It's a family run business, and all your favorites are available to order.

From my conversations with the friendly waitress I found that this location had been a family run business over the last 30 years. It's hibachi prepared, but they have a diverse menu and a venue that offers various dining experiences. The food is just what you expect trom traditional hibachi places, yet they add something special that sets them apart. They include noodles with your meal, so you don't have to choose between rice or noodles. I love it! I highly recommend visiting Banzai for the ambience, the friendly service, and the general cool vibes. I thoroughly enjoyed every part of my dining experience!

Beautiful birthday experience! It makes you feel like you are not just a customer but family. Their hospitality was amazing aside for their food. Miso soup was incredibly delicious and food was just amazing perfect flavor amount of flavor. Our cook was great made us laugh my kids especially my son was enjoying the whole preparation of the meal. I love going to family own business because they give you a special type of attention, care and hospitality you can't get anywhere else. Thank you for everything we will be coming back very soon.

This little hole in the wall is a gem! The staff treat you like family, making it feel like you're eating at a friend's house. The teppanyaki cook was highly skilled in his food preparation and also fairly quick. The wait times are next to nothing because it's not usually crowded. If you're looking for teppanyaki with a shorter wait time, this place is perfect. It may not be as fancy, but it's a cozy place to enjoy a nice meal.

Wa is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She never fails to make me feel welcomed or treat me with the most beautiful kindness and compassion. I love the food here as well. I usually get sushi or the teriyaki steak Teppanyaki both are amazing. The eel bowl is superb as well. The atmosphere is vampiric and very very comforting to me as I despise too much overhead lighting since it gives me a headache. Just a perfect place in every way. Thank you for always taking care of me. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!

This is a family owned business that deserves recognition! They are so attentive the whole time you are there, and are caring and passionate about their services! They were so friendly to me and my children for lunch today, and made sure we were taken care of. The owner is such a nice lady, she even helped me pack away the kids food to take home. The food is flavorful and delicious. And a plus is you get both miso soup and a delicious salad before your amazing show! The kids were so entertained and loves the noodles! The new tile flooring is great and all of their chairs are comfy!

Place is still delicious! The current prices did go up due to covid and the high cost of food currently. Still worth it for me and my family. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. The staff has always been nice and my girls love them! Especially my 4 year old. Will be back again soon!

We got the shrimp and filet!

This time, I specifically tried some dishes I hadn't tried before. The omelet rice had a very soft egg crepe, and the rice inside was incredibly fragrant; it was a perfect match with ketchup. I also recommend the kimchi fried rice, topped with a fried egg--very appetizing. The lean and fatty roll was also refreshing and healthy, suitable for those on a diet. The grilled fish and fried shrimp heads were also delicious, fried to a crisp, and made a great side dish. Overall, I was very satisfied with my meal and give it a five-star rating! One small suggestion: On my previous visits, the restaurant had a faint, unpleasant odor; hopefully, this will be improved next time.

We sat down and the menu had no prices for the sushi. The waiter said I would need to ask the price for each item...Why?? Why not have the prices listed on the menu. Seems odd. The sushi itself was mediocre. The fish was ok, kids said they liked their rolls but you can't go wrong with rolls, right? The amount of ginger and wasabi they provided was ridiculous. Price for the quality is ridiculous. It was a Saturday night at 6pm and the place was empty. This place used to be so busy! That should've been a red flag when we walked in. A few rolls, 6 pieces of sushi, and 2 handrolls...we paid $150 including tip, no alcohol. We'll def be finding a new sushi spot in Temecula.

When I asked him why he didn't use the whole pre-portioned amount, he made up multiple excuses such as: he couldn't put the raw chicken into the dish with the cooked chicken (then why didn't you use the whole thing when you started cooking?); another excuse was that he would get in trouble if he used all the pre-portioned chicken; and another one was we would have to pay extra if we wanted him to use all the pre-portioned chicken. Well, that didn't sit well with me since my chicken fried rice was all vegetables and hardly any chicken. When I brought this up to our server, she apologized and took the rice off the bill. Too late! Damage done. My hubby and I spend at least $100+ at every visit, and guess what? We're never going back to this place again. We can spend our money elsewhere.

There's something honest about a new sushi spot finding its footing, and Toro Sushi leans into that simplicity in the best way. No gimmicks, no overreaching, just clean cuts of fish, thoughtfully plated, and priced like they actually want you to come back. The sashimi (even the "small") punches above its weight, fresh, clean, no nonsense. You taste the ocean, not the freezer. That's already half the battle won. The sleeper hit here is the bento box. It's the kind of meal that reminds you value still exists, generous without being sloppy, filling without feeling like a compromise. The kind of plate that earns repeat business. Come in around 5:30 and it's still catching its breath. By 6, though, the place finds its pulse, busy, lively, the kind of energy you want in a neighborhood spot that's clearly starting to click. Service was kind, and quick, food came out decent too. The tempura shrimp and veggies was crisp and not too oily. The room itself? Polished. Modern. Spotless. Someone cares, and it shows. But like any place finding its stride, there are gaps. The men's restroom is a one-person situation, and if you've got a kid, you're out of luck, no changing table in the men's room, us millennial dads are not afraid of a poppie diaper. Not a dealbreaker, but a miss in a family-heavy area. Still, Toro Sushi doesn't try to be the loudest spot in the room, it just quietly does enough things right to make you want to return. And honestly, that's the kind of place that lasts.
