Caf Sua Da - Iced Chicken Pho
    Cameron

Love this women-owned business and one of my go-to's for Vietnamese food in Pittsburgh! The cafe sua (iced Vietnamese coffee) was delicious, just the right amount of condensed milk to not make it too sweet. It had a lot of ice, so would ask for less next time. The chicken pho had a delicious broth, and the mix-ins were already all added in when I got it. Definitely one of the cheaper places to get it so I'm not complaining and it was perfect on a cold day. Service was great, pretty quick and very accommodating. They also had a small seating area tucked in the back that was nice and quiet to get work done or chat, as well as outside too, but most people get it to go. Their bahn mi is also delicious, and definitely worth a try too!

Local and Woman-owned gem! Very nice owner and workers, dedicated to quality Vietnamese food which is seriously lacking in Lawrenceville. The sandwiches are the stand out here but the pho is also surprisingly good. The broth is extremely flavorful. There's not a ton of searing inside so if you want to dine in, it's better to save it for warmer weather. But the counter is sufficient.

Great place for lunch in lawrenceville! Quick service where you go up and order from the counter and there's a few tables in the back. I got a Banh mi which came with lots of toppings. Staff were super nice and brought us all waters.

I'm absolutely THRILLED that Banh Mi & Ti's dining room is open again!! As a second generation Vietnamese American, Vietnamese food is my ultimate comfort food and there's nothing like some phở on a blustery cold day. The food was delicious and it came out quickly, what more can you ask for!

food is given in takeout form, good bahn mi but pho is ok. some seats in the back but i think takeout bahn mi is worth it

Friendly service and decent bahn mi. There was something a little sweet on the sandwich that I don't normally love, but it wasn't overpowering. My son loved the "strawberry juice" (boba tea without the tea and only the flavoring). The sandwich was solid and the pork was plentiful. If I returned, I would ask for a little less of the sweet sauce and a little more cilantro.

My wife and I are visiting my son who recently moved to the area to start his medical fellowship at a nearby hospital. His new apartment is nearby and we wanted a quick lunch while running errands. We ended up at Banh Mi & Ti. We have eaten all over Vietnam so we know what to expect and this was a relatively tame and westernized version of what we have come to understand is the classic street fare. Lovely folks working behind the counter and the drinks seemed to be a big seller here, we just had the Sammie's which were good but nothing special IMHO. We tried three different versions - the classic original - which typically should have pate on it, this had a firm and tasteless head cheese, the one with beef which was moist and more flavorful and then a third with roasted pork belly. All could have benefited with spicy peppers IMHO and more fillings. Good not great. We also tried the shrimp rolls and cucumber salad both needed more herbs and marination time.

There are so few banh mi places in Pittsburgh so I'm really glad I finally went to this one! It's a really small shop in Lawrenceville with no indoor seating but a few outdoor tables outside. The place is small so the line usually goes out the door, but it moves pretty fast. We went at lunchtime and didn't have to wait too long to snag a table and order. The sandwiches are pretty large and filling and definitely worth the price! It's filled with lots of veggies that taste fresh. Bread texture is crusty but still chewy -- the type that leaves crumbs all over you when you bite into it. They also serve a variety of Vietnamese drinks/coffees as well as bowls. Definitely satisfied my banh mi craving :)

When in the Lawrenceville neighborhood, this is my go-to fast casual lunch spot. The baguette for the bread of the Bahn Mi is crunchy on the outside and deliciously soft inside. I get the colorful decaffeinated Pea Flower tea to drink (a rare find locally) and they also offer bubble tea and Vietnamese coffee. The service is always welcoming and quick. They have a few tables for outdoor seating on a nice day.

The food here was fresh and absolutely amazing! The location provides counter service. It was very close to our Airbnb so we picked up our order and then ate at the Airbnb. There is no inside seating but there are a few outside tables. They do a bustling take out business. We ordered the veggie and shrimp spring rolls, the Viet and classy chic bahn mi. Fabulous!

Was craving a Banh Mi before a tattoo appointment. This place was convieniently on Bulter street. We ordered right before they opened from their website. We arrived right at 11 and our tea was already ready. We had to wait a little bit longer for out sandwiches but they were overall very quick. We took our meal back to our Airbnb. My sandwich was really delicious except the end of the bread was little hard and dry. Once you got past the end, the tofu was nice and warm and the saucy was perfectly sweet and savoury. I added jalapeno which honestly was not that spicy in a good way. Just the right amount of heat. My bubble tea was also really good and refreshing. Not too sweet and they gave a lot of bubbles. I would definitely recommend this place even though it's not the best banh mi I have ever had.

My first time at this spot and I will be back sooner rather than later! I got the beef pho and it was fantastic as well as the fresh shrimp summer rolls! It was a beautiful day so we sat outside! They were some of the kindest souls working there and I'm so happy to support their small women owned business

Basically the flavor combinations are endless! I ended up ordering strawberry milk tea with blueberry boba for my kids and they said that it was one of the best bobas that they've had. I ordered the spicy tuna poke bowl. They asked if I wanted it as is or if I needed any customizations which I thought was a nice touch. I kept it as is and really loved it. It was a perfect combination of flavors and every bite was enjoyable. As much as I'd love to try the other flavors or even create my own, why mess with perfection. I'll definitely order it again.

Decided to try their Crème Brûlée Milk Tea with Tapioca Boba since I haven't had one in about 2 years and I'm glad I did! The ones I've had in the past did not actually get torched on top, but this made the drink. It had that gourmand/burnt smell and it was just scrumptious. I also want to give a round of applause for their tapioca boba! So many places I've went to have either had it undercooked where it's still semi-hard inside or overcooked to the point where you get a sack of balls all stuck together at the bottom of your drink that don't go up the straw, & nobody wants to suck that hard. These were perfectly chewy! I got the Peach Green Tea w/ Blueberry Boba for somebody else and they also highly enjoyed it! Service was quick, I think it probably took 2 minutes to get both drinks out to me & off i went
