatic with a luscious coconut milk base. The red curry paste had great depth. There was layers of lemongrass, galangal, and spices. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the bamboo shoots, bell peppers, and Thai basil were fresh and plentiful. I loved how it had a nice kick that built up without overpowering the dish. The Chicken Satay came out perfectly grilled with beautiful char marks. The chicken was juicy and marinated well, and the peanut sauce on the side was creamy, nutty, and addictive. Finally, the Basil Chicken delivered that classic Thai street-food flavor. Plenty of fragrant holy basil, lots of garlic, and just the right amount of chili heat. The chicken was tender with great texture, and it paired amazingly with jasmine rice. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. The bento c is my absolute favorite. I always order it especially because the kani salad is the best.
