The flavor profile was very much soy sauce and oyster sauce and not a whole lot of depth or complexity. The sweet and sour chicken was fine. I appreciated that the sauce was on the side so the chicken wouldn't get soggy, but it actually was not crispy to begin with. Having the sauce separately did allow it to be reheated in an air fryer and get crispy. This is our second disappointing experience with China Palace. We won't be patronizing them again.
