Absolutely amazing banh mi sandwiches! So fresh and bursting with flavor. Tried chicken and BBQ pork banh mi, both were spectacular. Everytime we visit family on the Northwest side of Tucson, we always stop here to get their Lemongrass Beef banh mi. I don't know how it's possible but every time we com here the sandwich gets better and better. Today was no exception. The hoagie bun was crisp and fluffy. Saw on Facebook they opened this weekend. Stopped in for takeout. They offer coffees, milk tea, boba, smoothies and juices. Their banh mi menu is small, but good so I didn't need to have a dilemma about what to choose AZ special banh mi and lemongrass beef banh mi is what we got. They will customize as needed as well. Sandwiches were good with fresh flavors. Maybe just a bit more meat on the beef, since I tasted mostly bread and veggies. My teenager likes the mango milk tea with egg custard, said it was light and refreshing. Great pricing on the sandwiches. Think we will need to comeback and try the coffees read more

I think today is their soft opening. My group of friends went at different times today and they all said it was pretty good (although most thought the bread could use a little work). Currently writing this review post sandwich consumption because I need to get the flavor experience written down to express how delicious this sandwich was. I got the Az special bahn mi which is their version of a dac biet(the special) and I am overly satisfied with how well each flavor complimented each other. I'm usually not a fan of the pickled veggies but the balance it made to the richness of the meat I picked up every piece of carrot that fell right back in. The meat which is pate, Vietnamese ham, and bbq pork belly was buttery, and I could almost taste a slight Smokey flavor which was a pleasant surprise. It was what I would consider an elevated bahn mi than what you would get from traditional franchise places. The sandwich was warm and the french roll was nicely toasted. The perfect bahn mi has to have the prefect crisp outside and soft center and this sandwich held on together nicely. I don't know how I've gone this long before enjoying one. Their slogan is "taste the difference" and today's experience was exactly that. I also got the "Green Thai tea" to drink. It was a very floral jasmine flavor with a hint of matcha in my opinion, it was a nice refreshing and mild drink to wash down the sandwich. 10/10 would recommend. read more

We tried the lemongrass beef and grilled chicken bahn mi. The bread was fresh and perfectly toasted and there was a good amount of meat. The flavor was excellent and on par for something I would expect to get in Cali or Vegas. Price point is great, not too expensive.
