A great place for authentic Vietnamese dishes. Even having Banh Khot on the menu was a pleasant surprise and it tasted like home. The shaking beef was full of flavor however the pho was oily and a little bland. I am excited to come back and try the rest of the menu. I don't drink alcohol but the waiter said they're hoping to have the full bar up and running soon.

This spot has awesome authentic Vietnamese food! They have a large menu and there's something for everyone since they also have vegan options. They have a large space and will have outdoor space later. Staff is super nice here! The food is delicious! I love that they have a lot of options from rice dishes to pho and really good apps. The shaking beef and wings with chili garlic sauce were really good and my friends loved the giant sugarcane prawns. Everything is homemade, including the dessert. They have banh mi during lunch which I need to try. The Vietnamese coffee is great here and they're going to start having cocktails this summer as well. Great spot for large groups, definitely recommend checking it out!

the food is more authentic than I thought. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Nice atmosphere and bar. The appetizers and banh mi is overpriced imo. Entree price is fair. Over all, it's a good place, y'all should check it out

My family and I enjoyed an incredible meal that included the Pho Supreme, chicken and shrimp fried rice, shrimp spring rolls, and their delicious bánh mì sandwich. From the moment our food arrived, we knew we were in for something special. Every dish looked beautifully prepared, the aromas were absolutely irresistible, and each bite exceeded our expectations. The flavors were fresh, perfectly balanced, and simply unforgettable. Their Pho noodles are absolutely one of the best I've ever had; and their fried rice was epically delicious. What makes the experience even better is the value. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable and the three of us enjoyed a full meal for under $100. While the restaurant itself is small, it delivers big on quality, flavor, and hospitality. It's easy to understand why Pho Van has earned a reputation as one of Pittsburgh's best dining destinations. If you find yourself in Pittsburgh, be sure to add Pho Van to your list; you won't be disappointed.

It feels like you step into another culture a little bit, while just being right in the Strip District. I ordered the shrimp pho this time, which I really love! It's sooo delicious and the portion size is awesome. They give you plenty of rice noodles, which I appreciate! I have also tried the supreme pho before and it's really yummy! It contains several parts of a cow that I had never tried before, and it made me so pleased to be able to try several new things in one dish!!! If you're in the mood for something new, or even if you already love pho, I totally recommend checking out this great spot! Keep up the amazing work Pho Van!

Pho Minh is a no frills, small Vietnamese restaurant in Bloomfield. Paid street parking is available out front and no reservations are required nor recommended. THIS PLACE IS CASH ONLY!!! You've been warned. No worries if you do forget, there is a PNC Bank Branch ATM like 2 blocks away. We opted for the fried spring rolls and they were so good. They were also way larger than normal so it's certainly worth their price. Amazing filling and perfectly crispy. I opted for the pho with flank steak and tripe. The broth is amazing. Noodles perfectly cooked. The portion was so big that I took some home for lunch tomorrow but I wanted to continue eating. This place was my partner's go to pho spot growing up and I was so glad I got to visit for the first time. I cannot wait to return!

They have a wide variety of different noodle soups, rices, and vermicillis. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet (Pho Minh Soup), which came with rare beef, beef balls, flank steak, and chicken. The broth was decent -- not the most flavorful I've had, but still satisfying. My partner got the Bun Thang, a vermicelli soup with chicken, egg, pork, and shrimp. Unfortunately, the broth on that one was a bit bland, and the toppings weren't finely shredded. Solid portion size though, since I left very full. The ambiance reminds me of hole-in-the-wall type restaurants - simple, no-frills, and a spot of the locals. Fyi: this place only accepts cash, so come prepared.
