LUNCH SPECIAL: 9/10 We got the pick 3 items for $20.99. The Eskimo roll, Asahi Roll and the Golden Tiger roll. I really liked the Asahi and the Golden Tiger roll because it tastes good and it was fried. The baked roll was good but, it falls apart and the scallops were over cooked... YAKISOBA: 8/10 Very generous portions! I think it just need a bit of char and chili oil or sriracha sauce. I was hoping for a light soy sauce flavor... I definitely think their SUSHI is their STRONG POINT so I recommend the SUSHI... I think their lunch specials are a great deal and it's rare to find FRIED sushi and baked sushi as options!!! Stopped off for lunch on my way back to the desert. And One Sushi caught my eye. This restaurant is welcoming, clean and modern. The food was lovely. I had the lunch special with miso soup and 3 items. I also ordered the Mango Salmon roll and favorite is the Dumb and Dumber roll. It is a baked roll filled with crab, with crawfish, baby scallops masago and green onion on top. It is to die for! My server was not only cute but attentive and helpful. Had dinner with my husband and everything was great. Food was nice and fresh. Great customer service from our waiter very attentive and also I believe it is the manager who stopped by our table to see how we were doing. We went at a decent time in n out of there in less than an hour. the place was nice and clean it's pretty big in there compared to most sushi places in town. One thing I really like is the worship music they play, it wasn't very loud so I was able to tune in to the music. Definitely will be returning. read more

Saw this place as driving by and decided to stop for lunch. Glad I did! The lunch special - 3 sushi choices with salad or soup for $21 is a great deal. I chose Spicy Tuna Roll, Tiger Roll and Shrimp Boat. I was surprised by how big in diameter the cut rolls are - the biggest I've ever seen. The quality of the food was good - 4 out of 5. Just went here yesterday. I wasn't a fan, personally! The sushi was cool. Not amazing but definitely not bad. I personally felt like it smelled like a bathroom in there. Now keep in mind, I am pregnant. So my sense of smell is heightened. But this is what I mean by it smelled like a bathroom... It smelled like cleaning products/air fresheners. This used to be our go to sushi spot but unfortunately it has gone downhill fast. The restaurant has a very off putting smell when you walk in, they play religious music all the time, their glasses smell like mildew, and the quality of the food isn't great anymore. The staff and the baked mussels are by far the best part about this place at this point. They seem to have pretty regular turnover with their servers but they have all been great every time we have been there. The baked mussels are the best I have had at any sushi place but at this point they just aren't worth it. Truly sad, but there are just too many great places to have sushi in the area to ever go back. I gave 2 stars just because of the service staff and the mussels. read more

Stopped by for lunch with some of my friends and loved that they had lunch specials. There were a lot of options on the lunch menu picking between 2 or 3 rolls with like 4 pieces. It was perfect option to try some new rolls I've never had before. The lunch special also included either miso soup or salad. The baked rolls were really good, I got one that had salmon on it and the other had shrimp. All of the employees were really friendly. First off, absolutely love the Sapporo roll, y'all are the only place that ever get it perfect I was introduced to One Sushi by my brother a couple years ago, back when they had an AYCE, but even without it, the quality of their food is more than worth it for the price honestly. Consistently have some of the best quality sushi I've had, which is definitely a win in my book considering the amount of sushi restaurants I've been too. I recommend their lunch special, it's a good price for a lot of food, and the selection for sushi is definitely plentiful. One Sushi is located off Murrieta Hot Springs & Alta Murrieta, right across Sizzler. We've never eaten here. However, this is our 2nd go-to spot to order sushi platters. I'm sure all or most of the sushi restaurants provide catering, but not all of them include the catering menu in their menus. One Sushi does, that's why it's very easy for us to pick what we want and place the order. On the day of, we've never had any issues w timing, our orders were ready right away. Sake on a weekday?! Why not We came out here for a sashimi craving and got lucky with no lines and a good spot to seat down. Ended up ordering a cold sake, sashimi, gyoza, seaweed salad, and a teriyaki bowl. It was my first time eating sushi in Murrieta and well, it did not disappoint. They have a big menu here, so lots of options. The avocado roll had lots of avocado on it, so if you love avocado that roll is a good choice. The crunchy shrimp roll is always a favorite of mine. The teriyaki roll was okay, I wouldn't order it again personally. The meat was tough & not marinated in any type of only sauce or anything of that sort. We stopped by here on our way home from San Diego and it was a such nice experience. The restaurant had a nice looking modern decor. Our server was so kind, attentive and sweet. We loved the beautiful presentation of our meal. They really put a noticeable effort into making the food look nice. They use tropical florals and leaves and everything was very delicious. We also appreciated the healthy options and that the sushi was cut on the thicker side. You can have order them fried or baked. Some are on a spicy side, however, they are not too spicy so get adventurous. We ordered steamed gyozas, two different rolls and dinner set which came with combo of basics rolls to sample and teriyaki steak. The individual rolls were good. They were the biggest rolls we have ever seen. Some of the sushi pieces had to be divided into two bites. The dinner set on the other hand wasn't too impressive. Yiiiiiiiiiiikes. We've never notified this placed until yesterday after hopping off the freeway. I think they redid their sign outside, but it caught our eye so we strayed from our normal sushi spot. The first thing you notice is the smell. It smells like rotten eggs, so we asked the server and she said she didn't smell anything. They either have a horrific normal smell or a sewage problem. We should've left right then and there. They have 3 different menus, which is not great for a consumer. 2 stars for the picture menu of sushi rolls though! The iced green tea is a Lipton tea. Not happy. Their tofu agedashi (Japanese stable with a dashi broth) was served with no sauce. We asked our server and she said we can use the soy sauce on the table. That's a pretty odd statement for a Japanese restaurant serving this dish. Inauthentic. After several red flags, we ordered conservatively with a hot sake and a lemon roll (recommend by the server). The hot sake was served with no cloth tie around the bottle neck so we burned our fingers pretty bad. The lemon roll had brown avocado. Overall just bad. We left here and went to Taco Bell. read more

Great food, and we had a REALLY nice/knowledgeable server. Their menu is absolutely huge, one of the biggest I've seen at a sushi restaurant. That can be good thing or a bad thing depending on your decision making, but they have classic rolls as well as very unique ones. I prefer chicken to sushi rolls typically, so I got the chicken teriyaki (pictured below), which was awesome. Beef gyoza and veggie tempura were great appetizers. Great stop with solid food, although there may not be anything that really blows you away besides the shear number of options. read more
