Pour, pour, communication, service diagnoses, and customer service! It took them 3 months and 3 trips to diagnose a rodent had caused a problem to why my fuel gauge wasn't reading correctly (while car was under warranty). Then when it was a rodent problem (my problem), quickly went through the insurance company and NOW another month later they do NOT even respond to a phone call about the status after numerous calls. Unfortunately I bought a lemon from this dealer. I wish I would have checked the reviews on this dealership first! I took the Dodge Journey back to them ( i haven't had it a month and told them I wanted to exchange it. As you drive it, when the gears change, the transmision jerks. Our original dealer, Larry, asked us to wait in the service lounge while the service department checked it out. I was there for three hours with no explanations, no one even came out to check on us, offer coffee, nothing. After three hours in this waiting room listening to the childish babel from the employees in the service department( don't they know customers can hear them?)my husband went to seek help. A couple of employees took him to the service counter assuming he was there for a repair. He was treated extremely bad and was accused of cutting line and that he had to make an appointment. Had they taken the time to listen, they would have realized he wasn't there for repair. We simply wanted to exchange the lemon for another SUV. The situation escalated when another employee, Christopher Young, ,that was clueless yelled at my husband. This was totally unacceptable. Eventually the dealer, Larry, came back with the keys and gave them back and said there was nothing wrong with the SUV, they topped the fluids and ran a diagnostic. We were shocked, we didn't come to get the SUV serviced. we were so upset, three hours for this! We took the keys and as we walked out, Christopher Young still had rudeness towards us. I was almost out the door when he was yelling at us to get out. I turned around and walked over to him. Before I could get a word out he said, "What is wrong with these people!" "These People!" Did he mean customers? Seniors? Military and Government Retirees? Hispanics? I don't know but that seemed very judgemental. He walked off in a tizzy yelling "they are antagonizing me!" A lot of drama when i was just standing there, he didnt give me a chance to say a word. We drove off in the SUV with the transmission still jumping. I do not recommend this dealership. I went thru a site from Sam's Club and I think Sam's club should not affiliate themselves with them. read more

while looking to purchase a vehicle, I stopped at this location on Mercury Blvd. and was sexually harassed by a few employees from this location. very unprofessional. It's a big NO for me. I would advise all women that visits this location to bring someone with you.don't go alone! read more

My son took his truck to this dealership for a headlight malfunction. To make a long story short, he is young and was completely taken advantage of for adding on additional items. He was only given one quote for the manifold which was 1600$. My son called us to ask about the work she spouted off so we called the dealership and no one ever returned our call. I called to ask about the $5,300 final bill (which was quoted to my son), I was told it was $3,900 approx. I tried talking with Wesley and he said he didn't have the authority to negotiate the invoice. He called me back with the service person on speaker phone (Valencia) she said she told my son every price and called with updated - that statement is totally false - he had call to check on the status every few days. Apparently she was out sick and now we have an astronomical invoice. We asked about doing work without consent and they said that is not their policy but Wesley said if the car was in the shop we would assume everything was a go but the issue is Valencia was out sick so they just fixed everything. My son is in the Navy and doesn't have that kind of money - he would have NEVER approved an invoice that high. They also put on 4 new tires without his consent. When Wesley called with Valencia they said the invoice was now $5,900 but they discounted to $5,600. Now which invoice is right WHO KNOWS! I have called for the past two days with NO return calls. I was supposed to receive an email with the breakdown - never received. They still have my sons truck and lord only knows when we will get this resolved. So if you want to be a WINNER then I suggest going elsewhere. read more

This POS company sold me a car on November 1st, I have near perfect credit, and I placed a $3,500 deposit via credit card. I am from out of state. I have bought cars out of state before, and right now it is very difficult to find what I want, this dealership had it. They were going to fedex paperwork on Nov 4th and it never showed up. Finally it arrived on Nov 9th. I immediately signed all paperwork, along with $40,000 in two cashier's checks - which cost money to acquire, I then overnight fedexed it all to them for arrival on the 10th. The car transport was due to pick up that day, and because they dragged their feet, the pickup had to be cancelled costing me money. Now, Nov 16th I have a transport lined up to pick up this car for Thursday the 18th and they tell me they no longer want to do the deal. Why? Because the owner can't verify my identity. Bull$hit. I needed to prove identity to get the two cashier checks at my bank. I sent them my driver's license. I answered sensitive questions on the credit report. This owner is a POS. I have been strung along now for 16 days possibly missing other opportunities in this limited market, and not only that, they currently still have all my money!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNETHICAL PLACE. read more

My wife told me not to go there for a truck inspection because you will be ripped off. Well being a hard headed man I decided to try them anyway because they were a new dealership I might as well give them a chance. First mistake. Second mistake was making an appointment to get a inspection. The third mistake was when they told me my windshield wipers were bad. They were top of the line Bosch wipers 6 months old. The inspector said they were streaking so they replaced with bottom of the line crap wipers. What are the chances of both wipers streaking. 30 bucks. My appointment was at 8:00am at 9:30am they were still dicking around with my truck. What they didn't know was I am a retired service tech, 45 years and I already checked out everything including the wiper blades, license plate light bulb,running lights, top brake light all the sneaking BS crap that is pulled on a customer to get money. If I wasn't in such a hurry I should have gone back to the shop and said show me what is streaking and had a State Trooper standing there at the same time. If they do this in service you can bet your bottom dollar they do it in sales too. I hope that 30 bucks was worth the loss of a customer. I know one customer at squat. But when I get back to our air field I will make a point to bring out this kind of a con. Shame on you, I would have rather donated the money to your dealership than go this route. read more

I originally wrote a 5 star review. During our purchase they asked us to write a review and the purchase process was worth 5 stars but our experience quickly went down hill. We drove 1.5 hours to get here and after buying the truck we noticed there were a few small dings that they said more than likely happened during delivery but they wrote up they would have it fixed (pause on this part). The next day we get a call that they wrote up the paperwork for the wrong vin and needed us to come back ASAP where they then asked us to pay more for the vehicle. Since they had to issue different 30 day tags the old tags were apparently given to someone else and we received a bill for 2 Elizabeth River tunnel toll charges that I had to dispute. Back to the dents, we were told a loaner would be hard to get but Manny would see about getting a quote and just paying for it to be fixed somewhere local for us, then said we would get a loaner because it would be easier to fix at their collision center. Time went on and it was just hard to get down there where schedules aligned. Due to very unfortunate circumstances we were talking with someone else at the dealer who seemed more inconvenienced dealing with the issue and said no loaner would be given. They did compensate for gas, how nice right? Well after them having the truck since Monday it was complete Friday and when we picked it up they did not even finish the work. There were still scuffs on the running board and the fender comes out further than the door and they are not aligned since they took the dings out of there. Originally I would highly recommend going here but now I suggest you go elsewhere.
