The salad was tasty but overdressed, I wished I had asked for the dressing on the side. The drunken noodles were not too spicy and a bit too sweet for my taste. I feel they used the same sauce as the pad see ew and added a little spice to make it the drunken noodle. We also ordered the mango sticky rice. They only had one left so we shared it amongst the 5 of us. We were taken aback by the green color of the rice but the color didn't add any strange flavor. Would i return? Based on the dishes I had I don't know. It's a cute place and a good lunch deal so maybe, but I will definitely try other dishes, maybe one of the curries?

They are also very accommodating here and what I ordered for both visits were absolutely delicious! The chicken dish I ordered is made with potatoes, onions, peanuts and coconut milk. It was made perfectly! UThai Bistro to me is a hidden gem, tucked away in a shopping plaza so plenty of parking. Best way to describe it is Authentic Thai! But after a while, we were asked to leave since they close the restaurant in between the lunch and dinner service (between 3:30-4:30pm). Sorry, we were not aware of this! I did like how the chilis and noodles were separated from the soup so the noodles weren't saturated and you can control the spice level. We also got Pad woon sen and the crab fried rice. The pad woon sen had a good ratio of chicken, veggies and noodles. Our favorite though was the crab fried rice. It was nice and fluffy, lots of fresh crab meat and very tasty. Pad Thai is Thailand's famous stir-fried rice noodle dish and it balances sweet, sour, salty, and savory flavors. On the designated date and time, I walked into Lemonleaf Grill to pickup my order. I was amazed by the beautiful remodeling they did. I asked the staff member how long it's been and she said since November 4th. The inside and seating is now modern, warm, and bright. My order was ready for pickup and was placed behind the bar area. The Pad Thai was in an aluminum tray and covered with aluminum. The bean sprouts, lime wedges, and ground peanuts were packaged separately so it allows customers to put how much or how little they wanted. My coworkers really enjoyed the beef Pad Thai and it was some of theirs first time having Pad Thai. The Pad Thai was delicious and packed with flavor. I highly recommended Lemonleaf Grill in Hicksville. I can't wait to come back and dine in their remodeled space.
